Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene) external films, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly high-adhesion packaging box external film and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the application of plastic films in packaging materials is rising year by year, and BOPP films, i.e. biaxially oriented polypropylene films, are widely applied in flexible packaging materials. Usually, before the surface of the BOPP film is printed or glued, the surface of the BOPP film needs to be subjected to corona treatment, so that a good printing effect can be achieved.
Traditional packing carton outer pad pasting is detachable with packing carton body, and the both ends of outer pad pasting pass through the gluing agent and adhere on the box body surface, can tear the pad pasting from the packing carton easily through external force, and this kind of outer pad pasting exists following not enough: firstly, the film is not suitable for being used as an external film of a high-end packaging box, and the aesthetic property needs to be improved; secondly, the environmental protection is not satisfactory, and the phenomena of decolorization and migration can occur in the using process.
Therefore, the research on the environment-friendly high-adhesion packaging box outer pasting film is very important.
Disclosure of Invention
