Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型绕线共模电感器及其生产方法,包括第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯、屏蔽罩和线圈,所述第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯结构相同均包括磁座、隔离柱和绕线柱,所述绕线柱固定在所述磁座的两端,所述隔离柱固定在所述磁座的中心处,所述绕线柱的外侧及端面均涂有高强度粘合胶,线圈缠绕在所述绕线柱上粘合固定,小电流电感生产时使用圆形线,大电流生产时使用扁平线,第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯的端面对接,对接后放入烘箱内进行烘干,烘干后在第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯外侧安装屏蔽罩。本发明可选择不同的电感量和电流大小,具有稳定的杂散电感,便于差模滤波和高载流量,粗线和细线都可以使用,稳定性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种新型绕线共模电感器及其生产方法。
背景技术
电感器(Inductor)是能够把电能转化为磁能而存储起来的元件。电感器的结构类似于变压器,但只有一个绕组。电感器具有一定的电感,它只阻碍电流的变化。如果电感器在没有电流通过的状态下,电路接通时它将试图阻碍电流流过它;如果电感器在有电流通过的状态下,电路断开时它将试图维持电流不变。电感器又称扼流器、电抗器、动态电抗器。
电感可由电导材料盘绕磁芯制成,典型的如铜线,也可把磁芯去掉或者用铁磁性材料代替。比空气的磁导率高的芯材料可以把磁场更紧密的约束在电感元件周围,因而增大了电感。电感有很多种,大多以外层瓷釉线圈(enamel coated wire)环绕铁氧体(ferrite)线轴制成,而有些防护电感把线圈完全置于铁氧体内。一些电感元件的芯可以调节。由此可以改变电感大小。小电感能直接蚀刻在PCB板上,用一种铺设螺旋轨迹的方法。小值电感也可用以制造晶体管同样的工艺制造在集成电路中。在这些应用中,铝互连线被经常用做传导材料。不管用何种方法,基于实际的约束应用最多的还是一种叫做"旋转子"的电路,它用一个电容和主动元件表现出与电感元件相同的特性。用于隔高频的电感元件经常用一根穿过磁柱或磁珠的金属丝构成。
目前的市场中产品结构分为两种,方式1:SMD贴片共模电感,方式2:环形共模电感,方式1生产流程:在底座中点胶-安装磁芯–烘烤-绕线(线头缠绕在金属片的引脚上)-焊锡–弯脚–安装磁环–点胶–烘烤–测试–印字码-包装,方式2生产流程:磁环绕线(2个绕组)-引脚焊锡–弯脚–安装隔离板–点胶–烘烤–测试–包装,目前市场上有的产品片式的空间小耐电流小,不适合大电流环境下使用,环形电感感量大,体积较大,受装配空间限制,粗线径无法实现自动化绕线。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型绕线共模电感器及其生产方法,共模电感采用两个E型磁芯组合而成,线圈小电流可以采用圆线绕线,大电流环境可以采用扁平线绕线,大电感量大电流可以增加磁屏蔽罩减少漏磁来提高感值。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型绕线共模电感器及其生产方法,包括第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯、屏蔽罩和线圈,所述第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯结构相同均包括磁座、隔离柱和绕线柱,所述绕线柱固定在所述磁座的两端,所述隔离柱固定在所述磁座的中心处,所述线圈缠绕在所述绕线柱上,所述第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯的端面对接且对接后外侧安装有所述屏蔽罩。
一种新型绕线共模电感器的生产方法,其包括小电流电感器制备方法和大电流电感器制备方法,所述小电流电感器制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)采用圆形线绕线,根据要求的电流值选择铜线线径,线径范围:φ0.4至2.0mm,将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯需要装入线圈的绕线柱外侧及端面点上高强度粘合胶,将圆形线缠绕在第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯的绕线柱上粘合固定;
(2)将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯对接,使用治具将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯夹紧;
(3)烘烤:将组装好的产品,放入烘箱中烘烤,使胶水固化;
(4)组装:将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯的隔离柱对接处中间缠绕高温胶带;
(5)将对接后的第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯外侧安装屏蔽罩。
进一步的,一种大电流电感器制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)采用扁平线绕线,根据要求的电流值选择铜线线径,将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯需要装入线圈的绕线柱外侧及端面点上高强度粘合胶,将扁平线缠绕在第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯的绕线柱上粘合固定;
(2)将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯对接,使用治具将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯夹紧;
