The hidden box device of the invention is provided with components such as a hidden box 2, a valve seat 1, an inner rubber plate 3, an outer rubber plate 4 and the like. In the actual manufacturing process, the front preformed hole 24 and the front sealing stop piece 241 can be formed by forming a ring groove on the front wall of the hidden box 2. Wherein the ring groove does not penetrate into the storage groove 21, the inner portion of the ring groove forms a front sealing stop piece 241, and the front preformed hole 24 can be formed after the front sealing stop piece 241 is removed. As shown in fig. 3 to 6 and 9 to 11, the hidden box device further includes a face cover 8 and three sealing rubber rings 9, the three sealing rubber rings 9 are respectively sleeved on the cold water switch assembly 5, the hot water switch assembly 6 and the water outlet assembly 7, the face cover 8 is covered on the outer rubber plate 4, the operation end of the cold water switch assembly 5, the operation end of the hot water switch assembly 6 and the water outlet end of the water outlet assembly 7 are respectively penetrated outside the face cover 8, and the face cover 8 is tightly pressed on each sealing rubber ring 9.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 22, and fig. 25 to fig. 27, the hidden box device further includes a first clamping cover 40, a second clamping cover 50, and a third clamping cover 60, wherein a first sealing ring 401 is disposed on an inner surface of the first clamping cover 40, the first clamping cover 40 is sleeved on the cold water switch assembly 5, and the first sealing ring 401 is disposed around the cold water switch assembly 5, a second sealing ring 501 is disposed on an inner surface of the second clamping cover 50, the second clamping cover 50 is sleeved on the hot water switch assembly 6, and the second sealing ring 501 is disposed around the hot water switch assembly 6, a third sealing ring 601 is disposed on an inner surface of the third clamping cover 60, and the third clamping cover 60 is sleeved on the water outlet assembly 7, and the third sealing ring 601 is disposed around the water outlet assembly 7. The first clamping cover 40, the second clamping cover 50 and the third clamping cover 60 are respectively sleeved on the cold water switch component 5, the hot water switch component 6 and the water outlet component 7, and the first sealing ring 401, the second sealing ring 501 and the third sealing ring 601 are respectively arranged on the inner surfaces of the first clamping cover 40, the second clamping cover 50 and the third clamping cover 60, so that the inner rubber plate 3, the outer rubber plate 4 and the sealing rings can form a three-level waterproof function, and the anti-seepage performance of the hidden box device can be further improved.
In the use process, the cold water switch component 5, the hot water switch component 6 and the water outlet component 7 are all arranged on a basin or a bathtub under a table in a penetrating way, and the outer rubber plate 4 and the clamping covers are respectively positioned on the inner surface and the outer surface of the basin or the bathtub under the table, so that the hidden box device can be installed.
As shown in fig. 22, 25, 28, and 29, the cold water switch assembly 5 includes a first valve core case 51, a first valve core 52, and a first knob 53, the first valve core case 51 is respectively provided with a first water outlet 511, three first water inlet holes 512, and a first valve core chamber 513, and the first water outlet 511 and the three first water inlet holes 512 are respectively communicated with the first valve core chamber 513, the first valve core case 51 is detachably mounted on the first mounting location 10, and the first water outlet 511 is communicated with the third water inlet hole 103, and the three first water inlet holes 512 are respectively communicated with the first water inlet hole 101, the second water inlet hole 102, and the fourth water inlet hole 104, the first valve core 52 is disposed in the first valve core chamber 513, and the first knob 53 is connected to an end of the first valve core 52. The structure of the cold water switch assembly 5 is very simple and reliable.
As shown in fig. 22 and 26, the first valve core housing 51 includes a first inner seat 510 and a first outer cylinder 520, the first water outlet 511, three first water inlet 512 and the first valve core chamber 513 are all formed on the first inner seat 510, the first inner seat 510 is fixed on the first installation site 10 by a first screw 530, and the first outer cylinder 520 is screwed on the first inner seat 510. The first clip cover 40 is screwed to the first outer cylinder 520. By these screw connections, the purpose of adjusting the distance between the first clip cover 40 and the outer rubber sheet 4 can be achieved, which contributes to an increase in the applicability of the cassette hiding device.
