The upper cover 14 covers the opening of the accommodating cavity to enclose the first valve body 2 and the second valve body 4 in the accommodating cavity, and the decorative cover 15 covers the upper cover 14 and is detachably connected with the upper cover 14. The device is intended to serve as a decoration to enhance the overall aesthetic appearance of the multi-functional bathroom control box 100. Wherein, the whole body of the shell 1 is made of plastic materials.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first valve body 2 is formed by injection molding of a plastic material, the first valve body 2 includes a water mixing chamber 21, a first water inlet pipe 22, a second water inlet pipe 23 and a first water outlet pipe 24, and the first water inlet pipe 22, the second water inlet pipe 23 and the first water outlet pipe 24 are respectively communicated with the water mixing chamber 21.
The first fixing plate 12 is provided with a first connection lug 121, the first water inlet pipe 22 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the water mixing chamber 21, the first water inlet pipe 22 is connected with an external water supply pipeline, the first water inlet pipe 22 end of the first water inlet pipe 22 is provided with a third connection lug 221 and a first annular groove 222, wherein the third connection lug 221 is fixedly connected with the first connection lug 121 through a bolt, and one end of the first annular groove 222, which is far away from the water mixing chamber 21, is provided with a first inclined surface 2221.
The second inlet conduit 23 comprises a first branch conduit 231, a second branch conduit 232, a third branch conduit 233 and a fourth branch conduit 234, the first branch conduit 231 and the third branch conduit 233 being parallel to the axial direction of the mixing chamber 21, and the second branch conduit 232 and the fourth branch conduit 234 being parallel to the first inlet conduit 22. The first branch pipe 231 is connected with the mixing chamber 21, one end of the second branch pipe 232 close to the third branch pipe 233 is provided with a first connector 2321, the first connector 2321 is provided with a first sealing element 81, one end of the third branch pipe 233 close to the fourth branch pipe 234 is provided with a second connector 2331, and the second connector 2331 is provided with a second sealing element 82. Since the first valve body 2 is injection molded, there is a certain clearance for the insert during the injection molding process, such as the first interface 2321 and the second interface 2331. The first sealing member 81 disposed at the first port 2321 and the second sealing member 82 disposed at the second port 2331 can effectively seal the first port 2321 and the second port 2331, and prevent water from leaking at the first port 2321 and the second port 2331 when entering the first valve body 2.
Referring to fig. 6, the first sealing member 81 includes a first plug 811, a third collar 812, and a third sealing ring 813. A fifth clamping groove 8111 is formed in the peripheral wall of the first plug 811, the fifth clamping groove 8111 penetrates through the first plug 811, a sixth clamping groove 2322 is formed in the first interface 2321, and the first plug 811 is sleeved on the first interface 2321, so that the fifth clamping groove 8111 is communicated with the sixth clamping groove 2322. The third snap ring 812 passes through the fifth snap groove 8111 and then is engaged with the sixth snap groove 2322, so as to realize the quick installation of the first plug 811. The first port 2321 is further provided with a first groove 2323 in its circumferential wall, the third seal 813 is fitted into the first groove 2323, and the third seal 813 abuts against the first port 2321 and the first plug 811, respectively, so as to prevent water entering the first valve body 2 from leaking from the first port 2321.
The second sealing element 82 includes a second plug 821, a fourth snap ring 822 and a fourth sealing ring 823, a seventh card slot 8211 is provided on the circumferential wall of the second plug 821, the first card slot penetrates through the second plug 821, an eighth card slot 2332 is provided on the second interface 2331, the second plug 821 is sleeved on the second interface 2331, the seventh card slot 8211 is communicated with the eighth card slot 2332, and the fourth snap ring 822 penetrates through the seventh card slot 8211 and then is clamped with the eighth card slot 2332, so that the second plug 821 is quickly mounted. The second connector 2331 is further provided with a second recessed groove 2333 in the peripheral wall thereof, and the fourth seal 823 is fitted in the second recessed groove 2333, and the second seal 66 abuts against the second connector 2331 and the second plug 821, respectively, to prevent the water entering the first valve element 2 from leaking from the second connector 2331.
