Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The method, the apparatus, the air conditioner, the electronic device and the computer-readable storage medium for adjusting the operating parameters of the air conditioner according to the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for adjusting an operating parameter of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application. In embodiments of the present application, the air conditioner may include a split type air conditioner, a window type air conditioner, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for adjusting an operating parameter of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
and S101, acquiring the current voltage value of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
The current voltage value of the outdoor unit may include a current bus voltage value of the outdoor unit.
Alternatively, a voltage detection device may be installed on an outdoor unit of the air conditioner to obtain a voltage value of the outdoor unit, wherein the voltage detection device may include a voltage sensor.
Optionally, the voltage value of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner may be continuously and periodically sampled and detected, and the lowest value of the instantaneous voltage detected in one sampling period may be used as the current voltage value of the outdoor unit in the sampling period, where the sampling period may be calibrated according to an actual situation, for example, the sampling period may be 2 seconds. It should be noted that the current voltage value of the outdoor unit described in this embodiment may be updated with the sampling period.
And S102, identifying that the air conditioner is in an ultra-low voltage state according to the voltage value, wherein the ultra-low voltage state is a state that the voltage value is less than or equal to a first preset voltage.
It should be noted that the first preset voltage is a critical value for determining that the air conditioner is in an ultra-low voltage state. If the voltage of the outdoor unit is greater than the first preset voltage, the voltage of the outdoor unit is greater at the moment, and the air conditioner can be identified not to be in the ultra-low voltage state. If the voltage of the outdoor unit is less than or equal to the first preset voltage, the voltage of the outdoor unit is smaller at the moment, and the air conditioner can be identified to be in an ultra-low voltage state.
Optionally, the first preset voltage may be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, 190V, 130V, and the like, and is preset in a storage space of the air conditioner, for example, may be preset in a main board of the air conditioner.
S103, adjusting the current operation parameters of the air conditioner to target operation parameters, wherein the target operation parameters meet the operation requirements of the air conditioner in an ultralow-pressure state.
Therefore, the method can identify that the air conditioner is in the ultra-low voltage state by identifying that the current voltage of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is less than or equal to the first preset voltage, and can adjust the operation parameters of the air conditioner when the air conditioner is in the ultra-low voltage state, so that the operation requirements of the air conditioner in the ultra-low voltage state are met, and the operation reliability of the air conditioner is improved.
Alternatively, the operating parameters of the air conditioner may include a set temperature, an operating frequency of the compressor, a rotational speed of the fan, and the like, which are not listed here. The set temperature may include a temperature set by a user through a remote controller, an air conditioner APP (Application program) in the mobile terminal, or an operation panel on a body of the air conditioner according to personal wishes. Wherein, the rotational speed of fan can include the rotational speed of indoor fan, the rotational speed of outdoor fan.
Optionally, the target operation parameter may be calibrated according to an actual condition, and is preset in a storage space of the air conditioner, and after the air conditioner is identified to be in an ultra-low pressure state, the air conditioner may call the target operation parameter from the storage space of the air conditioner, and then the target operation parameter is used to adjust the current operation parameter. It should be noted that the target operating parameter may be a fixed value, or may also be a value range. If the target operation parameter is the value range, after the air conditioner is identified to be in the ultra-low pressure state, the air conditioner can control the value of the current operation parameter to be in the corresponding value range.
For example, when the operation parameter includes an operation frequency of a compressor, an upper limit value of the operation frequency of the compressor in the air conditioner may be limited. If the upper limit of the operating frequency of the compressor is normally set to 84HZ, the upper limit of the operating frequency of the compressor can be reduced, for example, the upper limit of the operating frequency of the compressor can be reduced to 76HZ, in order to reduce the load of the air conditioner, reduce the power consumption of the compressor and ensure the reliable operation of the air conditioner when the air conditioner is in the ultra-low pressure state.
Or when the operation parameter comprises the rotating speed of the fan, the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the fan in the air conditioner can be limited. If the upper limit of the rotation speed of the fan is set to 1112r/min under normal conditions, when the air conditioner is in an ultra-low pressure state, the upper limit of the rotation speed of the fan can be reduced, for example, the upper limit of the rotation speed of the fan can be reduced to 984r/min, in order to reduce the load of the air conditioner, reduce the power consumption of the fan and ensure the reliable operation of the air conditioner.
Furthermore, the target operation parameters can be calibrated according to different operation modes of the air conditioner, after the air conditioner is identified to be in an ultralow-voltage state, the operation mode of the air conditioner can be continuously identified, the matched target operation parameters are obtained according to the operation mode, and then the target operation parameters are used for adjusting the current operation parameters. The operation mode can comprise a heating mode and a cooling mode.
Therefore, the method can obtain different target operation parameters according to different operation modes of the air conditioner, can meet the operation requirements of the air conditioner in different operation modes, and has higher flexibility.
For example, when the operation parameter includes a set temperature, the air conditioner is in a heating mode, and the higher the set temperature is, the greater the heating load of the air conditioner is, and the greater the power consumption is. When the air conditioner is in an ultra-low pressure state, in order to ensure reliable operation of the air conditioner, the load and power consumption of the air conditioner should be reduced, that is, the set temperature of the air conditioner in the heating mode needs to be reduced. Optionally, the upper limit of the set temperature of the air conditioner may be limited, and if the upper limit of the set temperature is normally set to 32 ℃, the upper limit of the set temperature may be reduced when the air conditioner is in an ultra-low pressure state, for example, the upper limit of the set temperature may be reduced to 30 ℃.