As shown in fig. 25, 28, and 29, the first water outlet hole 511 and the three first water inlet holes 512 are all formed in the bottom surface of the first inner seat 510, and the first water outlet hole 511 and the three first water inlet holes 512 are arranged in a rectangular shape, the bottom surfaces of the first inner seat 510 outside the orifices of the first water outlet hole 511 and the three first water inlet holes 512 are respectively provided with a first annular limiting groove 514 surrounding the corresponding orifice, and two adjacent first annular limiting grooves 514 are communicated, a first rubber gasket 500 is arranged between the first inner seat 510 and the valve seat 1, the first rubber gasket 500 is formed by four rubber rings arranged in a rectangular shape, and the two adjacent rubber rings are connected together and are respectively embedded in the four first annular limiting grooves 514. This effectively improves the sealing between the first inner seat 510 and the valve seat 1, thereby preventing a leakage situation.
As shown in fig. 4 and 9, an annular groove is formed in the end surface of the outer end of the first valve core shell 51, and the sealing rubber ring 9 is embedded in the annular groove, so that the requirement for sleeving the sealing rubber ring 9 can be met, and a good limiting effect can be achieved on the sealing rubber ring 9.
As shown in fig. 22, 26, 30 and 31, the hot water switch assembly 6 includes a second valve core case 61, a second valve core 62 and a second knob 63, the second valve core case 61 is provided with a second water outlet hole 611, three second water inlet holes 612 and a second valve core chamber 613 respectively, the second water outlet hole 611 and the three second water inlet holes 612 are respectively communicated with the second valve core chamber 613, the second valve core case 61 is detachably mounted on the third mounting position 30, the three second water inlet holes 612 are respectively communicated with the tenth water guide hole 302, the eleventh water guide hole 303 and the twelfth water guide hole 304, the second water outlet hole 611 is communicated with the ninth water guide hole 301, the second valve core 62 is disposed in the second valve core chamber 613, and the second knob 63 is connected to an end of the second valve core 62. The hot water switch assembly 6 is very simple and reliable in structure.
As shown in fig. 22 and 26, the second valve core case 61 includes a second inner seat 610 and a second outer tube 620, three second water inlet holes 612, a second water outlet hole 611 and a second valve core chamber 613 are all formed in the second inner seat 610, the second inner seat 610 is fixed to the third mounting position 30 by second screws 630, and the second outer tube 620 is screwed to the second inner seat 610. The second clip cover 50 is screwed to the second outer cylinder 620. By these screw connections, the purpose of adjusting the distance between the second clip cover 50 and the outer rubber sheet 4 can be achieved, which contributes to an increase in the applicability of the cassette hiding device.
As shown in fig. 26, 30 and 31, the second water outlet hole 611 and the three second water inlet holes 612 are all formed in the bottom surface of the second inner seat 610, and the second water outlet hole 611 and the three second water inlet holes 612 are arranged in a rectangular shape, the bottom surfaces of the second inner seat 610 outside the openings of the second water outlet hole 611 and the three second water inlet holes 612 are respectively provided with a second annular limiting groove 614 surrounding the corresponding opening, and two adjacent second annular limiting grooves 614 are communicated, a second rubber gasket 600 is arranged between the second inner seat 610 and the valve seat 1, the second rubber gasket 600 is composed of four rubber rings arranged in a rectangular shape, and the two adjacent rubber rings are connected together and are respectively embedded in the four second annular limiting grooves 614. This effectively improves the sealing between the second inner seat 610 and the valve seat 1, thereby preventing a leakage.
As shown in fig. 6 and 10, an annular groove is formed in the outer end surface of the second valve core housing 61, and the seal rubber ring 9 is embedded in the annular groove, so that the requirement for sleeving the seal rubber ring 9 can be met, and a good limiting effect can be achieved on the seal rubber ring 9.
As shown in fig. 22, 27 and 32, the water outlet assembly 7 includes a connecting base 71 and a water outlet pipe 72, the connecting base 71 is respectively provided with a water mixing cavity 711 and four water inlet holes 712, and the four water inlet holes 712 are respectively communicated with the water mixing cavity 711, the connecting base 71 is detachably mounted on the second mounting position 20, and the four water inlet holes 712 are respectively communicated with the fifth water guide hole 201, the sixth water guide hole 202, the seventh water guide hole 203 and the eighth water guide hole 204, and the water outlet pipe 72 is connected to the connecting base 71 and is communicated with the water mixing cavity 711. The structural design is very simple and reliable, and is beneficial to improving the uniformity of cold and hot water mixing.
