Abstract
The invention discloses a basalt fiber concrete section steel combined structure and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the basalt fiber concrete section steel combined structure comprises a section steel base body, the end face of the section steel base body is in a shape of '21274', the opening of the section steel base body is upward, an inner extension plate is arranged on the surface of the inner side of the opening of the section steel base body, an extension plate is arranged on the outer side of the opening of the section steel base body, the upper surfaces of the extension plate and the inner extension plate are both horizontal to the surface of the opening of the section steel base body, a basalt fiber concrete body is filled in the section steel base body, and the basalt fiber concrete body is in a solidified state. In the invention, the existence of the basalt fiber enhances the structural strength of the basalt fiber concrete body, so that the structural strength and the ductility of the whole basalt fiber concrete section steel combined structure can be enhanced, and the popularization and the application are facilitated.

s3: selecting 280 parts by weight of 240-containing sand, 700 parts by weight of 500-containing yellow sand, 400 parts by weight of 300-containing cement, 80-120 parts by weight of mineral powder, 30-40 parts by weight of water reducing agent and 160 parts by weight of 140-containing water, uniformly adding the mixture into a stirrer for stirring, adding 20-30 parts by weight of basalt fiber into the stirrer when stirring for 200 seconds 180-containing sand, further stirring for 600 seconds 540-containing sand, and obtaining a basalt fiber concrete matrix;
s4: and (5) injecting the basalt fiber concrete matrix obtained in the step (S3) into the profile steel matrix, and obtaining a basalt fiber concrete body after the basalt fiber concrete matrix in the profile steel matrix is solidified, thereby realizing the manufacture of the whole basalt fiber concrete profile steel combined structure.

The upper surface of the epitaxial plate 3 and the upper surface of the inner epitaxial plate 2 are both horizontal to the surface of the opening of the profile steel matrix 1, the basalt fiber concrete body 4 is filled in the profile steel matrix 1, and the basalt fiber concrete body 4 is in a solidified state.
The basalt fiber concrete body 4 is internally provided with a reinforcing rib frame 5, the lower surface of the lower part of the reinforcing rib frame 5 is welded with supporting legs 6 which are distributed at intervals, and the lower ends of the supporting legs 6 are contacted with and welded with the inner surface of the profile steel matrix 1.

s2: placing a reinforcing rib frame 5 inside the profile steel base body 1, and welding the lower ends of supporting legs 6 at the lower part of the profile steel base body 1 on the inner surface of the profile steel base body 1;
s3: selecting 280 parts by weight of 240-containing sand, 700 parts by weight of 500-containing yellow sand, 400 parts by weight of 300-containing cement, 80-120 parts by weight of mineral powder, 30-40 parts by weight of water reducing agent and 160 parts by weight of 140-containing water, uniformly adding the mixture into a stirrer for stirring, adding 20-30 parts by weight of basalt fiber into the stirrer when stirring for 200 seconds 180-containing sand, further stirring for 600 seconds 540-containing sand, and obtaining a basalt fiber concrete matrix;
s4: and (5) injecting the basalt fiber concrete matrix obtained in the step (S3) into the profile steel matrix 1, and solidifying the basalt fiber concrete matrix in the profile steel matrix 1 to obtain a basalt fiber concrete body 4, thereby realizing the manufacture of the whole basalt fiber concrete profile steel composite structure.
In the process of step S4, when the basalt fiber concrete matrix is poured into the steel matrix 1, the vibration rod is used to perform vibration tamping on the basalt fiber concrete matrix entering the steel matrix 1, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the basalt fiber concrete body 4 is hollow after solidification.
