Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Hereinafter, a sterilization control method and apparatus of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a sterilization control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the sterilization control method includes the steps of:
and S1, when the air conditioner starts to operate in the sterilization mode, acquiring the outdoor environment temperature.
Specifically, a user can send an instruction for controlling the air conditioner to operate in a sterilization mode to an indoor unit of the air conditioner through a control terminal, such as an air conditioner remote controller, a smart phone, and the like, and after receiving the instruction, the indoor unit can acquire the outdoor environment temperature through a temperature sensor arranged on an outdoor unit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sterilization mode may be considered as one of heating modes, i.e., heating sterilization by the air conditioner, which may be an operation mode added to a conventional heating, cooling and dehumidifying operation mode of the air conditioner. Specifically, in the operation process of the air conditioner, substances such as dust and dirt generated in the life process can be firmly concentrated on the fins of the evaporator of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the refrigeration and heating effects of the air conditioner are affected. More importantly, these soils and contaminants carry bacteria that can harbor many bacteria and germs. When the air conditioner works again, the bacteria can be quickly dispersed into the indoor air under certain conditions, so that the air bacteria content is increased, and people are easy to get ill after living in the environment for a long time. Therefore, the sterilization mode is an operation mode required for sterilization of the air conditioner, air cleaning, and the like.
And S2, determining the initial operating frequency and the energy-saving operating frequency of the outdoor compressor of the air conditioner according to the outdoor ambient temperature.
Wherein the energy-saving operating frequency is less than or equal to the initial operating frequency.
Specifically, the outdoor environment temperature and the temperature of the indoor evaporator can be obtained through multiple tests, so that the relation between the operating frequencies of the outdoor compressor with a good sterilization effect is achieved, the relation is pre-stored in the air conditioner, and the corresponding initial operating frequency and the energy-saving operating frequency can be directly called according to the current outdoor environment temperature when the air conditioner starts to operate in a sterilization mode, so that the air conditioner can achieve the good sterilization effect.
And S3, controlling the outdoor compressor according to the initial operation frequency.
That is, after the air conditioner enters the sterilization mode, the outdoor compressor is controlled at the initial operating frequency when the compressor is started. It should be noted that, when the outdoor compressor is controlled according to the initial operating frequency, whether the frequency boosting of the outdoor compressor is completed or not can be determined according to the operating time of the outdoor compressor or the detected actual operating frequency of the outdoor compressor, that is, the outdoor compressor is stably operated at the initial operating frequency, wherein the operating time can be set in advance through experiments, and whether the frequency boosting is completed or not can be determined through the fluctuation condition of the actual frequency.
And S4, acquiring the temperature of the indoor evaporator of the air conditioner in real time during the operation process of the air conditioner in the sterilization mode.
The indoor evaporator is mainly used for system indoor heat exchange, and the temperature of the indoor evaporator can be acquired through a temperature sensor arranged on or near the indoor evaporator.
And S5, controlling an outdoor compressor of the air conditioner according to the initial operation frequency when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be lower than the first preset temperature.
In the embodiment of the invention, the outdoor compressor is mainly used for adjusting heat exchange of indoor and outdoor heat exchange devices, and the indoor and outdoor heat exchange quantity can be different due to different operation frequencies of the compressor. Specifically, after the frequency up of the outdoor compressor is completed, the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor may be adjusted according to the detected temperature of the indoor evaporator.
Specifically, the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be lower than a first preset temperature, and a first difference value between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the first preset temperature is obtained every preset time; and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase once according to the first difference value based on the initial operating frequency until the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature. Wherein, the value range of the first preset temperature is 45-50 ℃, for example, 48 ℃.
As an example, when the air conditioner operates in the sterilization mode, it is detected that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is 40 ℃ lower than the first preset temperature of 48 ℃, and the first difference between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the first preset temperature is 8 ℃, a frequency adjustment step corresponding to the first difference of 8 ℃ may be obtained, such as f1, and the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is controlled to increase to f0+ f1, where f0 is an initial operating frequency; after the preset time is 10min, 15min or 20min, acquiring a first difference between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the first preset temperature again, if the first difference is 4 ℃, acquiring a frequency adjustment step length corresponding to the first difference at 4 ℃, such as f2, and further controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to be increased to f0+ f1+ f 2; and the like until the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature of 48 ℃. Wherein f2 may be smaller than f1, i.e. the larger the first difference, the larger the frequency step size is increased.
