The preparation method of the water-based paint comprises the following steps: s1, preparing inorganic polymer resin; s2, mixing 20-30 parts of the inorganic polymer resin prepared in the step S1 with the following components in a certain ratio: cellulose, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, rutile titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, kaolin, silicone-acrylate emulsion, a defoaming agent, a thickening agent, a flatting agent and water. 1-2 parts of cellulose, 0.2-0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of wetting agent, 10-20 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 1-29 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-8 parts of kaolin, 3-10 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 0.05-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.2-0.7 part of flatting agent and 40-60 parts of water.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the water-based paint prepared by the preparation method can be widely applied to building interior walls, the inorganic polymer resin is mixed with all the components, and the cellulose is added, so that the adhesive force of the water-based paint is enhanced, the dispersibility of the water-based paint is greatly enhanced, and the stability is improved; the water paint has strong corrosion resistance, and the inorganic polymer resin has large molecular weight, high alkali resistance and condensation resistance.

a. adding deionized water into a reaction kettle, adding potassium silicate and water glass, uniformly stirring and heating;

55 parts of potassium silicate, 12 parts of water glass, 15 parts of a silane coupling agent, 4 parts of lithium magnesium silicate, 6 parts of potassium tripolyphosphate, 11 parts of aminoacrylic acid and 0.5 part of trimethylolpropane.
The strength of the inorganic polymer resin can be improved by adding the silane coupling agent; the potassium silicate is used as a main component, so that the obtained inorganic polymer resin has high alkali resistance and strong moisture absorption capacity; the silane coupling agent is an active agent and is subjected to hydrolysis reaction, single potassium silicate can be combined with each other to form an aggregate with a chain structure, and the molecular weight can reach 7000-10000, so that the inorganic high polymer resin has high strength and is favorable for improving the surface dispersibility during use.

1.5 parts of cellulose, 0.25 part of dispersing agent, 0.2 part of wetting agent, 15 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 15 parts of calcium carbonate, 5 parts of kaolin, 7 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 0.1 part of defoaming agent, 0.35 part of thickening agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent and 50 parts of water.
The cellulose is contained, so that the adhesion and rheological property of the water-based paint can be improved; contains a thickener to adjust the viscosity and workability of the aqueous coating material.
The specific preparation process of step S1 is as follows:
a. adding deionized water into a reaction kettle, adding potassium silicate and water glass under the stirring state, uniformly stirring and heating;

The heating temperature in the step a is 130 ℃; the reaction time in step b was 16 hours.
The properties of the water-based paint obtained by the method for preparing the water-based paint were the same as those of the water-based paint obtained in example 1.
Example 3
This example is substantially the same as example 1, except that: the inorganic polymer resin comprises the following components in parts by weight:
60 parts of potassium silicate, 15 parts of water glass, 20 parts of silane coupling agent, 5 parts of lithium magnesium silicate, 8 parts of potassium tripolyphosphate, 15 parts of aminoacrylic acid and 0.8 part of trimethylolpropane.
The preparation method of the water-based paint comprises the following steps of S2: mixing 30 parts of the inorganic polymer resin prepared in the step S1 with the following components in parts by weight:
2 parts of cellulose, 0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.3 part of wetting agent, 20 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 20 parts of calcium carbonate, 5 parts of kaolin, 10 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of thickening agent, 0.7 part of flatting agent and 60 parts of water.
The heating temperature in the step a is 180 ℃; the reaction time in step b was 20 hours.
The properties of the water-based paint obtained by the method for preparing the water-based paint were the same as those of the water-based paint obtained in example 1.
