Abstract
The invention relates to an embroidery process and an embroidery fabric, wherein the embroidery process comprises the following steps: covering the position to be embroidered of the fabric to be embroidered on the embroidery plain; covering an isolation film on a position to be embroidered of the fabric to be embroidered; embroidering the isolating film, the fabric to be embroidered and the embroidery pad together to obtain an embroidery laminated layer with embroidery patterns; carrying out thermal transfer printing treatment on the embroidery pattern on one side of the isolation film of the embroidery lamination to obtain a thermal transfer printing lamination; removing the embroidery cloth and the isolating film on the heat transfer printing laminated layer to obtain the embroidery fabric. When embroidering, single color yarn, such as white yarn, can be used, and the heat transfer printing adopts color gradient pattern, so that the effect of gradient embroidery can be realized. The method can form a new embroidery appearance effect, the effect of natural gradual change of embroidery is achieved from the appearance of color thread embroidery, and the embroidery of the embroidery fabric has a smooth surface and soft hand feeling.

Background
The color embroidery refers to the embroidery skill of making patterns with various color embroidery threads, has the characteristics of plain embroidery, rich stitch, fine stitch and vivid color, and is widely applied to clothing accessories. embroidering the isolating film, the fabric to be embroidered and the embroidery pad together to obtain an embroidery lamination with embroidery patterns;
carrying out thermal transfer printing treatment on the embroidery pattern on one side of the isolating film of the embroidery lamination to obtain a thermal transfer printing lamination with the embroidery pattern having a color gradient effect;
and removing the embroidery cloth and the isolating film on the thermal transfer printing lamination to obtain the embroidery fabric.
In one embodiment, the embroidering process further comprises the steps of:
before the step of covering the embroidery position of the fabric to be embroidered on the embroidery plain, forming embroidery abdicating holes on the fixed plain;
sticking the embroidery pad glue on the fixed base pad and covering the embroidery abdicating hole;

The embroidery process of one embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
covering the position to be embroidered of the fabric to be embroidered on the embroidery plain;
covering an isolation film on a position to be embroidered of the fabric to be embroidered;
embroidering the isolating film, the fabric to be embroidered and the embroidery pad together to obtain an embroidery laminated layer with embroidery patterns;
carrying out thermal transfer printing treatment on the embroidery pattern on one side of the isolation film of the embroidery lamination to obtain a thermal transfer printing lamination with the embroidery pattern having a color gradient effect;
and removing the embroidery cloth and the isolating film of the thermal transfer printing lamination to obtain the embroidery fabric.
The fabric to be embroidered can be a part of the clothes, such as the front and back panels of the clothes.
The embroidery surface can reduce the problems of wrinkling, punching, dislocation, deformation and the like of the fabric to be embroidered in the embroidering and thermal transfer printing processes, so that the embroidery appearance is beautiful. The embroidery pad can be thick and can be torn off, the AO156 type can be selected, and the embroidery pad can be easily torn off after the thermal transfer printing is finished.
The embroidery process can adopt single-color yarns, such as white yarns, and the thermal transfer printing adopts the color gradient pattern, so that the embroidery pattern with the gradient color can be formed, the problems of wrinkling and hard hand feeling caused by multiple embroidery threads and large area in the traditional color embroidery method can be solved, and the natural color conversion can be realized.
In one example, the embroidering process further comprises the steps of:
before the step of covering the embroidery position of the fabric to be embroidered on the embroidery plain cloth, forming embroidery abdicating holes on the fixed plain cloth;
the embroidery pad is pasted on the fixed base pad and covers the embroidery abdicating hole.