Optionally, when the air conditioner operates in the sterilization mode, and when it is detected that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is 40 ℃ lower than the first preset temperature of 48 ℃, an adjustment time interval may be further set according to the first difference, for example, the adjustment time interval corresponding to the first difference of 8 ℃ is t1, and the adjustment step is f1, and when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is 40 ℃, the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is controlled to be increased to f0+ f 1; after t1 time, acquiring the first difference again, if the first difference is 3 ℃, acquiring the corresponding adjustment time interval as t2, and adjusting the step length f3, and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase to f0+ f1+ f 3; after t2, if the temperature of the indoor evaporator is still less than the first preset temperature, the adjustment is continued. Wherein t2 may be greater than t1, i.e., the larger the first difference, the smaller the adjustment time interval.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner starts to operate in the sterilization mode, the indoor fan of the air conditioner is further controlled to operate at a preset high wind gear, wherein when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be lower than the first preset temperature, the indoor fan of the air conditioner is controlled to operate at a preset low wind gear, that is, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is set to a preset low wind gear rotating speed. And the rotating speed corresponding to the preset high wind gear is greater than the rotating speed corresponding to the preset low wind gear. From this, when indoor evaporimeter temperature is lower, through the rotational speed that reduces indoor fan, can reduce indoor air output, and then reduce indoor evaporimeter's heat transfer air mass flow to the very fast promotion of indoor evaporimeter's temperature.
Optionally, when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be lower than the first preset temperature and the outdoor compressor of the air conditioner is controlled according to the initial operating frequency, the temperature of the indoor evaporator cannot be made higher than the first preset temperature, and the indoor fan can be adjusted from the preset high wind level to the preset low wind level. Of course, the wind gear can be adjusted first, and then the frequency can be adjusted.
And S6, detecting that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, and controlling the outdoor compressor according to the energy-saving operation frequency.
In an embodiment of the present invention, detecting that the temperature of the indoor evaporator may be greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, and controlling the outdoor compressor according to the energy saving operation frequency may include: detecting that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature and less than a second preset temperature, and acquiring a second difference value between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the second preset temperature every preset time; and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase once according to the second difference value based on the energy-saving operating frequency until the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature. Detecting that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, and acquiring a third difference value between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the second preset temperature every preset time; and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to be reduced once according to the third difference until the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is reduced to the energy-saving operating frequency, or the temperature of the indoor evaporator is lower than a second preset temperature.
Optionally, the second preset temperature may have a value ranging from 54 ℃ to 60 ℃, for example, 56 ℃.
Of course, the process of controlling the outdoor compressor according to the energy saving operation frequency and the second difference/third difference may be the same as the above-described control method of controlling the outdoor compressor according to the initial operation frequency and the first difference.
To facilitate understanding of the sterilization control method of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention, the following description may be made with reference to a specific example shown in fig. 2:
as shown in fig. 2, the initial frequency F1 of the outdoor compressor and the preset first temperature target value (i.e. the first preset temperature) TE _ a of the indoor evaporator, such as 47 ℃, and the second temperature target value (i.e. the second preset temperature) TE _ B of the indoor evaporator, such as 56 ℃ are firstly set, and the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator of the air conditioner is obtained in real time during the operation of the air conditioner in the sterilization mode. When the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is less than TE _ a, controlling the indoor fan of the air conditioner to operate at a preset low wind level, in which process the outdoor compressor may operate at an initial operation frequency F1; when the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ A, acquiring the operating frequency (namely energy-saving operating frequency) F2 sent to the outdoor compressor indoors, wherein F2 is less than or equal to F1; when the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ a and less than TE _ B, controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase once every preset time based on F2 until the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ B; when the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ B, the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is controlled to be decreased once every preset time until the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is decreased to F2.
To sum up, according to the sterilization control method of the air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the air conditioner starts to operate in the sterilization mode, the initial operating frequency and the energy saving operating frequency of the outdoor compressor are determined according to the outdoor environment temperature, and further, in the operation process of the air conditioner in the sterilization mode, the outdoor compressor is controlled according to the initial operating frequency and the energy saving operating frequency and the wind level of the indoor fan is adjusted according to the relationship among the temperature of the indoor evaporator, the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature, so as to actively adjust the temperature of the indoor evaporator, thereby stabilizing the temperature of the indoor evaporator at the sterilization temperature well, and further facilitating the purpose of sterilization and indoor air cleaning.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a sterilization control apparatus of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the control apparatus 100 includes a first obtaining module 10, a determining module 20, a control module 30, and a second obtaining module 40.
The first obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain an outdoor ambient temperature when the air conditioner starts to operate in the sterilization mode.
The determining module 20 is configured to determine an initial operating frequency and an energy saving operating frequency of an outdoor compressor of the air conditioner according to an outdoor ambient temperature, wherein the energy saving operating frequency is less than or equal to the initial operating frequency.
The control module 30 is used to control the outdoor compressor according to the initial operating frequency.
The second obtaining module 40 is used for obtaining the temperature of the indoor evaporator of the air conditioner in real time during the operation of the air conditioner in the sterilization mode.
The indoor evaporator is mainly used for system indoor heat exchange, and the temperature of the indoor evaporator can be acquired through a temperature sensor arranged on or near the indoor evaporator.
The control module 30 is further configured to control the outdoor compressor according to the initial operating frequency when detecting that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is less than a first preset temperature, and control the outdoor compressor according to the energy-saving operating frequency when detecting that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature.
