The water outlet end of the faucet body 2 usually needs to be provided with a water outlet component capable of outputting water flowers with a specific shape, such as a bubbler or a common water outlet nozzle, and the water outlet component needs to form a sealing contact with the second pipe part 14; preferably, in the present embodiment, the end peripheral wall of the second pipe portion 14 away from the second mount 12 is formed with an abutment flange 141; the end face of the abutting flange 141 is flush with the end face of the second pipe part 14, and the abutting flange 141 increases the area of the end face of the second pipe part 14, so that a large contact surface can be ensured between the second pipe part 14 and a water outlet component mounted on the faucet body 2 for forming sealing abutment, and the sealing performance between the second pipe part 14 and the water outlet component is improved.
The faucet body 2 is provided with a containing cavity for installing the water supply channel main body 1, the water mixing valve core 5, the first water inlet piece 3 and the second water inlet piece 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 5 to 8, the faucet body 2 includes an outer shell 21, a rear cover 22, a guide sleeve 23, a pressing cover 24, and a semicircular cover 25.
The housing 21 is an integrally formed structure, and has a hollow interior, and a mounting opening (not shown) formed in a rear wall thereof, the mounting opening being adapted to receive the water supply passage body 1. Specifically, the housing 21 includes a body portion 211, a water outlet portion 212, and an extension portion 213. The body portion 211 extends in a direction parallel to the wall surface, and a mounting opening is provided in a rear wall thereof. The water outlet portion 212 is formed on a side of the main body portion 211 away from the wall surface, and extends along a first direction, a vertically through threaded hole 2121 is formed in a top wall thereof, a second mounting hole coaxial with the threaded hole 2121 is formed in a bottom wall thereof, and a first mounting hole (not shown in the figure) facing downward is formed at an end of the main body portion 211 away from the main body portion. The extension portion 213 extends vertically, and is of a tubular structure, and the bottom end of the extension portion is formed on the top wall of the body portion 211; the body 211, the outlet 212 and the extension 213 are all hollow and have their respective inner cavities communicating with each other.
The rear cover 22 is a plate-shaped structure, and is adapted to be covered on the mounting opening and detachably and fixedly connected with the housing 21 through a screw or other connecting members, and when the rear cover 22 and the housing 21 are mounted in place, the rear cover and the housing 21 enclose to form a containing cavity. In order to ensure that the first water inlet member 3 and the second water inlet member 4 located in the accommodating cavity can be connected with the curved leg on the wall surface, in this embodiment, both ends of the rear cover 22 are provided with through holes 221. The water channel main body 1 is installed in the accommodating cavity, when the water channel main body is accommodated in the accommodating cavity to a certain position, the first installation seat 11 is located in the main body part 211, the first pipe part 13, the second installation seat 12 and the second pipe part 14 all extend into the water outlet part 212, the water passing surface 1111 faces the inner cavity of the extension part 213, the top end of the switching channel 121 on the second installation seat 12 faces the threaded hole 2121, the bottom end of the switching channel corresponds to a second installation hole (not shown in the figure), and the end face, far away from the second installation seat 12, of the second pipe part 14 corresponds to the first installation hole; open ends of the first and second connection pipes 112 and 113 face both ends of the body portion 211, respectively. Water course main part 1 is conveniently packed into to shell 21 inner chamber from the installation opening, is shielded by back lid 22 again, and during the practical application, back lid 22 is towards chamber wall one side, consequently, can't observe the installation vestige of water course main part 1 in the outward appearance, and it is effectual to hide, and the aesthetic property is good.
The guide sleeve 23 is a columnar structure provided with an inner hole penetrating along the vertical direction, the outer wall of the bottom of the guide sleeve is fixed with the threaded hole 2121 in a threaded manner, and the inner hole is used for guiding the lifting assembly 6.
The gland 24 is of an annular structure, the outer wall of the gland is provided with external threads, the bottom of the gland is fixedly connected with the inner wall threads of the extension part 213, and the bottom end of the gland is used for pressing the water mixing valve core 5 so that the water mixing valve core 5 reliably forms sealing and abutting with the water passing surface 1111.