In addition, the first fixing plate 12 is further provided with a second engaging lug 122, the fourth branch pipe 234 is provided with a fourth engaging lug 2341, and the fourth engaging lug 2341 is fixedly connected with the second engaging lug 122 through a bolt. The fourth branch pipe 234 is further provided with a second annular groove 235, and one end of the second annular groove 235 far away from the water mixing chamber 21 is provided with a second inclined surface 2351.
Referring to fig. 7, a first clamping groove 241 is formed in the circumferential wall of the first water outlet pipe 24, the first clamping groove 241 penetrates through the first water outlet pipe 24, a third clamping groove 61 is formed in the circumferential wall of the first end of the connecting pipe 6, the first water outlet pipe 24 is sleeved on the first end of the connecting pipe 6, so that the first clamping groove 241 is communicated with the third clamping groove 61, the multi-functional bathroom control box 100 further comprises a first clamping ring 91, and the first clamping ring 91 is clamped with the third clamping groove 61 after penetrating through the first clamping groove 241, so as to realize the quick connection between the connecting pipe 6 and the first water outlet pipe 24. In addition, a third groove 62 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the first end of the connecting pipe 6, a first sealing ring 63 is embedded in the third groove 62, and the first sealing ring 63 abuts between the first water outlet pipe 24 and the connecting pipe 6 so as to prevent water from leaking from the joint of the first water outlet pipe 24 and the connecting pipe 6. Of course, as an alternative, the arrangement that the first snap ring 241 penetrates through the first water outlet pipe 24 is eliminated, the third snap ring 61 penetrates through the first end of the connecting pipe 6, the first end of the connecting pipe 6 is sleeved on the first water outlet pipe 24, the third snap ring 61 is communicated with the first snap ring 241, and the first snap ring 91 penetrates through the third snap ring 61 and then is engaged with the first snap ring 241.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first valve core 3 is disposed in the water mixing chamber 21, and the first valve core 3 is used for controlling the water inflow of the first water inlet pipe 22, the water inflow of the second water inlet pipe 23, and the water outflow of the first water outlet pipe 24, so that a user can open and close the multifunctional bathroom control box 100 and adjust the output water temperature by controlling the movement of the first valve core 3. Specifically, the first valve core 3 comprises a first housing 31, a first body 32 and a first operating lever 33, the first housing 31 is embedded in the water mixing chamber 21 of the first valve body 2, a first water gap 311, a second water gap 312 and a third water gap 313 are arranged on the bottom of the first housing 31, wherein the first water gap 311 is communicated with the first water inlet pipe 22, the second water gap 312 is communicated with the second water inlet pipe 23, and the third water gap 313 is communicated with the first water outlet pipe 24.
The first body 32 is installed in the first housing 31 and abuts on the bottom of the first housing 31, and the first body 32 can rotate and slide relative to the first housing 31. The first body 32 is provided with a water mixing cavity 321, and an opening of the water mixing cavity 321 is arranged towards the bottom of the first shell 31.
The first operating lever 33 is connected to the first body 32, and the first operating lever 33 is used for driving the first body 32 to slide along the sliding direction X and/or rotate around the first rotating direction R1 relative to the first housing 31, so as to adjust the temperature of the water and/or control the opening and closing of the multi-functional bathroom control box 100.
