When the refrigerated medicines in the refrigerating chamber 11 need to be transported to the outside of the warehouse 1, the base unit 3 transports the lifting pick-and-place unit to the entrance 110, and the sealing door 111 is opened at a preset position in the transporting process; until the side extension member 4 travels to a position corresponding to the first travel rail 112, the first travel motor 32 stops and the second travel motor 33 starts to operate until the side extension rail 41 and the first travel rail 112 are completely docked (at this time, the docking rack 411 and the refrigerating compartment rack 113 are docked); subsequently, the third traveling motor 53 starts to operate, so that the lifting pick-and-place unit enters the refrigerating chamber 11 from the transfer chamber 12 (the third gear 531 is engaged with the refrigerating chamber rack 113 from the docking rack 411); when the lifting taking and placing unit advances to the side part of the required medicine placing space 130, the operation of the third travel motor 53 is stopped, and then the taking and placing component 7 is adjusted to a position suitable for taking medicine by the first lifting assembly 5 and the second lifting assembly 6; operating the medicine taking and placing motor 712 to extend the first extension plate 72 and the second extension plate 73 into the medicine placing rack 13 step by step, and taking the medicine box 14 filled with the refrigerated medicine from the receiving plate 131; subsequently, after the first extension plate 72 and the second extension plate 73 return to the preset positions and the first lifting assembly 5 and the second lifting assembly 6 return to the preset positions, the third traveling motor 53 operates in reverse, so that the lifting pick-and-place unit enters the transfer chamber 12 from the refrigeration chamber 11 (travels again onto the side extension member 4); the second travel motor 33 runs in reverse, separating the side extension rail 41 from the first travel rail 112 until the side extension part 4 has fully traveled onto the base unit 3; the base unit 3 conveys the lifting pick-and-place unit to the side position of the electric window 10 (the sealing door 111 is closed in the process), after the pick-and-place part 7 is adjusted to the position suitable for the electric window 10 through the first lifting assembly 5 and the second lifting assembly 6, the electric window 10 is opened, and then the medicine pick-and-place motor 712 is operated to enable the first extension plate 72 and the second extension plate 73 to extend outwards of the storehouse 1 step by step; the worker takes out the medicine box 14 containing the refrigerated medicines from the second extension plate 73, and closes the electric window 10 again after the first extension plate 72 and the second extension plate 73 return to the preset positions and the first lifting assembly 5 and the second lifting assembly 6 return to the preset positions; finally, the base unit 3 transports the lifting pick-and-place unit to a preset position of the second advancing rail 121, so as to complete a flow of transporting the refrigerated medicine to the outside of the warehouse 1.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic medicine dispensing medicine refrigerator is characterized by comprising:
a storehouse (1) in which a refrigerating chamber (11) and a transfer chamber (12) are formed;
the medicine placing racks (13) are arranged in the refrigerating chamber (11) and used for storing refrigerated medicines; and
the intelligent carrying device (2) runs in the refrigerating chamber (11) and the transfer chamber (12) and is used for transporting the refrigerated medicines in the refrigerating chamber (11) to the outside of the warehouse (1) and storing the refrigerated medicines outside the warehouse (1) into the refrigerating chamber (11);
the refrigeration chamber (11) and the transfer chamber (12) are respectively provided with a first travelling track (112) and a second travelling track (121) which limit the intelligent carrying device (2) to travel.
2. The automated drug dispensing cold storage according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent handling device (2) comprises
A base unit (3) running on the second running rail (121), on which a side extension member (4) capable of abutting against the first running rail (112) is provided; and
a lifting pick-and-place unit, which can travel on the lateral extension members (4) and the first travel track (112), for transferring refrigerated medicines between the refrigeration chamber (11) and the transit chamber (12).