The semicircular cover 25 is an annular structure screwed on the top of the gland 24, and has a spherical surface formed on the outer wall thereof for guiding the movement of the handle 7 and shielding the portion of the valve core exposed out of the housing 21.
One end of the first water inlet member 3 and one end of the second water inlet member 4 are respectively in sealed insertion with the water inlet ends of the first water channel 110a and the second water channel 110b, and the other ends of the first water inlet member and the second water inlet member are respectively used for receiving hot water and cold water.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the first water inflow member 3 and the second water inflow member 4 have the same structure, and are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the waterway body 1. The first water inlet member 3 and the second water inlet member 4 are both integrally formed members, both of which are L-shaped tubular members, each of which includes a joint portion 31 and a water pipe 32, the joint portion 31 is perpendicular to the wall surface, and an opening on an end surface thereof faces an opening of a curved leg on the wall surface. The water pipe 32 is parallel to the wall surface, one end of the water pipe 32 of the first water inlet member 3, which is far away from the corresponding joint part 31, is in sealed insertion connection with the first connecting pipe 112 through a sleeved sealing ring, and one end of the water pipe 32 of the second water inlet member 4, which is far away from the corresponding joint part 31, is in sealed connection with the second connecting pipe 113 through a sleeved sealing ring. It should be understood that, since the insertion depth of the water pipe 32 of the first water inlet member 3 with respect to the first connection pipe 112 is adjustable, and the insertion depth of the water pipe 32 of the second water inlet member 4 with respect to the second connection pipe 113 is also adjustable, in the case that there is a distance error between the hot bent leg and the cold bent leg of the first water inlet member 3 and the second water inlet member 4 on the wall surface, the reliable butt joint of the hot bent leg and the cold bent leg can be realized by adjusting the positions of the hot bent leg and the cold bent leg with respect to the water passage main body 1.
The mixer valve core 5 is fixedly installed on the faucet body 2, a portion of which is disposed in the receiving cavity and is in sealing abutment with the water passing surface 1111, and is adapted to selectively open or block the communication between the first water channel 110a and/or the second water channel 110b and the mixing channel 1112, and to adjust the communication area between the first water channel 110a and the mixing channel 110b and the mixing channel 1112.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 8, the top of the mixer valve body 5 is provided with an annular abutment surface 51, and the abutment surface 51 is used for the bottom end of the pressure supply cover 24 to abut against. The top of the valve rod 52 is provided with a valve rod 52, the valve rod 52 penetrates through the central holes of the gland 24 and the semicircular cover 25, and the top of the valve rod 52 extends out of the top end of the semicircular cover 25 to be fixedly connected with the handle 7, and the handle 7 drives the valve rod to move so as to realize waterway control. The mixing valve core 5 in this embodiment is a conventional valve structure in the faucet field, and the water path control structure inside the mixing valve core is not described herein.
The lifting assembly 6 is arranged on the tap body 2 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, and part of the lifting assembly hermetically extends into the switching channel 121 and is provided with a blocking part; the blocking portion is adapted to open or block the communication between the water passing opening 1211 and the first water dividing opening 1212 by moving in a vertical direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the pulling assembly 6 includes a pulling rod 61, a blocking piece 62, an elastic piece 63, a pulling handle 64 and a V-shaped seal ring 65.
