Abstract
一种窄流道涡轮,该窄流道涡轮包括壳体和涡轮转子,所述涡轮转子的圆周上有封闭挡墙,封闭挡墙上分布有小孔,这样涡轮转子在高转速下吸入的流体被封闭在转子内,流体在离心力作用下被径向压紧充实,不会发生空化或喘振,仅从小孔将流体喷入壳体内,实现小流量下的高扬程。可以使离心泵在小流量高扬程的工况下提高效率,同时高速下不产生空化,离心压缩机则可以在小流量下达到高压比,同时高速下不产生喘振。拓宽了叶轮类流体输送机构的用途,降低了能源消耗。

本发明涉及一种窄流道涡轮,属流体机械技术领域。
背景技术
现有的叶轮类流体输送机构如离心泵在小流量高扬程的工况下效率很低,同时高速下易产生空化,离心压缩机则难以在小流量下达到高压比,同时高速下易产生喘振。所以限制了叶轮类流体输送机构的用途,增加了能源消耗。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种窄流道涡轮,该窄流道涡轮包括壳体和涡轮转子,所述涡轮转子的圆周上有封闭挡墙,封闭挡墙上分布有小孔,这样涡轮转子在高转速下吸入的流体被封闭在转子内,流体在离心力作用下被径向压紧充实,不会发生空化或喘振,仅从小孔将流体喷入壳体内,实现小流量下的高扬程。如果做成多级,那么每级对应的涡轮转子配合窄流道扩压机构使用。即在扩压器上沿涡轮转子切方向开有多个窄流道扩压槽,靠近涡轮转子的一端开口小,另一端开口大,其截面积相差数倍至数十倍,能够将绝大部分动压转化为静压,为沿长扩压距离,可将窄流道扩压槽弯曲,呈螺旋状分布,这种弯曲的窄流道扩压槽样更加充分利用空间。
本发明的有益效果是,可以使离心泵在小流量高扬程的工况下提高效率,同时高速下不产生空化,离心压缩机则可以在小流量下达到高压比,同时高速下不产生喘振。拓宽了叶轮类流体输送机构的用途,降低了能源消耗。

具体实施方式
在图中,壳体(1)内有涡轮转子(2)涡轮转子(2)的圆周上有封闭挡墙(3),封闭挡墙(3)上分布有小孔(4)。
工作时涡轮转子(2)由外力驱动高速旋转,流体由涡轮转子(2)中部吸入,再经小孔(4)喷入壳体(1)内。
附图2是窄流道涡轮转子配上窄流道扩压机构示意图,扩压器(5)上开有多个弯曲的窄流道扩压槽(6),由于弯曲使流程变长,所以扩压更加充分。
本发明对壳体(1)的形状未作限定,可以是蜗壳,也可以是管道或者压力容器等,这些都在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种窄流道涡轮,包括壳体和涡轮转子,其特征是:涡轮转子的圆周上有封闭挡墙,封闭挡墙上分布有小孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种窄流道涡轮,其特征是涡轮转子配合窄流道扩压机构使用。
