Abstract
本发明公开了一种光感美白精华液及其制备方法。该光感美白精华液包括保湿剂、螯合剂、双‑PEG‑15甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷、肌肽、PEG‑60氢化蓖麻油、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、精氨酸、维生素、复合植物提取液、马齿苋提取物、水解欧洲李提取物、防腐剂、美白添加剂、水余量。本发明通过精氨酸和羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸使精华液半成品的pH值维持在6.5~8.2之间,使用时,将美白添加剂与精华液半成品混合后pH值在4.0~5.5之间,保证了苯乙基间苯二酚和抗坏血酸葡糖苷的稳定性和活性,本发明还通过水解欧洲李提取物与肌肽等协同作用,能有效减少黑色素的生成,淡化色斑,均匀肤色,令肌肤由内而外更加美白亮丽。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,特别涉及一种光感美白精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤是人体最大的器官,总重量占体重的5~15%,厚度因人或因部位而异,为0.5~4mm。皮肤覆盖全身,它使体内各种组织和器官免受物理性、机械性、化学性和病原微生物性的侵袭,皮肤具有两个方面的屏障作用,一方面防止体内水分,电解质和其他物质的丢失,另一方面组织外界有害物质的侵入,保持人体内环境的稳定,在生理上起着重要的保护功能,同时皮肤也参与人体的代谢过程。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对护肤品的功能要求越来越高,具备抗衰老效果的护肤品也层出不穷。为了满足用户的需求,市场上研发出精华液种类繁多,但是美白淡斑功效并不突出,而精华液中具有美白淡斑功效的成分,如苯乙基间苯二酚和抗坏血酸葡糖苷等,在精华液中并不稳定,影响其功效的发挥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种光感美白精华液及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明提供的一种光感美白精华液,按重量百分比计,包括如下原料:保湿剂6~38%、螯合剂0.02~0.2%、双-PEG-15甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1~1.0%、肌肽0.2~1.0%、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油0.1~0.5%、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸0.5~2.0%、精氨酸0.2~1.0%、维生素0.2~1.0%、复合植物提取液0.3~1.0%、马齿苋提取物0.5~1.2%、水解欧洲李提取物0.5~2.0%、防腐剂0.1~1.0%、美白添加剂1~10%、海藻糖1.0~4.0%、水余量。
优选的,所述保湿剂选自甘油、丁二醇、透明黄原胶、透明质酸钠、乙氧基二甘醇、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种或多种。
进一步优选的,所述保湿剂包括甘油、丁二醇、透明黄原胶、透明质酸钠、乙氧基二甘醇、1,2-己二醇,其中,在所述光感美白精华液中,所述甘油的添加量为1.0~6.0%,所述丁二醇的添加量为4.0~25.0%,所述透明黄原胶的添加量为0.1~0.3%,所述透明质酸钠的添加量为0.01~0.2%,所述乙氧基二甘醇的添加量为0.5~5.0%,所述1,2-己二醇的添加量为0.5~1.2%。
优选的,所述螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
优选的,所述维生素为氰钴胺。
优选的,所述复合植物提取物液由积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物中的任意一种或多种与水和丁二醇混合而成。
进一步优选的,所述复合植物提取液,按重量百分比计,包括:积雪草提取物3~8%、虎杖根提取物1~3%、黄芩根提取物1~3%、茶叶提取物0.5~2%、光果甘草提取物0.5~2%、母菊花提取物0.1~1%、迷迭香叶提取物0.1~1%、丁二醇30~40%、水余量。
优选的,所述美白添加剂选自苯乙基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸葡糖苷中的一种或两种。
进一步优选的,在所述光感美白精华液中,所述苯乙基间苯二酚的添加量为0.1~0.5%,所述抗坏血酸葡糖苷的添加量为0.5~5.0%。
第二方面,本发明提供的一种如第一方面所述的光感美白精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、保湿剂、螯合剂、双-PEG-15甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷、肌肽、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油加入水相锅中,加热至70~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料A;
(2)将混合物料A冷却至40~50℃,将羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、精氨酸、维生素、复合植物提取液、马齿苋提取物、水解欧洲李提取物和防腐剂加入混合物料A中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料B,再降温至30~35℃,经检验、过滤即可出料得到精华液半成品;
(3)将精华液半成品灌装入化妆品包装瓶内,将美白添加剂和海藻糖混合后装入粉仓中即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过精氨酸和羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸使精华液半成品的pH值维持在6.5~8.2之间,使用时,将美白添加剂与精华液半成品混合后pH值在4.0~5.5之间,保证了苯乙基间苯二酚和抗坏血酸葡糖苷的稳定性和活性,本发明还通过水解欧洲李提取物与肌肽等协同作用,能有效减少黑色素的生成,淡化色斑,均匀肤色,令肌肤由内而外更加美白亮丽;而马齿苋提取物和复合植物提取液(积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物和黄芩根提取物等)协同作用,可以杀菌,增加皮肤舒适度,清除自由基和抗氧化,达到平滑肌肤的效果。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1
本实施例按照表1和表2所示的原料配比称取各原料,本实施例提供的光感美白精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、丁二醇、透明黄原胶、透明质酸钠、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸加入水相锅中,加热至70℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料A;
(2)将混合物料A冷却至40℃,将羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、精氨酸、维生素、复合植物提取液、马齿苋提取物、水解欧洲李提取物和防腐剂加入混合物料A中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料B,再降温至30℃,经检验、过滤即可出料得到精华液半成品;
(3)将精华液半成品灌装入化妆品包装瓶内,将苯乙基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、海藻糖混合均匀后装入粉仓中即可。
实施例2
本实施例按照表1和表2所示的原料配比称取各原料,本实施例提供的光感美白精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、丁二醇、透明黄原胶、透明质酸钠、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸加入水相锅中,加热至75℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料A;
(2)将混合物料A冷却至45℃,将羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、精氨酸、维生素、复合植物提取液、马齿苋提取物、水解欧洲李提取物和防腐剂加入混合物料A中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料B,再降温至35℃,经检验、过滤即可出料得到精华液半成品;
(3)将精华液半成品灌装入化妆品包装瓶内,将苯乙基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、海藻糖混合均匀后装入粉仓中即可。
实施例3
本实施例按照表1和表2所示的原料配比称取各原料,按照实施例2的制备方法制得成品。
实施例4
本实施例按照表1和表2所示的原料配比称取各原料,按照实施例2的制备方法制得成品。
实施例5
本实施例按照表1和表2所示的原料配比称取各原料,本实施例提供的光感美白精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、丁二醇、透明黄原胶、透明质酸钠、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸加入水相锅中,加热至80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料A;
(2)将混合物料A冷却至50℃,将羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、精氨酸、维生素、复合植物提取液、马齿苋提取物、水解欧洲李提取物和防腐剂加入混合物料A中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料B,再降温至30℃,经检验、过滤即可出料得到精华液半成品;
(3)将精华液半成品灌装入化妆品包装瓶内,将苯乙基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、海藻糖混合均匀后装入粉仓中即可。