Alternatively, when the air conditioner is in the cooling mode, the lower the set temperature, the greater the cooling load of the air conditioner, and the greater the power consumption. When the air conditioner is in an ultra-low pressure state, in order to ensure reliable operation of the air conditioner, the load and power consumption of the air conditioner should be reduced, that is, the set temperature of the air conditioner in the cooling mode needs to be increased. Optionally, the lower limit of the set temperature of the air conditioner may be limited, and if the lower limit of the set temperature is normally set to 16 ℃, the lower limit of the set temperature may be increased when the air conditioner is in an ultra-low pressure state, for example, the lower limit of the set temperature may be increased to 18 ℃.
In summary, according to the method for adjusting the operation parameters of the air conditioner in the embodiment of the application, the condition that the air conditioner is in the ultra-low voltage state can be identified by identifying that the current voltage of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is less than or equal to the preset voltage, and the operation parameters of the air conditioner can be adjusted when the air conditioner is in the ultra-low voltage state, so that the operation requirements of the air conditioner in the ultra-low voltage state are met, the operation reliability of the air conditioner is improved, and the energy consumption is saved.
A method for adjusting an operating parameter of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2, a method for adjusting an operating parameter of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring the current voltage value of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
And S202, identifying that the air conditioner is in an ultra-low voltage state according to the voltage value, wherein the ultra-low voltage state is a state that the voltage value is less than or equal to a first preset voltage.
For specific descriptions of S201 to S202, reference may be made to the descriptions of relevant contents in the above embodiments, and details are not described herein again.
And S203, identifying a target voltage interval in which the voltage value is positioned.
And S204, acquiring target operation parameters according to the target voltage interval.
In the embodiment of the application, the voltage of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can be divided into different intervals in advance, the different intervals can correspond to different target operation parameters, and after the air conditioner is identified to be in the ultra-low voltage state according to the voltage value, the target voltage interval in which the voltage value is located can be continuously identified, so that the target operation parameters corresponding to the target voltage interval can be obtained.
Therefore, the method can obtain different target operation parameters according to different target voltage intervals where the voltage values are located, can meet the operation requirements of the air conditioner under different voltages, and has high flexibility.
Optionally, a mapping relation or a mapping table between the target voltage interval and the target operation parameter may be pre-established, and after the target voltage interval where the voltage value is located is identified, the mapping relation or the mapping table is queried, so that the target operation parameter required by the air conditioner in the current target voltage interval can be determined, and then the target operation parameter is used for adjusting the current operation parameter. The mapping relationship or the mapping table may be preset in a storage space of the air conditioner, for example, may be stored in a main board of the air conditioner. It should be noted that the mapping relationship or the mapping table may be constructed according to different operation modes of the air conditioner, for example, the mapping tables of the air conditioner in the heating mode and the cooling mode may be constructed separately.
For example, when the operation parameter includes the set temperature, the air conditioner may be in a heating mode to limit an upper limit value of the set temperature of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner may be in a cooling mode to limit a lower limit value of the set temperature of the air conditioner, and if the value range of the set temperature of the air conditioner is normally set to 16 ℃ to 32 ℃, the target voltage interval and the corresponding set temperature thereof may be calibrated with reference to table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002374268240000061
Wherein, a is a minimum voltage at which the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can reliably operate, and may be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, may be calibrated to 40V, and is preset in a storage space of the air conditioner, for example, may be preset in a main board of the air conditioner.
As shown in table 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the first preset voltage may be set to 190V, and as the target voltage interval decreases, in order to reduce the load of the air conditioner, reduce the power consumption of the air conditioner, and ensure reliable operation of the air conditioner, the upper limit value of the set temperature in the heating mode decreases, the lower limit value of the set temperature in the cooling mode increases, that is, the upper limit value of the set temperature in the heating mode is positively correlated with the target voltage interval, and the lower limit value of the set temperature in the cooling mode is negatively correlated with the target voltage interval.
Or, when the operation parameters include the operation frequency of the compressor and the rotation speed of the fan, the upper limit value of the operation frequency of the compressor and the upper limit value of the rotation speed of the fan may be limited, and if the upper limit value of the operation frequency of the compressor is nominal 84HZ and the upper limit value of the rotation speed of the fan is nominal 1112r/min under normal conditions, the target voltage interval, the operation frequency of the compressor corresponding to the target voltage interval, and the rotation speed of the fan may be calibrated with reference to table 2.
TABLE 2
Voltage U Upper limit value of operating frequency of compressor Upper limit value of fan speed
130V<U≤190V 76HZ 984r/min
A<U≤130V 54HZ 768/min
As shown in table 2, in an embodiment of the present application, the first preset voltage may be set to 190V, and as the target voltage interval decreases, in order to reduce the load of the air conditioner, reduce the power consumption of the compressor and the fan, and ensure reliable operation of the air conditioner, the upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor and the upper limit value of the rotation speed of the fan both decrease, that is, the upper limit value of the operating frequency of the compressor and the upper limit value of the rotation speed of the fan both positively correlate to the target voltage interval.
And S205, controlling the air conditioner to adjust the current operation parameters to the target operation parameters.
