本发明涉及一种UVC‑LED空气灭菌仪(100),包括静音风机(1)、环境信息采集系统(2)、智能控制系统(3)、杀毒系统(4)和室温调节系统(5);其中杀毒系统(4)包括UVC‑LED灯,室温调节系统(5)包括制冷系统(52)和制热系统(51);其中,所述制冷系统(52)提供的制冷空气用于调节所述灭菌仪外部环境的温度和UVC‑LED光源的工作温度。本发明的UVC‑LED空气灭菌仪有效利用了UVC‑LED空气灭菌仪内部的制冷系统对大功率的UVC‑LED光源进行了散热,并可以根据现有环境的菌数和/或控制端输入的需求,实时动态调整UVC‑LED光源的强度,杀菌更彻底、更节能。

技术领域
本申请涉及一种灭菌仪,具体涉及一种UVC-LED空气灭菌仪。
背景技术
UVC-LED空气灭菌仪是本领域已知的杀毒灭菌设备,其具有光谱集中、功耗小、体积小、杀毒效果好、寿命长的优点,已经逐步替代传统的UV水银灯或UV汞灯。其主要使用的紫外线波段是UVC,杀菌作用最强的波段位于250nm-280nm。而UVC的输出强度是衡量紫外光杀菌消毒的主要参数,平均照射剂量越大,杀毒效果就越好,平均照射剂量不足就有可能出现光复活现象,即病菌不能被彻底杀死,降低杀菌效果,因而本领域技术人员期望提高UVC的平均辐照强度。
目前的UVC-LED空气灭菌仪的UVC-LED杀菌装置的功率普遍较低,一般低于50W,杀菌效果仍不够理想,而单纯的提高其功率常常会因光源本身的散热能力较低而产生阻碍。此外,现有的LED光源虽然也有采用风冷进行散热的方式,但通常是采用散热风扇将室温温度的风吹向LED基板或散热器,或者用液冷散热方式来代替或结合,这样的散热效果对于高功率UVC-LED的散热来说仍然显得不足。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提高UVC-LED灭菌仪的散热效率从而允许使用更高功率的光源进而改进其杀菌效果。
本发明提供的技术方案为:UVC-LED空气灭菌仪,用于公共场所消杀,包括静音风机、环境信息采集系统、智能控制系统和杀毒系统;其中杀毒系统包括UVC-LED灯,还进一步包括初级过滤装置、静电吸附装置、HEPA过滤装置、臭氧杀毒灭菌装置、负离子杀毒装置、光触媒和杀毒剂雾化装置;其中,
静音风机,其转速可控;
环境信息采集系统,用于采集所述UVC-LED空气灭菌仪所处环境中的细菌数量,还用于采集所述环境中的温度、湿度、某种/某些有害气体浓度至少之一;
UVC-LED灯包括UVC-LED基板和设置于基板后方的鳍片状散热器;所述UVC-LED基板上设置有基板温度探测器;
其特征在于,UVC-LED空气灭菌仪还包括,
独立制氧装置,用于实现独立制氧以及释放氧气;
负离子杀毒装置,用于产生负离子对空气进行净化;
臭氧杀毒灭菌装置,用于产生臭氧对空气进行杀消;
室温调节系统,其包括提供温度低于环境温度的制冷空气的制冷系统和提供温度高于环境温度的制热空气的制热系统;其中,所述制冷系统提供的制冷空气用于调节所述灭菌仪外部环境的温度和UVC-LED光源的工作温度;制冷系统包括制冷气体总干路、控制阀、向外部环境输出制冷空气的第一制冷空气支路和向所述UVC-LED光源的散热器提供制冷空气的第二制冷空气支路;其中,
控制阀,连接在所述制冷气体总干路上,用于根据所述智能控制系统输出的控制指令控制进入第一制冷空气支路、第二制冷空气支路的制冷气体分配比例,所述制冷气体分配比例为0-100%;
智能控制系统,用于根据环境信息采集系统采集到的细菌数量、控制端输入的控制指令来对UVC-LED光源的强度、控制阀的所述分配比例进行调节;当检测到较多的细菌数量时,UVC-LED光源打开的灯珠数量较多;当基板温度探测器探测到较高的基板温度时,智能控制系统控制制冷系统打开,以及通过控制所述控制阀来调高第二制冷空气支路的制冷气体分配比例。
其中,所述UVC-LED光源的波长范围为250-280nm,优选为205-270nm,或者260-280nm。
其中,所述鳍片状散热器为水冷式散热器。
其中,UVC-LED空气灭菌仪还包括故障报警系统,用于通过所述智能控制系统对所述UVC-LED灯、臭氧杀毒灭菌装置、负离子杀毒装置的故障进行报警。
其中,所述UVC-LED灯的总功率大于60W。
本发明的UVC-LED空气灭菌仪至少同时具有以下优点:
(1)有效利用了UVC-LED空气灭菌仪内部的制冷系统对大功率的UVC-LED光源进行了散热,无需另置其它制冷系统;
(2)可以根据现有环境的菌数和/或控制端输入的需求,实时动态调整UVC-LED光源的强度以及其它多种杀毒装置的开闭,杀菌更彻底、更节能。