实施例6~10
为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,本发明按照表3的原料配比准备各原料,其中,复合植物提取液的各原料配比与实施例2的相同,然后按照实施例2的制备方法制得成品。

为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,本对比例采用与实施例2类似的制备方法制得成品,本对比例与实施例2的区别在于:本对比例未添加水解欧洲李提取物,而是采用等量的水替换实施例2中的水解欧洲李提取物。

为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,本对比例采用与实施例2类似的制备方法制得成品,本对比例与实施例2的区别在于:本对比例未添加马齿苋提取物,而是采用等量的水替换实施例2中的马齿苋提取物。
为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,本发明还对上述实施例所得产品中的液体的pH值进行检测,测试结果显示pH值为6.5~8.2,将各实施例的粉体溶于液体中,再次进行pH值测试,测试结果显示pH值为4.0~5.5,此范围的精华液能有效保证苯乙基间苯二酚和抗坏血酸葡糖苷的稳定性和活性。
为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,分别将实施例和对比例所得的产品中的粉体溶于液体中,用二甲基亚砜配制成浓度为1mg/L的待测样品溶液,然后对各待测样品溶液的酪氨酸酶活性抑制率进行了测试;分别将实施例和对比例所得的产品中的粉体溶于液体中,用去离子水配制成浓度为10mg/mL的待测样品溶液,然后对各待测样品溶液的酪氨酸酶活性抑制率进行了测试,测试结果如下表4所示。

以上对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但本发明不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种光感美白精华液,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,包括如下原料:保湿剂6~38%、螯合剂0.02~0.2%、双-PEG-15甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1~1.0%、肌肽0.2~1.0%、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油0.1~0.5%、羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸0.5~2.0%、精氨酸0.2~1.0%、维生素0.2~1.0%、复合植物提取液0.3~1.0%、马齿苋提取物0.5~1.2%、水解欧洲李提取物0.5~2.0%、防腐剂0.1~1.0%、美白添加剂1~10%、海藻糖1.0~4.0%、水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光感美白精华液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂选自甘油、丁二醇、透明黄原胶、透明质酸钠、乙氧基二甘醇、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光感美白精华液,其特征在于,所述维生素为氰钴胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光感美白精华液,其特征在于,所述复合植物提取物液由积雪草提取物、虎杖根提取物、黄芩根提取物、茶叶提取物、光果甘草提取物、母菊花提取物、迷迭香叶提取物中的任意一种或多种与水和丁二醇混合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光感美白精华液,其特征在于,所述复合植物提取液,按重量百分比计,包括:积雪草提取物3~8%、虎杖根提取物1~3%、黄芩根提取物1~3%、茶叶提取物0.5~2%、光果甘草提取物0.5~2%、母菊花提取物0.1~1%、迷迭香叶提取物0.1~1%、丁二醇30~40%、水余量。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光感美白精华液,其特征在于,所述美白添加剂选自苯乙基间苯二酚、抗坏血酸葡糖苷中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的光感美白精华液,其特征在于,在所述光感美白精华液中,所述苯乙基间苯二酚的添加量为0.1~0.5%,所述抗坏血酸葡糖苷的添加量为0.5~5.0%。
8.一种如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的光感美白精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将水、保湿剂、螯合剂、双-PEG-15甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷、肌肽、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油加入水相锅中,加热至70~80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料A;
(2)将混合物料A冷却至40~50℃,将羟乙基哌嗪乙烷磺酸、精氨酸、维生素、复合植物提取液、马齿苋提取物、水解欧洲李提取物和防腐剂加入混合物料A中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合物料B,再降温至30~35℃,经检验、过滤即可出料得到精华液半成品;
(3)将精华液半成品灌装入化妆品包装瓶内,将美白添加剂和海藻糖混合后装入粉仓中即可。
