Abstract

With the transformation promotion of urban construction modes in China, the electric power safety production also faces new development and examination. (4) Rating criterion
The system divides the security quality credit level of the power construction enterprise into four levels according to the credit score:
first order is 90 (inclusive) to 100 minutes;
the second grade is 70 (inclusive) to 90 minutes;
the third stage is 60 (inclusive) to 70 minutes;
the fourth stage is 60 (none) or less.
According to the principle of hierarchical management, the construction enterprise safety quality credit grade is evaluated as an excellent state enterprise at the first level, as a normal state enterprise at the second level, as an attention state enterprise at the third level and as a key attention state enterprise at the fourth level.
The application of the evaluation system comprises the following steps:

Claims (10)
1. An evaluation system, comprising: an evaluation system design module and an evaluation system application module, wherein,
the evaluation system design module is used for making an evaluation scheme and an evaluation standard;
and the evaluation system application module is connected with the evaluation system design module and is used for evaluating according to the evaluation scheme and the evaluation standard.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the evaluation system design module comprises: an evaluation scheme module, a credit indicator module, an evaluation criteria module, and a rating criterion, wherein,
the evaluation scheme module is used for classifying the security quality credit information and configuring a corresponding evaluation algorithm for the classified information;
the credit index module is used for configuring a credit capability index, a credit behavior index and a veto performance index in the security quality credit condition;
the evaluation standard module is used for configuring corresponding scoring standards according to the credit capability index, the credit behavior index and the overruling index;
and the grade evaluation standard is used for configuring a corresponding grade according to the grading standard.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the security quality credit information comprises: basic information and bad information, wherein,
the basic information includes: the enterprise safety production administrative license qualification and the related change, continuation and cancellation information;
the bad information includes: the method comprises the steps of finding out violation and violation behaviors and construction quality problem information of enterprises in the safety inspection and technical supervision and inspection processes of power companies, and finding out the behaviors of human bodies, power grids, equipment, information safety events, construction quality events and behaviors of violating safety quality violations or causing large social influences due to the responsibility of enterprise personnel.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the evaluation algorithm is configured to perform normalization conversion on the positive and negative information, and then add the positive and negative information according to weights to obtain a credit evaluation result.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the evaluation system application module comprises: an organization and guarantee module, an application mechanism module and a control measure module, wherein,
the organization support module is used for configuring the functions of all departments;
the application mechanism module is used for configuring information collection, security quality credit rating and issuing mechanisms;
and the management and control measure module is used for formulating segmented management and control measures according to enterprises of various levels.
6. An evaluation method applied to the evaluation system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
acquiring a preset evaluation scheme and a preset evaluation standard;
and evaluating according to the preset evaluation scheme and the preset evaluation standard.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to said obtaining an evaluation scenario and evaluation criteria, the method further comprises:
and (4) making an evaluation scheme and evaluation criteria.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the formulating an evaluation scheme and evaluation criteria comprises:
classifying the security quality credit information, and configuring a corresponding evaluation algorithm for the classified information;
configuring a credit capability index, a credit behavior index and a veto performance index in a security quality credit condition;
configuring corresponding scoring standards according to the credit capability index, the credit behavior index and the overruling index;
and configuring corresponding grades according to the grading standard.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the security quality credit information comprises: basic information and bad information, wherein,
the basic information includes: the enterprise safety production administrative license qualification and the related change, continuation and cancellation information;