The pull rod 61 is slidably disposed on the faucet body 2 along the vertical direction, specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the pull rod 61 is matched with and penetrates through an inner hole of the guide sleeve 23, is guided by the guide sleeve 23 and can only slide and rotate along the vertical direction, a part of the pull rod 61 hermetically extends into the switching channel 121, an annular flange 612 is disposed on an outer wall of the bottom of the pull rod, an annular limiting groove 6121 is formed on an outer wall of the annular flange 612, and the limiting groove 6121 is used for mounting the plugging member 62; the bottom of the pull rod 61 is also provided with a downward pressure bearing surface 611 below the annular flange 612; the pressure-bearing surface 611 is used for bearing the water pressure when the water outlet 1211 communicates with the second water dividing port 91, and it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the pull rod 61 is in sealing fit with the water channel main body 1 by sleeving the V-shaped sealing ring 65 on the outer wall thereof, the outer ring of the V-shaped sealing ring 65 is in sealing abutment with the wall of the through hole of the second mounting seat 12 through which the pull rod 61 passes, the lip-shaped opening of the V-shaped sealing ring 65 faces the inside of the switching passage 121, and one end of the V-shaped sealing ring facing away from the lip-shaped opening is in abutment with the end surface of the guide sleeve 23. The plugging member 62 is fixedly sleeved on a portion of the pull rod 61 located in the switching channel 121 and forms a plugging portion, and specifically, the plugging member 62 is fixedly sleeved in the limit groove 6121. The elastic member 63 is, but not limited to, a spring, which is sleeved on a portion of the pull rod 61 located in the switching passage 121, has a top end abutting against an inner wall of the switching passage 121, and a bottom end abutting against an upper end of an annular flange 612 on the pull rod 61, and is used for applying a force to the pull rod 61 for closing the second water distribution port 91, that is, applying a downward force to the pull rod 61 so that the closing member 62 located on the pull rod 61 closes the second water distribution port 91, where the second water distribution port 91 is a water outlet provided at a bottom of the switching passage 121 for distinguishing from other water outlet channels of the second pipe portion 14, and the formation of the second water distribution port 91 will be described below. The pulling handle 64 is fixed at one end of the pull rod 61 extending out of the faucet body 2, and can be fixedly connected with the pull rod 61 in a threaded manner. In this embodiment, the blocking surface 1213 faces the second water diversion port 91 in the switching passage 121, and when the pull rod 61 is slid in the vertical direction until the blocking member 62 abuts against the blocking surface 1213, the communication between the water passage opening 1211 and the second water diversion port 91 is opened, and when the pull rod 61 is slid in the vertical direction until the blocking member 62 blocks the second water diversion port 91, the communication between the water passage opening 1211 and the first water diversion port 1212 is opened.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first water outlet member 8 is screwed into the first mounting hole and sealingly abuts against the end surface of the second pipe portion 14 via a seal ring, and a first water outlet hole communicating with the second pipe portion 14 is provided in the first water outlet member 8. it is noted that, since the abutting flange 141 is formed on the end periphery of the second pipe portion 14 away from the second mounting seat 12, the abutting flange 141 sealingly abuts against the first water outlet member 8 even when the first water outlet member 8 is mounted in place, and thus, the first water outlet member 8 and the second pipe portion 14 have excellent sealing performance.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the second water outlet member 9 is screwed in the second mounting hole, and is in sealing fit with the second mounting seat 12 through a sealing ring, a second water outlet hole communicated with the switching channel 121 is formed in the second water outlet member 9, and a top end opening of the second water outlet hole forms a second water diversion port 91. The second water outlet member 9 can be a separate water outlet part 212, and can also be a water outlet structure, in the example given in this embodiment, the second water outlet member 9 is specifically a hose connector for connecting a handheld shower head. Through the operation of the lifting assembly 6, the plugging portion is movable in different positions along the vertical direction, and the water passing port 1211 can be switched to be communicated with one of the first water dividing port 1212 and the second water dividing port 91, so that the change of the water outlet direction is realized, and different use requirements can be met.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the number of the curved foot connecting assemblies 10 is two, one of the two curved foot connecting assemblies 10 is used for connecting the hot water curved foot and the joint part 31 of the first water inlet piece 3, and the other is used for connecting the cold water curved foot and the joint part 31 of the second water inlet piece 4. Specifically, the curved pin connection assembly 10 includes a screw joint 101 and a nut 102, the screw joint 101 is coaxial with the joint portion 31, penetrates through a through hole 221 on the rear cover 22, is screwed with the housing 21, and is in sealing abutment with the end face of the joint portion 31 through a sealing gasket, a water through hole communicated with the joint portion 31 is arranged in the screw joint 101, and an annular limit flange 1011 is formed at the periphery of one end of the screw joint 101 extending out of the housing 21. The nut 102 is sleeved on the part of the joint part 31 extending out of the shell 21 and forms a limiting abutment along the first direction with the limiting flange 1011, the nut 102 is further in threaded connection with the hot water curved foot or the cold water curved foot, the curved foot and the screw joint 101 are close to each other until the curved foot and the screw joint 101 abut against each other through rotation relative to the curved foot, when the screw joint 101 abuts against the corresponding curved foot, the two are in sealing abutment through a sealing gasket, and therefore the sealing communication relation among the curved foot, the screw joint 101 and the joint part 31 is achieved.