Specifically, the control module 30 is configured to obtain a first difference between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and a first preset temperature every preset time when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be less than the first preset temperature; and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase once according to the first difference value based on the initial operating frequency until the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature. Wherein, the value range of the first preset temperature is 45-50 ℃, for example, 48 ℃.
As an example, when the air conditioner operates in the sterilization mode, the control module 30 detects that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is 40 ℃ and is less than 48 ℃ of the first preset temperature, and at this time, the first difference between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the first preset temperature is 8 ℃, then the frequency adjustment step corresponding to the first difference of 8 ℃ may be obtained, such as f1, and further, the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is controlled to be increased to f0+ f1, where f0 is the initial operating frequency; after the preset time is 10min, 15min or 20min, acquiring a first difference between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the first preset temperature again, if the first difference is 4 ℃, acquiring a frequency adjustment step length corresponding to the first difference at 4 ℃, such as f2, and further controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to be increased to f0+ f1+ f 2; and the like until the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature of 48 ℃. Wherein f2 may be smaller than f1, i.e. the larger the first difference, the larger the frequency step size is increased.
Optionally, when the air conditioner operates in the sterilization mode, and the control module 30 detects that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is 40 ℃ lower than the first preset temperature of 48 ℃, an adjustment time interval may also be set according to the first difference, for example, the adjustment time interval corresponding to the first difference of 8 ℃ is t1, and the adjustment step length is f1, so that when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is 40 ℃, the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is controlled to be increased to f0+ f 1; after t1 time, acquiring the first difference again, if the first difference is 3 ℃, acquiring the corresponding adjustment time interval as t2, and adjusting the step length f3, and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase to f0+ f1+ f 3; after t2, if the temperature of the indoor evaporator is still less than the first preset temperature, the adjustment is continued. Wherein t2 may be greater than t1, i.e., the larger the first difference, the smaller the adjustment time interval.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 is further configured to control the indoor fan of the air conditioner to operate at a preset high wind gear when the air conditioner starts to operate in the sterilization mode, and to control the indoor fan of the air conditioner to operate at a preset low wind gear when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be less than the first preset temperature, that is, the indoor fan speed is set to the preset low wind gear speed.
Optionally, when the control module 30 detects that the temperature of the indoor evaporator is lower than the first preset temperature and controls the outdoor compressor of the air conditioner according to the initial operating frequency, and the temperature of the indoor evaporator cannot be higher than the first preset temperature, the indoor fan may be adjusted from the preset high wind level to the preset low wind level. Of course, the wind gear can be adjusted first, and then the frequency can be adjusted.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the control module 30 detects that the temperature of the indoor evaporator may be greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and controls the outdoor compressor according to the energy-saving operation frequency, the control module is specifically configured to: when the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be greater than or equal to a first preset temperature and less than a second preset temperature, acquiring a second difference value between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the second preset temperature every preset time; and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase once according to the second difference value based on the energy-saving operating frequency until the temperature of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature. When the temperature of the indoor evaporator is detected to be greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, acquiring a third difference value between the temperature of the indoor evaporator and the second preset temperature at preset time intervals; and controlling the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to be reduced once according to the third difference until the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is reduced to the energy-saving operating frequency, or the temperature of the indoor evaporator is lower than a second preset temperature.
To facilitate understanding of the sterilization control device of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, the following description may be made with reference to a specific example shown in fig. 2:
as shown in fig. 2, the initial frequency F1 of the outdoor compressor and the preset first temperature target value (i.e., the first preset temperature) TE _ a, such as 47 ℃, of the indoor evaporator and the preset second temperature target value (i.e., the second preset temperature) TE _ B, such as 56 ℃, of the indoor evaporator are set, and the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator of the air conditioner is obtained in real time by the second obtaining module 40 during the operation of the air conditioner in the sterilization mode. When the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is less than TE _ a, the control module 40 controls the indoor fan of the air conditioner to operate at a preset low wind level, and in the process, the outdoor compressor may operate at an initial operation frequency F1; when the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ A, acquiring the operating frequency (namely energy-saving operating frequency) F2 sent to the outdoor compressor indoors, wherein F2 is less than or equal to F1; when the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ a and less than TE _ B, the control module 40 controls the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor to increase once every preset time based on F2 until the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ B; when the temperature TE of the indoor evaporator is greater than or equal to TE _ B, the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is controlled to be decreased once every preset time until the operating frequency of the outdoor compressor is decreased to F2.
According to the sterilization control device of the air conditioner, when the air conditioner starts to operate in a sterilization mode, the initial operation frequency and the energy-saving operation frequency of the outdoor compressor are determined according to the outdoor environment temperature, and further, in the process of operating the air conditioner in the sterilization mode, the outdoor compressor is controlled according to the initial operation frequency and the energy-saving operation frequency and the wind level of the indoor fan is adjusted according to the relation among the temperature of the indoor evaporator, the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature, so that the temperature of the indoor evaporator can be actively adjusted, the temperature of the indoor evaporator can be well stabilized at the sterilization temperature, and the purposes of sterilization and indoor air cleaning are further achieved.
