the reserved opening sealing device comprises a sealing baffle, a tension spring, a control motor, a sliding groove, a contraction elastic rope, a tarpaulin covering film, a rolling rod and a crown block induction positioning device; a sliding groove is formed above the boundary of the crown block reserved opening along the extending direction of the rail, the sealing baffle is positioned above the sliding groove and just covers the crown block reserved opening, the elastic rope is pulled and contracted by controlling the motor to perform telescopic motion, and the tensioning spring is used for assisting in tensioning the sealing baffle; the overhead traveling crane is characterized in that a tarpaulin covering film is further arranged at the reserved opening of the overhead traveling crane, the tarpaulin covering film performs telescopic motion through a rolling rod, is contracted and rolled into a roll at ordinary times, is pulled out along with the sealing baffle when the sealing baffle moves, and is the same as the sealing baffle in size when the sealing baffle is completely unfolded; the overhead traveling crane induction positioning device is a row of magnetic induction overhead traveling crane induction positioners arranged along one side of a reserved opening of an overhead traveling crane, can sense the position of the overhead traveling crane and is interlocked with a control motor to control the telescopic distance of the sealing baffle;
the second independent collecting cover has the same structure as the first independent collecting cover and can freely move on the traveling track; during pouring, the two independent ladle bottom pouring collecting covers are butted into a whole and are symmetrical along a butt joint surface, and the crown block reserved opening is in a rectangular hole shape.

The ladle bottom pouring smoke collection system according to claim 1, wherein the first and second independent collection covers are all steel structural wall plates except for the butt joint surface and the crown block reserved opening, and the height of the bottom of each side structural wall plate from the ground is more than 2 m.
3. The ladle bottom pouring smoke collection system according to claim 2, wherein a temperature-resistant material is laid inside the steel structure wall plate, and the temperature-resistant material is an aluminum silicate plate.
4. The ladle bottom pouring smoke collection system according to claim 1, wherein a buffer labyrinth structure is arranged at the butt joint surface of the first independent collection cover and the second independent collection cover.
5. The ladle bottom pouring smoke collection system according to claim 4, wherein the buffer labyrinth seal structure is sealed in a matching way through a concave-convex structure, and a rubber pad is arranged at the concave position of the buffer labyrinth seal structure.

The ladle bottom pouring smoke dust collecting system according to claim 1, wherein the ladle bottom pouring collecting cover has the same height at each position along the track direction, the cross section perpendicular to the track direction is gradually raised, and the smoke outlet is positioned at the highest position of the cover body.
7. The ladle bottom pouring smoke collection system according to claim 1, wherein the pouring flask arrangement is in the form of a pit, a half pit, and an above ground form.
8. The method for collecting soot from a ladle bottom pouring soot collection system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
a. separating the first independent collecting cover from the second independent collecting cover, hanging a steel ladle by a crown block to enter a pouring area, roughly positioning a bottom pouring valve of the steel ladle and a dead head of a sand box, and closing the two independent bottom pouring collecting covers;
b. adjusting the position of the ladle bottom pouring collection cover, butting a smoke outlet of the ladle bottom pouring collection cover with a dust suction port of the main pipeline, and starting a fan;
c. starting a control motor at a crown block reserved opening at the top of the ladle bottom pouring collection cover, sensing the position of the crown block through a crown block sensing and positioning device, moving a sealing baffle plate to seal the crown block reserved opening, and at the moment, hanging the ladle and sealing a sand box in the ladle bottom pouring collection cover;
d. an operator positions a ladle bottom pouring valve and a sand box riser, opens the ladle bottom pouring valve, injects molten steel into a sand box or a steel mould and starts pouring;
e. after the first sand box is poured, the crane ladle is commanded by an operator to travel along the inner part of the ladle bottom pouring collection cover with a reserved crown block opening, the motor is controlled to drive the double-side sealing baffle plates to correspondingly travel along with the movement of the crown block under the guidance of the crown block induction positioning device, and the second sand box is poured after the steel ladle is positioned to the next pouring point;
f. when the sand box in the ladle bottom pouring collection cover is completely poured, smoke dust in the cover is emptied, the ladle bottom pouring collection cover moves on the traveling track, and the smoke outlet moves to the next butt valve of the smoke exhaust main pipeline;
g. after the butt joint is completed, moving the steel ladle to a preset pouring position, opening a butt joint valve of a main smoke exhaust pipeline, and entering the next pouring cycle;
h. and after the molten steel in the ladle is used, exhausting flue gas in the ladle bottom pouring collection cover, separating the first independent collection cover from the second independent collection cover, and driving the crown block to separate and replace the ladle.
9. The smoke collecting method according to claim 8, wherein when the sand box is arranged in a pouring pit before pouring, a sand box casting head is linearly arranged along the direction of the traveling track of the ladle bottom pouring collecting cover and is arranged in the middle of a reserved crown block opening of the ladle bottom pouring collecting cover.
10. The smoke dust collecting method according to claim 8, wherein the movement of the ladle bottom pouring collecting cover and the crown block ladle is commanded by an operator in the cover, and the movement can be carried out simultaneously or independently.