The installation method of the bathtub faucet provided by the embodiment is as follows:
the ends of the water pipes 32 of the first and second water inlet members 3 and 4 are respectively sleeved with upper sealing rings, and then the two are respectively in sealed insertion connection with the first and second connecting pipes 112 and 113.
The waterway body 1, the first water inlet member 3 and the second water inlet member 4 are placed into the inner cavity of the housing 21 from the mounting opening of the housing 21, and then the rear cover 22 is covered by the cover 22 and the rear cover 22 and the housing 21 are fastened by screws.
The water mixing valve core 5 is placed in the extension part 213, and then the gland 24 is screwed in the extension part 213 until the abutment surface 51 of the water mixing valve core 5 is abutted; the semicircular cover 25 is screwed on the periphery of the gland 24, and then the handle 7 is fixed on the top end of the valve rod 52 of the water mixing valve core 5 through a jackscrew.
The guide sleeve 23 is screwed at the threaded hole 2121; the V-shaped seal ring 65 is inserted into the distal end opening of the switching passage 121, and the non-opening end thereof is brought into contact with the end surface of the guide sleeve 23.
The plugging piece 62 is sleeved in the limit groove 6121; then, an elastic piece 63 is sleeved on the periphery of the pull rod 61; the pull rod 61 penetrates through the switching channel 121 from bottom to top until the top end of the pull rod extends out of the top end of the guide sleeve 23, and then the lifting handle 64 is fixed with the top end of the guide sleeve 23 in a threaded mode.
The first water outlet member 8 and the second water outlet member 9 are respectively screwed at the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole.
Two nuts 102 are respectively sleeved outside the two screw joints 101; then, the two screw joints 101 respectively penetrate through the two through holes 221 on the rear cover 22 and are screwed with the shell 21 until the two screw joints are reliably abutted with the joint part 31 through a sealing gasket; finally, the two nuts 102 are screwed in place with the hot water bent leg and the cold water bent leg on the wall surface respectively, and the installation is completed.
When the water outlet device is used, when water is needed, hot water and cold water are fed in a specific proportion by operating the handle 7, and the lifting handle 64 is operated according to needs to enable the blocking piece 62 to be located at the highest point or the lowest point, so that water outlet of the first water outlet piece 8 or water outlet of the handheld shower head can be realized; specifically, when the pull rod 61 and the pull handle 64 are not pulled and are stopped at the lowest position, the pull rod 61 is acted by the elastic member 63 to drive the blocking member 62 to be reliably blocked at the second water dividing port 91, at this time, the water passing port 1211 is communicated with the first water dividing port 1212, and when the water mixing valve core 5 once controls the water mixing channel 1112 to be communicated with the first water channel 110a and/or the second water channel 110b, water flows through the second pipe portion 14, and the first water outlet member 8 discharges water; when the pull rod 61 and the pull handle 64 are pulled and stopped at the highest position, the blocking piece 62 blocks the blocking surface 1213, at this time, the water passing port 1211 communicates with the second water dividing port 91, when the mixing valve element 5 opens the communication between the mixing channel 1112 and the first water channel 110a and/or the second water channel 110b, the water flowing into the switching channel 121 from the water passing port 1211 flows out from the second water outlet, and at this time, the pressure-bearing surface 611 bears the action of the water flow in the switching channel 121 and is reliably stopped at the current position, so that the blocking piece 62 can reliably block the blocking surface 1213. When water is not needed, the handle 7 is pressed to disconnect the first water channel 110a and the second water channel 110b from the water mixing channel 1112 by the water mixing valve core 5, so that water cut-off is realized.
