Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A self-cleaning method and apparatus of an air conditioner, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a self-cleaning method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the self-cleaning method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and S101, responding to a self-cleaning instruction for the air conditioner, and entering a self-cleaning mode to operate.
It should be noted that the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention has a self-cleaning function, and may respond to a self-cleaning command for itself to control itself to enter a self-cleaning mode for operation. Optionally, the user may send the self-cleaning instruction to the air conditioner through a remote controller, an air conditioner APP (Application program) in the mobile terminal, or an operation panel on the body of the air conditioner in a non-contact manner such as a language, a gesture, or the like.
The self-cleaning mode can be calibrated in advance according to actual conditions and is arranged in a storage space of the air conditioner. For example, the self-cleaning mode can be performed in sequence of 'refrigerating condensation-frosting-defrosting', the air conditioner firstly enters a refrigerating condensation stage, air is liquefied when meeting cold and generates condensed water on the outer surface of the indoor heat exchanger, then the air conditioner enters a frosting stage, residual water inside the indoor heat exchanger meets cold and frosts to wrap dust inside the indoor heat exchanger in the frosting, then the air conditioner enters a defrosting stage, the frost on the outer surface of the indoor heat exchanger is liquefied, and the generated condensed water can wash away the originally wrapped dust. It should be noted that the self-cleaning mode may be implemented in other manners, which are not limited herein.
S102, identifying that the air conditioner enters a defrosting stage in a self-cleaning mode, and detecting the temperature of the indoor coil.
Alternatively, a temperature sensor may be installed at a wall of an indoor coil of the air conditioner to detect the temperature of the indoor coil.
S103, adjusting the running frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the temperature of the indoor coil so as to raise the temperature of the indoor coil to a target temperature.
The target temperature can be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, can be calibrated to 58 ℃, and is arranged in the storage space of the air conditioner.
It can be understood that when the air conditioner is in the defrosting stage, the indoor coil temperature is positively correlated with the operating frequency of the compressor, and the indoor coil temperature is negatively correlated with the rotating speed of the indoor fan. When the temperature of the indoor coil is higher, the running frequency of the compressor can be reduced, and/or the rotating speed of the indoor fan is increased, so that the temperature of the indoor coil is reduced; when the temperature of the indoor coil is lower, the running frequency of the compressor can be increased, and/or the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be reduced, so that the temperature of the indoor coil is increased.
Optionally, a mapping relation or a mapping table between the indoor coil temperature and the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the indoor fan may be pre-established, and after the indoor coil temperature is obtained, the mapping relation or the mapping table is queried, so that the operating frequency required by the compressor and the rotating speed required by the indoor fan at the moment can be determined, and the actual operating frequency of the compressor and the actual rotating speed of the indoor fan can be adjusted. It should be noted that the mapping relationship and the mapping table may be calibrated according to actual situations and preset in the storage space of the air conditioner.
Or, a plurality of temperature intervals, the operating frequency of the compressor corresponding to each temperature interval, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan may be calibrated in advance, after the temperature of the indoor coil is obtained, the temperature interval where the temperature of the indoor coil is located may be continuously identified, and then the operating frequency of the compressor corresponding to the temperature interval and the rotating speed of the indoor fan are obtained, so as to adjust the actual operating frequency of the compressor and the actual rotating speed of the indoor fan. It should be noted that the temperature range, the operating frequency of the compressor corresponding to the temperature range, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan may be calibrated according to actual conditions, and are preset in the storage space of the air conditioner.
In summary, according to the self-cleaning method of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner enters the defrosting stage, the operation frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be adjusted according to the temperature of the indoor coil pipe so as to raise the temperature of the indoor coil pipe to the target temperature, so that the self-cleaning effect is ensured, the effect of high-temperature sterilization and mold removal is also achieved, and the health of users is protected.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in step S103, the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotation speed of the indoor fan are adjusted according to the indoor coil temperature, as shown in fig. 2, the method may further include:
s201, recognizing that the temperature of the indoor coil is smaller than a first temperature value, controlling the operating frequency of the compressor to be larger than the first operating frequency, and controlling the rotating speed of the indoor fan to be smaller than or equal to the first rotating speed.
The first temperature value, the first operating frequency and the first rotating speed can be calibrated according to actual conditions and can be preset in a storage space of the air conditioner. It should be noted that the first temperature value is less than the target temperature.
It can be understood that when the indoor coil temperature is less than the first temperature value, it indicates that the indoor coil temperature is lower this moment, and the operating frequency of steerable compressor is greater than first operating frequency, and the rotational speed of indoor fan is less than or equal to first rotational speed to improve indoor coil temperature fast, guarantee that indoor heat exchanger produces sufficient comdenstion water, in order to wash away the dirt of original parcel.
