In addition, the base 110 and the water tank 120 are manufactured. The water tank 120 and the base 110 can be made of ceramic materials, so that the manufacturing process can be realized through the following steps: blending the slurry; preparing glaze; grouting and forming; trimming; detecting a blank; glazing; loading into a kiln; and firing to manufacture the product.
Step S120: the electronic tag 300 is mounted on the first mounting portion 210, and the protective layer 400 is formed to cover the electronic tag 300.
In some embodiments, the circuit board 200 is first placed on the manufacturing platform, the electronic tag 300 is placed on the first mounting portion 210, and the electronic tag 300 is located at a proper position on the first mounting portion 210, and then the protective layer 400 is coated on the electronic tag 300, wherein the protective layer 400 may be an epoxy resin waterproof sealant, and the waterproof sealant is coated on the electronic tag 300 and completely covers the electronic tag 300, so that the excess waterproof sealant contacts the circuit board 300 and is bonded with the circuit board 300. The protective layer 400 can also be scraped by a scraping device, and the thickness of the protective layer 400 after scraping can be 2-10 mm. And drying after the scraping, and after the protective layer 400 is cured, checking whether a gap or a sand hole exists between the protective layer 400 and the circuit board 200, and completely attaching the protective layer 400 and the circuit board together to completely isolate the electronic tag 300 from the outside. If there are gaps and sand holes, the waterproof sealant is further supplemented.
In other embodiments, the protective layer 400 may be cured by uv irradiation or electric baking.
Step S130: the circuit board 200 mounted with the electronic tag 300 is mounted at a predetermined position of the toilet body 100.
In some embodiments, the circuit board 200 with the electronic tag 300 mounted thereon is first placed at a predetermined position of the toilet body 100, and after the circuit board 200 is placed, the protection layer 400 is exposed on the surface of the toilet body 100, and a gap exists between the toilet body 100 and the circuit board 200, and at this time, a waterproof sealant can be injected into the gap for further beautification.
In some embodiments, the method may further include step S140: and writing information into the electronic tag 300, wherein the information comprises the circuit board number.
It is understood that step 400 may be performed at the same time as any of steps S110 to S130, and is not limited to being performed after step S130.
In some embodiments, the circuit board number and other information to be recorded are written into the electronic tag 300 using a reader/writer and a corresponding writer. For example, when step S140 is after step S110, the writer may be used to write the manufacturing process of the toilet body 100, the information of the staff handling each process, and even the manufacturing time of each process, etc. into the electronic tag 300; when step S140 is after step S120, the specification and function of the circuit board 200, the material used for the protective layer 400, the maker of the step, and the like may be written into the electronic tag 300 by using a writer. When the intelligent closestool 10 enters or exits the warehouse, the information of the intelligent closestool 10 entering or exiting the warehouse can be recorded into the electronic tag 300, and the intelligent closestool 10 entering or exiting the warehouse can be managed. When the intelligent closestool 10 is maintained, the fault problem, the maintenance personnel, the maintenance time and the like of the intelligent closestool 10 can be recorded in the electronic tag 300, and an important basis is provided for after-sale service of a manufacturer.
In the process of manufacturing the toilet body 100, a mounting portion 1311 is formed, the circuit board 200 with the electronic tag 300 is disposed on the mounting portion 1311, and the electronic tag 300 is isolated from the outside by forming a protection layer 400 with a waterproof sealant. According to the intelligent closestool 10 manufactured in the mode, the electronic tag 300 is not easy to damage or lose, so that important guarantee and technical support are provided for traceability in the whole product production period of the intelligent closestool 10, improvement of product quality and after-sale service.
