step 4): sequentially adding bifidobacterium animalis Bb-12, lactoferrin, mineral substances and vitamins into the homogenized mixture obtained in the step 3), uniformly stirring, emulsifying and homogenizing, wherein the homogenization process is carried out in two times, the first homogenization temperature is 35-45 ℃, the homogenization pressure is 50-70 MPa, the second homogenization temperature is 25-35 ℃, and the homogenization pressure is 30-50 MPa;
step 5): carrying out vacuum concentration treatment on the homogenized mixture obtained in the step 4), wherein the vacuum degree is 75-85 KPa, and obtaining a concentrated solution;
step 6): and sterilizing the concentrated solution, and then carrying out spray drying to obtain a finished product.
