Experimental example 5
(1) Reagent preparation
Reagent A: 0.2% celastrus angulatus insecticide solution;
and (3) reagent B: the celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer prepared in example 1;
and (3) reagent C: the celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer prepared in example 2;
and (3) reagent D: the celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer prepared in example 1;
and (3) reagent E: the celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer prepared in example 2;
and (3) reagent F: and (3) water.
(2) Virulence determination assay
Preparing a test material:
selecting the chilo suppressalis which is bred indoors, has consistent individual size, is healthy and active and is 3-5 days old.

The test method comprises the following steps:

(3) Sterilization Activity test
The test method comprises the following steps: referring to NY/T1156.2-2006 in pesticide indoor bioassay test standard bactericide, a pathogenic fungus hypha growth inhibition test adopts a plate method to respectively perform indoor activity measurement of fusarium oxysporum cucumber specialization type ((Fusarium oxysporum (Schl.) Experimental example 5 shows that the celastrus angulatus insecticidal and sterilization medical fertilizer prepared by the invention in examples 1-4 has good insecticidal and sterilization effects and can improve the yield of crops.

Claims (10)

1. The insecticidal and bactericidal celastrus angulatus insecticide fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.2-5 parts of celastrus angulatus, 10-30 parts of celastrus angulatus extraction residues, 0.2-3 parts of turmeric, 5-10 parts of turmeric extraction residues, 20-30 parts of soybean meal, 20-30 parts of crop straws, 5-10 parts of sawdust, 15-20 parts of humic acid, 3-5 parts of biological bacteria preparation, 1-2 parts of magnesium sulfate, 1-2 parts of zinc sulfate, 1-2 parts of boric acid, 1-2 parts of salicylic acid, 1-2 parts of potassium chloride, 2-4 parts of adhesive starch, 1-2 parts of dextrin and 15-30 parts of water.
2. The celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the crop straws comprise one or more of rice straws, wheat straws and corn straws.
3. The celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive starch comprises one or more of mung bean starch, sweet potato starch, potato starch and corn starch.
4. The celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the biological bacterial preparation comprises one or more of candida tropicalis, bacillus subtilis, bacillus cereus, bacillus megaterium and bacillus mucilaginosus.
5. The celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide-fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein 2-3 hundred million of active bacterins are contained in the biological bacterial preparation.
6. The celastrus angulatus insecticidal and bactericidal insecticide fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the dextrin is corn dextrin.
7. The preparation method of the celastrus angulatus insecticidal and sterilization medicinal fertilizer according to claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) pulverizing Celastrus angulatus, Curcuma rhizome, soybean meal and crop straw, adding water for humidification, adding Celastrus angulatus extraction residue, Curcuma rhizome extraction residue, sawdust, humic acid and biological bacteria preparation, mixing well, stacking for fermentation, turning over, and performing high temperature fermentation to obtain completely fermented organic fertilizer for later use.
(2) Mixing the completely fermented organic fertilizer with magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, boric acid, salicylic acid and potassium chloride, adding adhesive starch and dextrin, uniformly mixing, extruding and granulating to obtain the celastrus angulatus insecticidal sterilization medicinal fertilizer.
