Background

As the number of blast furnaces in China is large, along with the stricter and stricter environmental protection requirements, the blast furnace raw gas is difficult to accept by directly discharging into the atmosphere without being treated. In some areas, raw gas is prohibited from being directly diffused, but the blast furnace ironmaking process cannot be completely replaced, and a method for purifying and treating raw gas is urgently needed to solve the problem.

Raw gas enters a washing tower 2 through a gas inlet 1, a nozzle 3 is arranged in the washing tower for spraying water, so that raw gas and water are fully contacted in the washing tower 2 to form steam-water mixed fluid, dust carried in the raw gas enters water to complete a washing process, the steam-water mixed fluid enters a steam-water separation tower 5 through a communicating pipe 4, a demister 6 is arranged in the steam-water separation tower 5, the steam-water mixed fluid is subjected to steam-water separation when passing through the demister 6 and is separated into clean gas and water, the clean gas is discharged through a clean gas emptying pipe 7, the water enters a water collecting tank 9 through a drain pipe 8 at the lower part of the steam-water separation tower under the action of gravity, and the water is pressurized through a circulating pipe 10 by a circulating pump 11 and then is sent to the nozzle 3 for re-.
When the water is used for the first time or the amount of the washing water is insufficient, new water is injected into the system through the water injection pipe 13. The sewage is discharged through the sewage discharge pipe 14.

3) the water discharged by the water discharge pipe 8 can be recycled, and the water content of the clean gas is reduced by the demister 6, so that the consumption of new water of the system is reduced;
4) the nozzle 3 sprays water downwards to realize the sufficient contact of gas and water, and meanwhile, through the optimized design, the resistance loss of the fluid can be reduced.

A raw gas pipeline is connected with a gas inlet 1, raw gas enters a washing tower 2, a nozzle 3 sprays water, raw gas and water are fully contacted in the washing tower 2 to finish a washing process, a steam-water mixed fluid enters a steam-water separation tower 5 through a communicating pipe 4, steam-water separation is finished when the steam-water separation tower 5 passes through a demister 6 and is separated into clean gas and water, the clean gas is discharged through a clean gas emptying pipe 7, water enters a water collecting tank 9 through a drain pipe 8 at the lower part of the steam-water separation tower under the action of gravity, and the water is pressurized through a circulating pump 11 through a circulating water pipe 10 and then is sent to the nozzle 3 to be sprayed again and recycled.
When the water is used for the first time or the amount of the washing water is insufficient, new water is injected into the system through the water injection pipe 13. The sewage is discharged through the sewage discharge pipe 14.