When the multifunctional bathroom control box 100 needs to be opened, the first control lever 33 controls the first body 32 to slide towards the third water port 313 along the sliding direction X, so that the water mixing cavity 321 on the first body 32 is communicated with the first water port 311, the second water port 312 and the third water port 313, and water entering the water mixing chamber from the first water inlet pipe 22 and the second water inlet pipe 22 is mixed in the water mixing cavity 321 and then flows to the second valve body 4 through the third water port 313 and the first water outlet pipe 24. When the water temperature needs to be adjusted, the first control lever 33 controls the first body 32 to rotate around the rotation axis of the first body along the first rotation direction R, so as to adjust the proportion of the overlapping area of the water mixing cavity 321 and the first water gap 311 and the second water gap 312, and thus the purpose of adjusting the water temperature is achieved. Preferably, the first operating lever 33 is provided with a first handle, and the first handle is arranged to enable a user to control the first valve core 3 more conveniently.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, the second valve body 4 is formed by injection molding of a plastic material, and the second valve body 4 includes a first outlet pipe 41, a second outlet pipe 42, a third inlet pipe 43, an inlet chamber 44, an outlet chamber 45 and a second outlet pipe 46. Third inlet tube 43 communicates with intake chamber 44, be provided with second draw-in groove 431 on the perisporium of third inlet tube 43, second draw-in groove 431 runs through third inlet tube 43, be provided with fourth draw-in groove 64 on the perisporium of the second end of connecting pipe 6, third inlet tube 43 suit is served at the second of connecting pipe 6, make second draw-in groove 431 and fourth draw-in groove 64 communicate, multi-functional bathroom control box 100 still includes second snap ring 92, second snap ring 92 passes behind second snap ring 92 with fourth draw-in groove 64 block, in order to realize connecting pipe 6 and the high-speed joint of third inlet tube 43. In addition, a fourth groove 65 is further provided on the peripheral wall of the first end of the connection pipe 6, a second sealing ring 66 is embedded in the fourth groove 65, and the second sealing ring 66 abuts between the third water inlet pipe 43 and the second end of the connection pipe 6 to prevent water from leaking from the connection between the third water inlet pipe 43 and the connection pipe 6. Of course, as an alternative, the second locking groove 431 is not disposed to penetrate through the third water inlet pipe 43, the fourth locking groove 64 penetrates through the second end of the connecting pipe 6, the second end of the connecting pipe 6 is sleeved on the third water inlet pipe 43, the fourth locking groove 64 is communicated with the second locking groove 431, and the second locking ring 92 is locked with the first locking groove 241 after penetrating through the fourth locking groove 64.
The cover 40 covers the opening of the water outlet chamber 45, and the cover 40 and the water outlet chamber 45 enclose a first water cavity 47 and a second water cavity 48 which are independent of each other. The cover body 40 and the water outlet chamber 45 are connected by a threaded structure, a fifth annular groove 401 is formed in one surface of the cover body 40, which faces away from the water outlet chamber 45, a plurality of ribs 402 are arranged in the fifth annular groove 401, in addition, a sixth sealing ring 403 is arranged between the cover body 40 and the water outlet chamber 45, the sixth sealing ring 403 is used for sealing a gap between the cover body 40 and the water outlet chamber 45, so that the first water cavity 47 and the second water cavity 48 can be isolated from each other, and water is prevented from leaking from the gap between the cover body 40 and the water outlet chamber 45.
The first output pipe 41 communicates the water inlet chamber 44 with the first water chamber 47, the first output pipe 41 is parallel to the axial direction of the mixing chamber 21, the first water chamber 47 has a water outlet 471, and the faucet 71 is mounted on the housing 1 and communicates with the water outlet 471, so that the water flowing into the first water chamber 47 can be discharged from the faucet 71. The second outlet pipe 42 communicates the inlet chamber 44 and the second water chamber 48, the second outlet pipe 42 is parallel to the axial direction of the mixing chamber 21, the second outlet pipe 46 communicates with the second water chamber 48, so that water flowing into the second water chamber 48 can be discharged from the second outlet pipe 46, and the second outlet pipe 46 is used for connecting external sanitary equipment, such as shower. Furthermore, the outlet chamber 45 is located between the inlet chamber 44 and the mixing chamber 21, and the third inlet pipe 43 and the first outlet pipe 24 are both parallel to the second branch pipe 232.
The second outlet pipe 46 includes a fifth branch pipe 461 and a sixth branch pipe 462, the fifth branch pipe 461 is connected with the outlet chamber 45, the fifth branch pipe 461 is parallel to the first inlet pipe 22, the sixth branch pipe 462 extends out of the housing 1 perpendicular to the fifth branch pipe 461, that is, the fifth branch pipe 461 extends out of the housing 1 through the second fixing plate 13, the upper cover 14 and the decorative cover 15, respectively. The fifth branch 461 has a third port 4611 at an end away from the outlet chamber 45, and the third port 4611 is provided with a third sealing member 83. Since the second valve body 4 is injection molded, there is inevitably an escape position of the insert, such as the third port 4611; and a third sealing member 83 is provided at the third port 4611 so that the third sealing member 83 can seal the third port 4611 to prevent water from leaking at the third port 4611 when entering the second valve body 4.
