一种钢结构防锈工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及防锈施工领域,尤其涉及一种钢结构防锈工艺。
背景技术
钢结构作为现代建筑的主要形式,在常温下具有质量轻、强度高,抗震性能好,施工周期短,建筑工业化程度高,空间利用率大等优点。但钢结构建筑抗火性能差的特点也非常明显,因为钢材虽是一种不燃烧的材料,却是热的良导体,极易传导热量。钢材在温度超过300度以后,屈服点和极限强度显著下降,达到600度时强度几乎等于零。未加保护的钢结构在火灾情况下,只需15分钟,自身温度就会上升到540度以上,致使构件本身扭曲变形,导致建筑物坍塌毁坏,变形后的钢结构也无法修复使用。因此,对钢结构必须采取防火保护措施,涂装防火涂料和防锈剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种钢结构防锈工艺,其防锈,防火,保证钢结构强度,保护人身及设备安全。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种钢结构防锈工艺,防锈工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)表面处理:用钢丝刷、铲刀、砂纸及砂轮网除去金属表面的锈蚀、氧化皮和附着不牢的旧漆膜附着物;
(2)涂料的配制:涂料配制前,应先搅拌均匀,如有结皮或其他杂物必须清除后,方可使用;配制好的涂料要充分搅拌均匀,并进行试涂;
(3)涂料涂装方法:涂装方法采用机械喷涂和刷涂料相结合的方法进行施工,大面积构建采用机械喷涂,小构件采用刷涂;
(4)涂料涂装:涂料涂装前,干净的毛刷、棉纱布将金属面擦拭干净;喷涂时,采用风压喷涂、刷涂相结合的方法进行施工,对于喷枪不易或不能涂刷的部位用毛刷进行涂刷;涂料涂装应按照自上而下,由里到外的施工顺序进行操作;每道涂料涂装结束后,待固化后,再进行下道涂料涂层的施工;涂层涂刷均匀一致,无漏涂、起泡、变色、失光缺陷。
进一步,施工环境温度为10-30℃,相对湿度不大于85%,钢表面温度比露点温度高3℃。
进一步,所述涂料制备:将有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚磷酸铵、双季戊四醇、三聚氰胺、二氧化钛、防锈填料按质量比为1:2:2:2:2:1、1:2:2:2:1:1、1:2:2:1:1:1混合,采用高速分散机分散后,加入乙酸丁酯溶剂,制成涂料;选用质量比为2:1的磷酸铝与硼酸锌作为防锈体系,按照防锈剂与涂料质量比为45:55合成了具有防火和防锈双功能的涂料。
本发明的有益效果为:
施工工艺简单,其防锈,防火,保证钢结构强度,保护人身及设备安全,增加钢结构的使用寿命,减少经济投资。