As shown in fig. 27 and 32, four water inlet holes 712 are formed in the bottom surface of the connecting base body 71, and the four water inlet holes 712 are arranged in a rectangular shape, third annular limiting grooves 713 surrounding corresponding holes are formed in the bottom surface of the connecting base body 71 outside the holes of the four water inlet holes 712, and two adjacent third annular limiting grooves 713 are communicated with each other, a third rubber gasket 700 is arranged between the connecting base body 71 and the valve seat 1, the third rubber gasket 700 is formed by four rubber rings arranged in a rectangular shape, and the two adjacent rubber rings are connected together, and the four rubber rings are respectively embedded in the four third annular limiting grooves 713. This effectively improves the sealing between the connection seat body 71 and the valve seat 1, thereby preventing leakage.
As shown in fig. 5 and 11, the sealing rubber ring 9 is sleeved on the end surface of the water outlet pipe 72, and the sealing rubber ring 9 is tightly pressed on the outer surface of the face cover 8.
As shown in fig. 22, the connection seat 71 is fixed to the second mounting position 20 by a third screw 710.
As shown in fig. 22 and 27, an adjusting sleeve 73 is screwed on the connecting base 71, a connecting pipe 74 is further screwed in the adjusting sleeve 73, the water outlet pipe 72 is arranged outside the adjusting sleeve 73, one end of the connecting pipe 74 is inserted into and communicated with the water outlet pipe 72, and the third clamping cover 60 is screwed on the connecting pipe 74. Thus, the water outlet assembly 7 can also serve the purpose of stably hiding the box device.
As shown in fig. 3, 7, 23 and 24, a convex column 211 is disposed at the bottom of the hiding groove 21, the inner rubber plate 3 presses on the convex column 211, and a fourth screw 212 is screwed on the convex column 211 after penetrating through the inner rubber plate 3. Therefore, the convenience and the accuracy of the installation and the positioning of the inner rubber plate 3 can be improved, and the reliability of the installation and the positioning of the inner rubber plate 3 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 23 and 24, a ring-shaped slot 41 is formed on the surface of the outer rubber plate 4, and the ring-shaped slot 41 is clamped on the notch of the storage slot 21. This contributes to improving the reliability of the mounting positioning of the outer rubber sheet 4.
As shown in fig. 3 and 20, a protrusion 42 is formed on the inner surface of the outer rubber sheet 4, and the protrusion 42 is fitted into the storage groove 21. This contributes to improving the reliability of the mounting positioning of the outer rubber sheet 4.
As shown in fig. 3, 8, 23 and 24, a screw hole 110 is opened on the bottom surface of the valve seat 1, a fifth screw 26 is inserted through the bottom of the hidden box 2, and the fifth screw 26 is screwed into the screw hole 110. The structural design is helpful for improving the reliability of the installation and the positioning of the valve seat 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the hidden box 2 has a plurality of circles of easy-cutting grooves 27 formed on the outer surface thereof. When the hiding box 2 is installed, in order to prevent the sundries from entering the hiding groove 21, a temporary cover can be covered on the hiding box 2 to shield the hiding groove 21; the side edge of the hidden box 2 is provided with a concave part 28, and the concave part 28 is provided with a fixing lug 29 with a through hole.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the hole walls of the cold water inlet 11, the hot water inlet 12, the first connection hole 13, the second connection hole 14, the third connection hole 15, the fourth connection hole 16, the fifth connection hole 17 and the sixth connection hole 18 are respectively provided with an internal thread. Through the setting of internal thread, can be convenient for the connection of water pipe.

Therefore, the accuracy and the reliability of the installation and the positioning of the cold water switch assembly 5, the hot water switch assembly 6 and the water outlet assembly 7 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 12, when the cold water switch unit 5, the hot water switch unit 6, and the water outlet unit 7 are mounted, they are fitted into the corresponding positioning grooves and fixed by screws.

The first water guide 100, the second water guide 200, and the closing member 300 are fixed by screws.
As shown in fig. 35, a first internal thread 120 is formed on a hole wall of the outlet of the first water guide 100, and a second internal thread 210 is formed on a hole wall of the outlet of the second water guide 200. Through the arrangement of the internal threads, the convenience and the reliability of the connection of the water valve are improved.