As shown in fig. 11, the third seal 83 includes a third plug 831, a fifth snap ring 832, and a fifth seal 833. A ninth locking groove 8311 is formed in the peripheral wall of the third plug 831, the ninth locking groove 8311 penetrates through the third plug 831, a tenth locking groove 4612 is formed in the third port 4611, and the third plug 831 is sleeved on the third port 4611, so that the ninth locking groove 8311 is communicated with the tenth locking groove 4612. After passing through the ninth locking groove 8311, the fifth locking ring 832 is engaged with the tenth locking groove 4612, so as to realize the quick installation of the third plug 831. In addition, a fifth groove 4613 is further provided on the peripheral wall of the third port 4611, the fifth seal 833 is fitted into the fifth groove 4613, and the fifth seal 833 abuts against the third port 4611 and the third stopper 831, respectively, so as to prevent water entering the second valve element 4 from leaking from the third port 4611.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the second valve element 5 is disposed in the water inlet chamber 44, and the second valve element 5 is used for controlling the third water inlet pipe 43 to communicate with the first output pipe 41, so as to discharge the water discharged from the first valve body 2 through the water outlet 471, or controlling the third water inlet pipe 43 to communicate with the second output pipe 42, so as to discharge the water discharged from the first valve body 2 through the second output pipe 46. Specifically, the second valve element 5 includes a second housing 51, a second body 52 and a second operating lever 53, the second housing 51 is embedded in the water inlet chamber 44, the second body 52 has a second accommodating cavity, the second body 52 is provided with a fourth water gap 511, a fifth water gap 512 and a sixth water gap 513, the fourth water gap 511 is communicated with the second accommodating cavity and communicated with the third water inlet pipe 43, the fifth water gap 512 and the sixth water gap 513 are arranged at the bottom of the second accommodating cavity, the fifth water gap 512 is communicated with the first output pipe 41 and the second accommodating cavity, and the sixth water gap 513 is communicated with the second output pipe 42 and the second accommodating cavity.
The second body 52 is installed in the second accommodating cavity and is adjacent to the bottom of the second accommodating cavity, a through hole 521 is formed in the second body 52 of the second body 52, and the through hole 521 penetrates through the second body 52 along the axial direction of the first output pipe 41. The second operating rod 53 is connected to the second body 52, and the second operating rod 53 is used for driving the second body 52 to rotate around the axis of the second body 52 along the second rotation direction R2, so that the through hole 521 communicates with the second accommodating chamber and the fifth water gap 512 or the through hole 521 communicates with the second accommodating chamber and the second water gap, so that the water discharged from the first valve body 2 is discharged from the water outlet 471 or from the second water outlet pipe 46. Preferably, the second lever 53 is provided with a second handle, and the second handle is provided to enable a user to control the second valve spool 5 more conveniently.
The tap 71 is fixedly wound and sleeved on the third water outlet pipe 72, and a first water outlet pipeline 711 is arranged on the tap 71. The third outlet pipe 72 is rotatably mounted on the second valve body 4 about its own axis and communicates with the outlet 471 of the second valve body 4. The third water outlet pipe 72 includes a third body 721, a first switch plate 722 and a second switch plate 723, the third body 721 is provided with a second water outlet pipe and a third water outlet pipe 72, wherein the first water outlet pipe 711 is communicated with the second water outlet pipe, the third water outlet pipe 72 axially penetrates through the third body 721 along the third body 721, the third water outlet pipe 72 is used for connecting with an external sanitary product, such as a bathtub faucet, and the third water outlet pipe 72 supplies water to the external product through the third water outlet pipe 72.