3. The automated drug delivery cold storage according to claim 2, wherein the base unit (3) comprises
A base support plate (30) slidably disposed on the second travel rail (121);
a first travel motor (32) fixed to the base support plate (30), an output shaft of the first travel motor (32) being connected to a first gear (321);
a second traveling motor (33) fixed to the base support plate (30) and linking the side extension member (4); and
a base slide rail (31) provided on the base support plate (30) for supporting and guiding the side extension member (4);
wherein, a transfer chamber rack (122) is arranged on the second travelling track (121), and the first gear (321) and the transfer chamber rack (122) are meshed;
the side extension part (4) comprises
A docking support plate (40) slidably disposed on the base slide rail (31);
a lateral extension rail (41) arranged on the butt joint support plate (40) for supporting and guiding the lifting pick-and-place unit; and
a side extension rack (42) provided on the docking support plate (40);
wherein, the output shaft of the second advancing motor (33) is connected with a second gear (331), and the side extension rack (42) and the second gear (331) are meshed.
4. The automated drug delivery cold storage facility of claim 3, wherein the lifting pick-and-place unit comprises
A travel elevating member capable of actively traveling on the side extension rail (41) and the first travel rail (112); and a taking and placing component (7) arranged on the walking lifting component;
the walking lifting part can lift the taking and placing part (7) to obtain a height suitable for taking and placing; the picking and placing component (7) can lift the refrigerated medicine out of the lifting picking and placing unit so as to carry out picking and placing operation.
5. The automated drug delivery cold storage facility of claim 4, wherein the travel elevator component comprises
A first lifting assembly (5) slidably disposed on the side extension rail (41) or the first travel rail (112); and
a second lifting component (6) connected to the first lifting component (5);
wherein the taking and placing component (7) is arranged on the second lifting component (6).
6. The automated drug delivery cold storage according to claim 5, wherein the first lifting assembly (5) comprises
A walking support plate (50) slidably provided on the side extension rail (41);
a first crane (51) provided on the walking support plate (50);
a third travel motor (53) fixed to the travel support plate (50) for providing a travel power of the travel elevating member; and
a first lifting motor (52) fixed on the walking support plate (50) and used for lifting the second lifting component (6);
the output shaft of the third traveling motor (53) is connected with a third gear (531), the side extending track (41) is provided with a butt joint rack (411) capable of being meshed with the third gear (531), and the first traveling track (112) is provided with a refrigerating chamber rack (113) capable of being meshed with the third gear (531).
7. The automated drug delivery cold storage according to claim 5, wherein the second lifting assembly (6) comprises
A second lifting frame (61) connected to the first lifting assembly (5); and
and the second lifting motor (62) is fixed on the second lifting frame (61) and is used for lifting the taking and placing component (7).
8. The automated drug delivery cold storage container according to claim 5, wherein the access means (7) comprises
The taking and placing support frame (71) is connected to the second lifting assembly (6);
the taking and placing assembly is arranged on the taking and placing support frame (71) in a sliding mode; and
the medicine taking and placing motor (712) is fixed on the taking and placing support frame (71) and is used for stretching the taking and placing assembly;
the taking and placing support frame (71) is provided with a taking and placing slide rail (711), and the taking and placing assembly is slidably arranged on the taking and placing slide rail (711);
and an output shaft of the medicine taking and placing motor (712) is connected with a fourth gear (713), and the taking and placing assembly is provided with a medicine taking and placing rack (720) which can be meshed with the fourth gear (713).
9. The automated drug delivery cold storage container of claim 8, wherein the access assembly comprises
A first extension plate (72) slidably disposed on the pick-and-place support frame (71);
a second extension plate (73) slidably disposed on the first extension plate (72) for lifting a refrigerated medicine;
a first connecting belt (741) having one end fixed to the pick-and-place support frame (71) and the other end fixed to the second extension plate (73); and
a second connecting band 742 having one end fixed to the pick-and-place support frame 71 and the other end fixed to the second extension plate 73;
wherein the first connecting band (741) and the second connecting band (742) are arranged in a centrosymmetric manner.
10. The automated drug dispensing cold storage according to claim 1, wherein at least one access opening (110) for communicating the refrigeration chamber (11) and the transfer chamber (12) is provided in the storage room (1);
a sealing door (111) is arranged on the entrance (110);
an electric window (10) communicated with the outside of the storehouse is arranged on the transfer chamber (12);
a plurality of medicine placing spaces (130) are formed in the medicine placing frame (13), and a plurality of vertically-arranged bearing plates (131) are arranged in the medicine placing spaces (130);
the refrigerated medicines can be contained in the medicine box (14) and are mounted on the bearing plate (131) through the intelligent carrying device (2).