In the bathtub faucet provided by the embodiment, the water channel main body 1 is composed of a first installation seat 11, a second pipe portion 14, a second installation seat 12 and a second pipe portion 14 which are sequentially connected in a first direction, wherein the first installation seat 11 is provided with a water passing surface 1111, a first water channel 110a, a second water channel 110b and a water mixing channel 1112, the first water channel 110a and the second water channel 110b are used for being connected to a water source, the water outlet ends of the first water channel 110a and the second water channel 110b are respectively arranged on the water passing surface 1111, the water inlet end of the water mixing channel 1112 is also arranged on the water passing surface 1111, the water passing surface 1111 is suitable for being matched with an external water mixing valve core 5, and the water mixing valve core 5 is used for controlling the first water channel 110a and the second water channel 110b to be communicated or disconnected with the water mixing channel 1112, so as to realize the functions of opening, closing and regulating water flow; the water mixing channel 1112 is communicated to the water outlet 1211 on the second mounting seat 12 through the first pipe part 13, the switching channel 121 can be used for mounting a pulling assembly 6 for dividing water in the bathtub faucet, and the water outlet 1211 is controlled to be communicated or disconnected with the first water dividing port 1212 by the pulling assembly 6, so that water outlet or water cut-off of the second pipe part 14 can be realized; the water channel main body 1 is an integrally formed component, and the structure forming difficulty is small, parts are few, so that the installation is convenient, the installation cost is low, and the water leakage risk is avoided. It should be further noted that, because the water inlet ends of the first water channel 110a and the second water channel 110b are respectively opened at two sides of the first mounting seat 11, the two water inlet ends can be used for assembling the tubular members in an inserting manner and communicating with the cold water curved feet and the hot water curved feet on the wall surface, the connection between the first mounting seat 11 and the wall surface curved feet is not limited by the size of the water channel main body 1, and the curved feet on the wall surface can be reliably butted and assembled under the condition that the distances between the curved feet are different due to installation errors, so that the water body of the water channel has strong universality.

Claims (10)

1. A water channel main body for a bathtub faucet is characterized in that the water channel main body is an integrally formed component and comprises a first mounting seat, a first pipe part, a second mounting seat and a second pipe part which are sequentially connected along a first direction;
the first mounting seat is provided with a water passing surface, a first water channel, a second water channel and a water mixing channel; the water passing surface is arranged horizontally upwards; the first water channel and the second water channel are used for being connected with a water source, the water inlet end of the first water channel and the water inlet end of the second water channel are respectively opened at two sides of the first mounting seat, and the water outlet end of the first water channel and the water outlet end of the second water channel are both opened at the water passing surface; the water inlet end of the water mixing channel is opened at the water passing surface, and the water outlet end of the water mixing channel is communicated with one end of the first pipe part;
the second mounting seat is provided with a vertically extending switching channel; a water passing port and a first water dividing port which is higher than the water passing port are arranged on the side wall of the switching channel;
the other end of the first pipe part is communicated with the water passing port; one end of the second pipe part is communicated with the first water distributing opening, and the other end of the second pipe part extends away from the second mounting seat along the first direction.

The main body of a bathtub faucet as defined in claim 1, wherein the first mounting seat includes a seat body, a first connection pipe and a second connection pipe; the seat body is provided with the water passing surface, the water mixing channel, a first pore channel and a second pore channel; the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are respectively formed on two sides of the seat body, and the extending directions of the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe are perpendicular to the first direction; the inner pipeline of the first connecting pipe is communicated with the first pore passage to form the first water passage; the inner pipeline of the second connecting pipe is communicated with the second pore canal to form the second water channel.