The first switching piece 722 is fixedly installed on the third water inlet end of the third water outlet pipe 72, the first switching piece 722 is provided with a seventh water port 7221 and an eighth water port 7222, the seventh water port 7221 is communicated with the second water outlet pipeline, and the eighth water port 7222 is communicated with the third water outlet pipe 72. The second switch plate 723 is fixedly mounted on the second valve body, the second switch plate 723 is located at the water outlet 471, and the first switch plate 722 is adjacent to the second switch plate 723. The second switching piece 723 is provided with a ninth water port 7231 and a tenth water port 7232, and the ninth water port 7231 and the tenth water port 7232 are both communicated with a water outlet 471 of the second valve body 4. The first switching piece 722, the second switching piece 723 and the third water outlet pipe 72 are coaxially arranged, so that when the third water outlet pipe 72 rotates around its axis, the seventh water port 7221 on the second switching piece 723 can be controlled to be communicated with the ninth water port 7231, or the eighth water port 7222 on the second switching piece 723 can be controlled to be communicated with the tenth water port 7232, so that water flowing out of the water outlet 471 flows out of the faucet 7171 or flows out of an external bathroom product (such as a bathtub faucet) through the third water outlet pipe 72.
Referring to fig. 16, the multi-functional bathroom control box 100 further includes a first stop ring 93, a second stop ring, a first nut 95, and a second nut 96. Wherein, the first stop ring 93 is provided with a first gap, and the length of the first gap is one fourth to one fifth of the circumference of the first stop ring 93; the second stop ring is provided with a second gap, and the length of the second gap is one fourth to one fifth of the perimeter of the second stop ring.
The first nut 95 is sleeved on the first water inlet end of the first water inlet pipe 22, the first nut 95 is provided with a third annular groove 951, the first stop ring 93 is embedded between the first annular groove 222 and the third annular groove 951, and the first stop ring 93 is adjacent to the first inclined surface 2221. The first nut 95 is used to connect with an external water supply line, and the first snap ring 93 is used to fasten the first nut 95 to the external water supply line by its own tension and to prevent the first nut 95 from being loosened.
The second nut 96 is sleeved on the second water inlet end of the second water inlet pipe 23, a fourth annular groove is formed in the second nut 96, the second stop ring is embedded between the second annular groove 235 and the fourth annular groove, and the second stop ring is adjacent to the second inclined surface 2351. The second nut 96 is used to connect with an external water supply line, and the second snap ring is used to tightly connect the second nut 96 to the external water supply line by its own tension and prevent the second nut 96 from being loosened.
Preferably, the first water inlet pipe 22, the second water inlet pipe 23, the first water outlet pipe 24, the second water outlet pipe 46, the first output pipe 41 and the second output pipe 42 are respectively provided with a reinforcing rib, so that the reinforcing ribs can protect each pipe body and prevent the pipe body from deforming or being burst when the water pressure is too high.
In conclusion, through the design of the multifunctional bathroom control box, the multifunctional bathroom control box has the advantages of low cost and reliable structure.
Bathroom system embodiment:
the bathroom system comprises a water supply pipeline, a shower head and a multifunctional bathroom control box, wherein the multifunctional bathroom control box is the multifunctional bathroom control box in the embodiment of the multifunctional bathroom control box, the water supply pipeline is connected with a first water inlet pipe and a second water inlet pipe of the multifunctional bathroom control box, and the shower head is connected with the second water outlet pipe of the multifunctional bathroom control box. The positioning system provided with the multifunctional bathroom control box has the advantage of low cost.

the second valve body is arranged on the shell and comprises a first output pipe, a second output pipe, a third water inlet pipe, a water inlet chamber, a water outlet chamber and a second water outlet pipe, the third water inlet pipe is communicated with the water inlet chamber, and the second valve body is formed by injection molding;
the cover body covers the opening of the water outlet chamber and encloses with the water outlet chamber to form a first water cavity and a second water cavity which are mutually independent, the first output pipe is communicated with the water inlet chamber and the first water cavity, the second output pipe is communicated with the water inlet chamber and the second water cavity, the first water cavity is provided with a water outlet, and the second water outlet pipe is communicated with the second water cavity;
