Abstract
The invention discloses an enhanced electromagnetic traction driving disc of an air conditioner clutch, belonging to the technical field of automobile air conditioner electromagnetic clutches. The inner rivet fixes the inner ring of the spring piece with the sucking disc, and the outer rivet fixes the outer ring of the spring piece with the sucking disc. The metal sliding block of the invention brings upward tension to the spring piece, so that the spring piece is close to the electromagnetic ring and is easy to be absorbed. The inner ring of the spring piece is sucked and extends outwards from the point and the surface, so that the whole spring piece is easier to be sucked integrally. The fault probability that the electromagnetism can not suck the spring piece in the prior art is reduced.

The electromagnetic clutch of the automobile air conditioner is a power transmission device between an automobile engine and an automobile air conditioner compressor, and the automobile air conditioner compressor is driven by the automobile engine through the electromagnetic clutch. The electromagnetic clutch of the automobile air conditioner generally comprises three parts, namely a belt wheel assembly, a coil assembly and a driving disc assembly. The electromagnetic coil is fixed on the shell of the compressor, the driving disk is connected with the main shaft of the compressor, and the belt pulley is installed on the head cover of the compressor through a bearing and can rotate freely. When the air conditioner switch is switched on, the current flows through the electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic clutch, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic suction force, a driving disc of the compressor is combined with the belt pulley, the torque of the engine is transmitted to the main shaft of the compressor, and the main shaft of the compressor rotates. When the air conditioner switch is switched off, the suction force of the electromagnetic coil disappears, the driving disc is separated from the belt pulley under the action of the spring piece, and the compressor stops working.
One of the common failures of the electromagnetic clutch is that the power supply is turned on, but the air conditioner does not heat or cool. The reason for this is that the spring plate is not attracted by the electromagnetic coil. The metal slider is closer to the coil than the spring piece is to the coil, and the metal slider is small in size, light in weight, and more easily magnetically attracted than the spring piece. The metal sliding block drives the rigid rod to provide upward pulling force for the spring piece, so that the spring piece is close to the electromagnetic ring and is easy to suck. The inner ring of the spring piece is sucked and extends outwards from the point and the surface, so that the whole spring piece is easier to be sucked integrally. As shown in figure 1, the enhanced electromagnetic traction driving disk of the air conditioner clutch comprises a sucker 1, wherein a through hole is formed in the center of the sucker 1, and three radiating grooves 11 are formed in the end face of the sucker. The three radiating grooves 11 are encircled into a ring shape, are positioned around the through hole and are coaxial with the through hole. The through hole of the sucker 1 is provided with a hub 2 which is fixedly connected with the through hole. One side of the sucker 1 is provided with a spring leaf 3. The spring piece 3 is attached to the sucker 1. The spring plate 3 is provided with a round hole 31 at the center, and the hub 2 passes through the round hole 31 and protrudes out of the spring plate 3. The central position involute spline 21 of wheel hub 2, the outer wall is equipped with three vertical pull groove 22 that are parallel to each other. Guide rails 221 are arranged on two sides of the traction groove 22, and metal sliders 23 are embedded in the guide rails 221. The outer side of the metal slider 23 is connected to the edge of the round hole 31 of the spring plate 3 by a rigid drawbar 32. The cross-section of the elastic sheet 3 comprises two parts, one part being high and the other part being low. The lower part is a fixing groove 33 arranged at the edge of the spring plate 3, and the rest parts are higher. The spring plate 3 also comprises three weight-reducing slots 33 which surround the ring. The fixing groove 33 is fixed to the suction cup by an external rivet, and the adjacent portion of the lightening groove 33 is fixed to the suction cup 1 by an internal rivet.
The implementation process of the embodiment is as follows: the electromagnetic coil is electrified to generate magnetism. In the prior art, the elastic sheet is sucked, so that the belt pulley drives the sucking disc to rotate simultaneously. But often the spring plate is not close to the rubber band, resulting in inoperative failure. In the embodiment, when the electromagnetic coil is electrified, magnetism is generated, and the metal coil and the metal sliding block can be attracted forwards. The metal slider is closer to the coil than the spring piece is to the coil, and the metal slider is small in size, light in weight, and more easily magnetically attracted than the spring piece. The metal sliding block drives the rigid rod to provide upward pulling force for the spring piece, so that the spring piece is close to the electromagnetic ring and is easy to suck. The inner ring of the spring piece is sucked and extends outwards from the point and the surface, so that the whole spring piece is easier to be sucked integrally. The fault probability that the electromagnetism can not suck the spring piece in the prior art is reduced. When the electricity is disconnected, the sliding block automatically resets under the action of the insulating spring, and meanwhile, the elastic piece is pushed to reset.