图1示出了本发明的UVC-LED空气灭菌仪的结构框图;UVC-LED空气灭菌仪(100),用于医疗及其它大型公共场所消杀,包括静音风机(1)(转速可控)、环境信息采集系统(2)、智能控制系统(3)、杀毒系统(4)和室温调节系统(5);其中,环境信息采集系统(2),用于采集所述UVC-LED空气灭菌仪所处环境中的细菌数量,还用于采集所述环境中的温度、湿度、某种/某些有害气体浓度至少之一。
UVC-LED空气灭菌仪(100)还包括独立制氧装置(未示出),用于实现独立制氧以及释放氧气。
杀毒系统(4)包括UVC-LED灯,还进一步包括初级过滤装置、静电吸附装置、HEPA过滤装置、臭氧杀毒灭菌装置、负离子杀毒装置、光触媒、杀毒剂雾化装置中的至少一个;室温调节系统(5)包括提供温度低于环境温度的制冷空气的制冷系统(52)和提供温度高于环境温度的制热空气的制热系统(51)。其中所述过滤装置可以采用蜂巢式滤芯。

UVC-LED灯包括UVC-LED基板(42)和设置于基板后方的鳍片状散热器(41);所述UVC-LED基板(42)上设置有基板温度探测器(未示出)。所述制冷系统(52)提供的制冷空气用于调节所述灭菌仪外部环境的温度和UVC-LED光源的工作温度;制冷系统(52)包括制冷气体总干路(521)、控制阀(524)、向外部环境输出制冷空气的第一制冷空气支路(522)和向所述UVC-LED光源的散热器提供制冷空气的第二制冷空气支路(523);其中,控制阀(524),连接在所述制冷气体总干路(521)上,用于根据所述智能控制系统(3)输出的控制指令控制进入第一制冷空气支路(522)、第二制冷空气支路(523)的制冷气体分配比例,所述制冷气体分配比例为0-100%;智能控制系统(3),用于根据环境信息采集系统(2)采集到的细菌数量、控制端输入的控制指令来对UVC-LED光源的强度、控制阀(524)的所述分配比例进行调节;当检测到较多的细菌数量时,UVC-LED光源打开的灯珠数量较多,反之则反之;当基板温度探测器探测到较高的基板温度时,智能控制系统(3)控制制冷系统(52)打开,以及通过控制所述控制阀(524)来调高第二制冷空气支路(523)的制冷气体分配比例,反之则反之。
具体应用场景还可以为:当检测到环境中存在细菌数量较多时,打开所有UVC-LED灯珠,以尽快杀毒灭菌;此外,第一制冷空气支路的空气通过UVC-LED灯的照射区域,第二制冷空气支路的空气(有独立的出口)不通过UVC-LED灯的照射区域,以使得结构设计简单。
其中,所述UVC-LED光源的波长范围为250-280nm,优选为205-270nm,或者260-280nm。所述UVC-LED灯的总功率大于60W。所述鳍片状散热器还可以为水冷式散热器,通过制冷空气制冷+水冷的方式获得更好的散热效果。此外,所述鳍片状散热器还可以为允许制冷气体通过的空心空腔结构,进一步地,还可以在空心空腔结构的散热鳍片上设置多个制冷空气进气口以及多个制冷气体出气口,多个进气口、出气口在鳍片上均匀分布,以实现对UVC-LED基板的均匀散热从而使得UVC-LED的工作状态更稳定、出光更均匀。
其中,UVC-LED空气灭菌仪还包括故障报警系统,用于通过所述智能控制系统对所述UVC-LED灯、臭氧杀毒灭菌装置、负离子杀毒装置的故障进行报警,以提醒用户对相关装置进行维修或更换。
进一步地,所述UVC-LED空气灭菌仪还包括制氧装置,用于独立制氧并释放。所述UVC-LED空气灭菌仪的工作模式可以为智能监控和/或定时工作。
此外,需要强调的是,本发明中的杀毒、灭菌均泛指对细菌、病毒等的杀灭和消除。
并且,本发明的UVC-LED空气灭菌仪在具体生产中的技术要点及材料选择可以为:1、外壳设计美观、体现高科技感;2、机体内骨架材料可选择10mm*20mm镀锌管;3、所需板材可选用1mm-1.5mm镀锌板;4、整体设备需静电涂装;5、外壳文字部分采用丝网印刷;6、进风、出风部分采用已有冲压设备进行生产。

静音风机(1),其转速可控;
环境信息采集系统(2),用于采集所述UVC-LED空气灭菌仪所处环境中的细菌数量,还用于采集所述环境中的温度、湿度、某种/某些有害气体浓度至少之一;
UVC-LED灯,包括UVC-LED基板(42)和设置于基板后方的鳍片状散热器(41);所述UVC-LED基板(42)上设置有基板温度探测器;
负离子杀毒装置,用于产生负离子对空气进行净化;