(3)烘烤:将组装好的产品,放入烘箱中烘烤,使胶水固化;
(4)组装:将第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯的隔离柱对接处中间缠绕高温胶带;
(5)将对接后的第一E型磁芯、第二E型磁芯外侧安装屏蔽罩。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明可选择不同的电感量和电流大小,具有稳定的杂散电感,便于差模滤波和高载流量,粗线和细线都可以使用,稳定性好。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对发明做出进一步的描述:
请参阅图1-3,根据本发明实施例的一种新型绕线共模电感器,包括第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2、屏蔽罩6和线圈7,所述第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2结构相同均包括磁座3、隔离柱4和绕线柱5,所述绕线柱5固定在所述磁座3的两端,所述隔离柱4固定在所述磁座3的中心处,所述线圈7缠绕在所述绕线柱5上,所述第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2的端面对接且对接后外侧安装有所述屏蔽罩6。
一种新型绕线共模电感器的生产方法,其包括小电流电感器制备方法和大电流电感器制备方法,其制备方法具体步骤如下:
1、线圈7采用圆形线或扁平线,小电流用圆形线,大电流用扁平线绕线,根据要求的电流值选择铜线线径,线径范围:φ0.4至2.0mm,将第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2需要装入线圈7的绕线柱5外侧及端面点上高强度粘合胶9,将圆形线或扁平线缠绕在第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2的绕线柱5上粘合固定;
2、将第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2对接,使用治具将第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2夹紧;
3、烘烤:将组装好的产品,放入烘箱中烘烤,使胶水固化;
4、组装:将第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2的隔离柱4对接处中间缠绕高温胶带8;
5、将对接后的第一E型磁芯1、第二E型磁芯2外侧安装屏蔽罩6。

Claims (3)
1.一种新型绕线共模电感器,其特征在于,包括第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)、屏蔽罩(6)和线圈(7),所述第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)结构相同均包括磁座(3)、隔离柱(4)和绕线柱(5),所述绕线柱(5)固定在所述磁座(3)的两端,所述隔离柱(4)固定在所述磁座(3)的中心处,所述线圈(7)缠绕在所述绕线柱(5)上,所述第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)的端面对接且对接后外侧安装有所述屏蔽罩(6)。
2.一种新型绕线共模电感器的生产方法,其包括小电流电感器制备方法和大电流电感器制备方法,所述小电流电感器制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)所述线圈(7)采用圆形线绕线,根据要求的电流值选择铜线线径,线径范围:φ0.4至2.0mm,将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)需要装入线圈(7)的绕线柱(5)外侧及端面点上高强度粘合胶(9),将圆形线缠绕在第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)的绕线柱(5)上粘合固定;
(2)将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)对接,使用治具将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)夹紧;
(3)烘烤:将组装好的产品,放入烘箱中烘烤,使胶水固化;
(4)组装:将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)的隔离柱(4)对接处中间缠绕高温胶带(8);
(5)将对接后的第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)外侧安装屏蔽罩(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种大电流电感器制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)线圈(7)采用扁平线绕线,根据要求的电流值选择铜线线径,将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)需要装入线圈(7)的绕线柱(5)外侧及端面点上高强度粘合胶(9),将扁平线缠绕在第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)的绕线柱(5)上粘合固定;
(2)将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)对接,使用治具将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)夹紧;
(3)烘烤:将组装好的产品,放入烘箱中烘烤,使胶水固化;
(4)组装:将第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)的隔离柱(4)对接处中间缠绕高温胶带(8);
(5)将对接后的第一E型磁芯(1)、第二E型磁芯(2)外侧安装屏蔽罩(6)。