3. A bathtub tap waterway body as defined in claim 2 wherein a bottom end of said seat body is flush with a bottom end of said second mounting block.
4. A bathtub tap body as defined in claim 1, 2 or 3 in which an end surface of said second pipe portion is disposed obliquely downward.
5. A bathtub tap drain body as defined in claim 4 in which an abutment flange is formed on the peripheral wall of the end of said second tubular section remote from said second mounting block; the end face of the abutment flange is flush with the end face of the second pipe portion.
6. A bathtub tap characterized by comprising the bathtub tap water course main body, the tap body, the first water inlet member, the second water inlet member, the water mixing valve core and the lifting assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5;
the faucet body is provided with an accommodating cavity; the water channel main body is arranged in the accommodating cavity; one end of the first water inlet piece is in sealed insertion connection with the first water channel, and the other end of the first water inlet piece is used for being connected with hot water; one end of the second water inlet piece is in sealed insertion connection with the second water channel, and the other end of the second water inlet piece is used for accessing cold water; the water mixing valve core is fixedly arranged in the faucet body, part of the water mixing valve core is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is in sealing butt joint with the water passing surface, and the water mixing valve core is suitable for selectively opening or blocking the communication between the first water channel and/or the second water channel and the water mixing channel and adjusting the communication area between the first water channel and the water mixing channel; the lifting assembly is arranged on the faucet body in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, part of the lifting assembly hermetically extends into the switching channel and is provided with a plugging part; the blocking part is suitable for opening or blocking the communication between the water passing opening and the first water distributing opening through moving along the vertical direction.
7. A bathtub tap as defined in claim 6, in which said tap body comprises an outer shell and a rear cover; the shell is of an integrally formed structure, the interior of the shell is hollow, and the rear wall of the shell is provided with an installation opening; the mounting opening is suitable for placing the waterway main body; the rear cover is matched with the cover and arranged on the mounting opening and detachably and fixedly connected with the shell, and the rear cover and the shell are enclosed to form the accommodating cavity.
8. A bathtub tap as defined in claim 6, further comprising a first water outlet member;
the end face of the tap body, corresponding to the second pipe part, is provided with a first mounting hole which inclines downwards; the first water outlet piece is in threaded connection with the first mounting hole and is in sealing butt joint with the end face of the second pipe portion, and a first water outlet hole communicated with the second pipe portion is formed in the first water outlet piece.
9. A bathtub tap as defined in claim 6, further comprising a second water outlet member;
the bottom end of the switching channel is provided with an opening; the tap body is also provided with a second mounting hole corresponding to the bottom opening of the switching channel; the second water outlet piece is in threaded connection with the second mounting hole and is in sealing fit with the second mounting seat, and a second water outlet hole communicated with the switching channel is formed in the second water outlet piece; the top end opening of the second water outlet hole forms a second water dividing hole; the blocking part is suitable for enabling the water passing opening to be communicated with the first water distributing opening and the second water distributing opening in a switching mode when moving along the vertical direction.
10. A bathtub tap as defined in claim 9 wherein said lifting assembly comprises a pull rod, a closure, a resilient member and a lifting handle;
the pull rod is arranged on the faucet body in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, part of the pull rod extends into the switching channel in a sealing mode, and the bottom of the pull rod is provided with a downward pressure bearing surface; the pressure bearing face is suitable for bearing the hydraulic action when the water outlet is communicated with the second water dividing opening; the plugging piece is fixedly sleeved on the part of the pull rod positioned in the switching channel and forms the plugging part; the elastic piece is positioned in the switching channel, and two ends of the elastic piece are respectively abutted against the inner wall of the switching channel and the pull rod so as to apply acting force for plugging the second water diversion port on the pull rod; the lifting handle is fixed at one end of the pull rod extending out of the faucet body; the switching channel is provided with a plugging surface; the blocking surface faces the second water distributing opening and is arranged between the water distributing opening and the first water distributing opening along the vertical direction and is suitable for being in sealing fit with the blocking portion to block the first water distributing opening and the water distributing opening.