S202, recognizing that the temperature of the indoor coil is greater than or equal to a first temperature value and less than a target temperature, controlling the compressor to maintain a first operating frequency, and gradually increasing the rotating speed of the indoor fan.
It can be understood that when the temperature of the indoor coil is greater than or equal to the first temperature value and less than the target temperature, it indicates that the temperature of the indoor coil has risen to a higher temperature, the compressor can be controlled to maintain the first operating frequency, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan is increased step by step to slow down the temperature rising speed of the indoor coil, so that the risks of low operating reliability, damage to an air conditioner, shutdown and the like caused by overhigh temperature of the indoor coil can be avoided.
S203, recognizing that the temperature of the indoor coil is greater than or equal to the target temperature, limiting the operating frequency of the compressor and maintaining the rotating speed of the indoor fan.
It can be understood that when the indoor coil temperature is greater than or equal to the target temperature, the indoor coil temperature is too high at the moment, the frequency limitation can be performed on the operation frequency of the compressor, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is maintained, the indoor coil temperature is reduced, and then the risks of low operation reliability, damage to the air conditioner, shutdown and the like caused by the too high indoor coil temperature can be avoided.
Therefore, the method can adjust the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the indoor fan according to the size relation among the indoor coil temperature, the first temperature value and the target temperature, so that the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the indoor fan are closer to the actual defrosting requirement, and the method is more flexible and accurate.
For example, the variation curve of the indoor coil temperature of the air conditioner adopting the self-cleaning method of the present invention in the defrosting stage is shown in fig. 3, and it can be known that the indoor coil temperature rises rapidly first, then the rising speed is slowed down, and then the indoor coil temperature floats up and down at the target temperature.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after the step S102 identifies that the air conditioner enters the defrosting stage in the self-cleaning mode, as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include:
s301, detecting the outdoor environment temperature, and adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature.
Optionally, the outdoor ambient temperature may be obtained by installing a temperature sensor on an outdoor unit of the air conditioner, or by querying weather information through a wireless network device.
Optionally, the outdoor ambient temperature is inversely related to a target speed of the outdoor fan. When the outdoor environment temperature is higher, the target rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be reduced so as to avoid overhigh system pressure; when the outdoor environment temperature is lower, the target rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be increased so as to avoid the over-low system pressure.
Optionally, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the outdoor environment temperature, which may include obtaining a temperature range in which the outdoor environment temperature is located, determining a target rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the temperature range, and adjusting the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan to the target rotating speed. It is understood that a plurality of temperature ranges may be calibrated for the outdoor ambient temperature in advance, and each temperature range corresponds to a target rotation speed of the outdoor fan.
Therefore, the method can consider the influence of the outdoor environment temperature on the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, and different outdoor environment temperatures can correspond to different rotating speeds of the outdoor fan, so that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is more flexible and accurate, and the pressure of the air conditioner system can be maintained in a reasonable range.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after detecting the outdoor ambient temperature in step S301, the method may further include identifying that the outdoor ambient temperature is less than the second temperature value, and controlling the auxiliary heating element to be turned on.
It should be noted that, when the outdoor ambient temperature is low, the heating effect of the air conditioner is poor.
The second temperature value can be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the second temperature value can be calibrated to any value of (0-10) DEG C, and is preset in a storage space of the air conditioner.
Therefore, the method can start the auxiliary heating assembly when the outdoor environment temperature is lower than the second temperature value, so that the heating effect of the air conditioner can be enhanced, the high-temperature sterilization and mould removal effect can be ensured, the operation time of a defrosting stage can be shortened, and the waiting time of a user can be shortened.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting module 13 is specifically configured to recognize that the indoor coil temperature is less than a first temperature value, and control the operating frequency of the compressor to be greater than the first operating frequency, and the rotating speed of the indoor fan to be less than or equal to the first rotating speed; recognizing that the indoor coil temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature value and less than the target temperature, controlling the compressor to maintain the first operating frequency, and gradually increasing the rotating speed of the indoor fan; and recognizing that the temperature of the indoor coil is greater than or equal to the target temperature, limiting the operating frequency of the compressor and maintaining the rotating speed of the indoor fan.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting module 13 is further configured to detect an outdoor environment temperature, and adjust the rotation speed of the outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting module 13 is specifically configured to obtain a temperature range in which the outdoor environment temperature is located, determine a target rotation speed of the outdoor fan according to the temperature range, and adjust the current rotation speed of the outdoor fan to the target rotation speed.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the self-cleaning device 100 of the air conditioner further includes a control module 14, and the control module 14 is configured to control the auxiliary heating element to be turned on after recognizing that the outdoor ambient temperature is less than the second temperature value after detecting the outdoor ambient temperature.
