Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nutrient iodized salt, in particular to biological nutrient iodized salt and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Common salt, one of the most important substances for human survival, is not only a seasoning, but also an indispensable substance in the body. The salt has functions of maintaining osmotic pressure balance and physiological requirement of human body. However, at present, the types of edible salt products in China are relatively few, and only refined salt, iodized salt, zinc salt, snowflake salt, selenium salt and the like are added. The variety of more functional salt is deficient, and the requirements of different people on different types of salt cannot be met.
The spring harbor area of Fujian quan is a dazzling bright pearl which is embedded on the layout of the economic area of the Xian of the strait, and not only has the national large petrochemical industry base, but also has a salt field with more than two hundred calendar histories, namely a Shanyao salt field. The salt field built in the enclosed sea of the stranship salt farm is started in six decades of heaven (the year 1795) and has the area of more than 1 ten thousand acres, is one of salt fixed-point production enterprises in China and is the largest salt production and export base of Fujian province.
The yamamai salt has the effects of promoting human health, beautifying, improving food delicate flavor and the like, has pure and delicious taste, and is comparable to salt produced in other salt farms. This is mainly because of the unique skill-salt-making process in the salt field of the Shanyao. The salt rotation means that when brine is nearly floated in a crystallization tank, the brine starts to rotate, and the brine rotates for many times every day according to weather conditions, so that crystal nuclei are separated out from the brine under the condition that supersaturation degree changes greatly.
Chinese patent CN1276727C discloses a method for preparing natural algae biological nutrition iodine salt, which comprises soaking algae raw materials, cleaning, removing residue, removing harm, pulping, spraying into a fluidized bed furnace, mixing with salt, drying, sterilizing, inspecting, and packaging. The product contains multiple nutritional health-care components with special effects on human bodies, is safe, nontoxic and stable, makes up the deficiency of potassium phosphate or potassium iodide chemical iodine salt, is suitable for daily diet cooking for long-term eating to supplement iodine in a balanced manner, and has positive effects on preventing goiter and children's mental dysplasia caused by iodine deficiency.
Chinese patent CN106722771A discloses a novel garlic nutrient salt and a preparation method thereof, wherein the main body of the novel garlic nutrient salt is edible salt, and 0.1-30 wt% of garlic nutrient is contained. The novel garlic nutrient salt retains the original special smell and nutrient substances of garlic, plays the edible effect of the garlic while cooking and seasoning, and has the effects of preventing and treating tumors, preventing diabetes, protecting liver function, preventing cold and the like. The raw materials are food, and the garlic nutrient is reserved by a pure biomass preparation method which is non-toxic, harmless, safe and free of side effect. The preparation process is simple and easy to implement, and the popularization value is very high.
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention provides a bio-nutritive iodine salt and a preparation method thereof. The salt in the yamama salt field is selected, so that the problems of single function and poor stability of the traditional salt are solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems and provides a biological nutrient iodized salt and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: a biological nutrient iodized salt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150000 to 200000 parts of salt, 10 to 16 parts of kelp, 3 to 6 parts of undaria pinnatifida and vitamin B20.8 to 1.2 portions of zinc citrate and 8.2 to 10.2 portions of zinc citrate.
Further, the biological nutrient iodized salt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 160000 to 180000 parts of salt, 12 to 14 parts of kelp, 4 to 5 parts of undaria pinnatifida and vitamin B20.9 to 1.1 portions and 8.7 to 9.7 portions of zinc citrate.
Furthermore, the salt is produced from a yamamoto salt farm, wherein the purity of sodium chloride in the salt is more than 98.5 percent, the particle size is 0.1 mm-0.8 mm, and the whiteness is 65-90 percent. The salt rotating process is adopted in the salt preparation process of the yamama salt farm, and the produced salt has excellent whiteness and granularity and pure and beautiful mouthfeel, and has the effects of promoting the health and beauty of human bodies, increasing the delicate flavor of food and the like.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the bio-iodine salt, comprising the following steps:
step I, preparing biological iodine: washing the kelp by using clear water for 3-5 times, then airing and crushing the kelp to 60-80 meshes, adding deionized water to soak the kelp for 9-10 hours, then carrying out centrifugal filtration, respectively collecting filtrate and kelp residues, and concentrating the filtrate to 1/6-1/20 of the original volume at the temperature of 62-72 ℃ to obtain biological iodine;
step II, preparation of nutrient solution: washing the kelp residue obtained in the step I with clear water for 1 to 2 times, then baking the kelp residue for 2 to 3 hours at the temperature of between 92 and 102 ℃, mixing the kelp residue with the undaria pinnatifida pulp in parts by weight, and magnetically stirring the mixture for 20 to 30 minutes to obtain a nutrient solution;
step III, preparation of biological nutrient iodized salt: dissolving the salt in the weight part into deionized water at 65-85 ℃ to prepare a saturated solution, and then adding the biological iodine obtained in the step I, the nutrient solution obtained in the step II and the vitamin B in the weight part2And zinc citrate, stirring and dispersing for 20-30 min, then rotationally evaporating water at the temperature of 70-90 ℃ and concentrating to paste, and then carrying out vacuum drying and crushing to obtain the biological nutrient iodized salt.
Further, in the step I, the mass ratio of the kelp to the deionized water is 1: 18 to 20.
Further, in the step I, during soaking, the water bath is carried out for 30-40 min at the temperature of 38-40 ℃ in advance, and then the soaking is carried out for 9-10 h at the temperature of 48-50 ℃.
Further, in the step II, the weight parts of the undaria pinnatifida pulp are as follows according to the mass ratio of 1: 3.5-5, and mixing and pulping for 30-35 min by using a pulping machine.
Further, in the step III, the temperature is 55-65 ℃ in the vacuum drying process, and the time is 3.5-4.5 hours.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the biological nutrient iodized salt is rich in iodine, and the added alkaloid is prepared from kelp, so that the biological nutrient iodized salt has better stability and safety compared with the traditional chemical iodine such as potassium iodide and the like, cannot be decomposed in the cooking processes of food cooking, stir-frying and the like, can supplement iodine elements for human bodies, improves the body function, regulates the metabolism in the bodies and improves the body health;
(2) the biological nutritive iodized salt is prepared with kelp dregs and undaria pinnatifida pulp as nutritious liquid, zinc citrate and vitamin B2The edible salt is added into the edible salt together, so that the nutrition and health care value of the edible salt are increased, and the edible salt is suitable for various crowds;
(3) the biological nutrient iodized salt has the advantages of rich raw material resources, simple production process, low price, low energy consumption, convenient transportation and storage and better economic value.