In this example, the fixed base is a large area yarn base, and a T6111 type can be used. The fixed base is used for fixing the fabric to be embroidered and preventing the fabric to be embroidered from moving in the embroidering process.
Specifically, an open line is embroidered on the fixed spool by the embroidery machine, and then the fixed spool is cut along the open position to form an embroidery abdicating hole, which can be called as an open hole. The area of the embroidery pad is slightly larger than the embroidery abdicating hole, for example, the area of the embroidery pad is 1/8 larger than the area of the embroidery abdicating hole, and after the adhesive tape is attached to the edge of the embroidery abdicating hole, the embroidery pad is adhered to the embroidery abdicating hole. Subsequently, the isolating film, the fabric to be embroidered and the embroidery pad are embroidered together at the corresponding position of the embroidery abdicating hole through the embroidery machine, the embroidery laminated layer is taken off from the fixed base pad after the embroidery is finished, and the subsequent hot pressing ironing is carried out.
In one example, the thermal transfer process includes the steps of:
covering the embroidery pattern on one side of the isolation film of the embroidery lamination with the thermal sublimation paper;
covering release paper on the thermal sublimation paper;
performing first hot pressing treatment;
and after the first hot pressing treatment is finished, taking away the release paper and the thermal sublimation paper.
The thermal sublimation paper is characterized in that a needed pattern is printed on the paper through a digital technology, one side of the thermal sublimation paper with the pattern is arranged at the embroidery position of the isolation film, the thermal sublimation paper needs to be laid flat without wrinkles, and the pattern is transferred onto the embroidery through a hot pressing method. Due to the existence of the isolating film, the thermal sublimation paper is separated from the fabric to be embroidered, and when the thermal sublimation is prevented from being pressed, the pattern color of the thermal sublimation paper is transferred to the fabric to be embroidered, so that the pattern color of the thermal sublimation paper is only transferred to the embroidery yarns of the isolating film.
In one example, the process conditions of the first hot stamping treatment include: the pressing temperature is 100-300 ℃, the pressing time is 10-30 s, and the pressure is 0.2-0.4 MPa.
Further, in one example, the process conditions of the first hot stamping treatment include: the pressing temperature is 200 ℃, the pressing time is 17s, and the pressure is 0.3 MPa.
In one example, the isolation film is a water-soluble film, and the method for removing the isolation film is water washing. The hydrosol film can adopt VT-WM35 model.
In one example, the separator has multiple layers, such as 2 to 3 layers.
In one example, after the embroidering process and before the thermal transfer printing, the embroidering process further comprises the steps of:
covering a pressing cut piece on one side of the isolation film of the embroidery lamination;
performing second hot pressing treatment;
and after the second hot pressing treatment is finished, taking away the pressing cut pieces.
Because the water sol membrane has the shrink when embroidering, so unevenness very easily, cover the purpose that original body cloth pressed and scalded and make the water sol membrane press more level and more smooth, convenient follow-up even of coloring.
In one example, the process conditions of the second hot stamping treatment include: the pressing temperature is 100-300 ℃, the pressing time is 3-8 s, and the pressure is 0.2-0.4 MPa.
Further, in one example, the process conditions of the second hot stamping treatment include: the pressing temperature is 200 ℃, the pressing time is 5s, and the pressure is 0.3 MPa.
Further, the present application also provides an embroidered fabric manufactured by the embroidering process of any of the above examples.
The embroidery process of the present invention is further described below with reference to a specific embodiment.
The embroidering process of the specific embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 1, taking a fixed base pad, adopting a T6111 model, spreading the fixed base pad on an embroidery machine table, embroidering an open line on the fixed base pad by using an embroidery machine, cutting along the open line, and shearing an embroidery abdicating hole.
And 2, sticking a double-sided adhesive tape around the embroidery abdicating hole.
And 3, taking an embroidery pad, selecting a thick tearable pad, AO156 type, of which the size is slightly larger than the embroidery abdicating hole, sticking the embroidery pad on the fixed base pad through the double-sided adhesive tape, and covering the embroidery abdicating hole with the embroidery pad.
And 4, taking the fabric to be embroidered, and covering the position to be embroidered of the fabric to be embroidered on the embroidery plain.
And 5, taking two layers of water-soluble glue films, and overlapping and covering the two layers of water-soluble glue films on the position to be embroidered of the fabric to be embroidered by adopting a VT-WM35 model.
And 6, embroidering the water soluble film, the fabric to be embroidered and the embroidery pad together at the corresponding positions of the embroidery abdicating holes, wherein the embroidery adopts single white yarns, and the water soluble film, the fabric to be embroidered and the embroidery pad are sewn together by the embroidery threads to obtain the embroidery lamination.
Step 7, covering original cloth, namely cloth of the clothes on one side of the isolation film of the embroidery lamination layer, and carrying out hot pressing, wherein the technological conditions of the hot pressing are as follows: the pressing temperature is 200 ℃, the pressing time is 5s, and the pressure is 0.3 MPa. Through hot pressing, the hydrosol film that becomes the unevenness at the embroidery in-process is pressed more levelly and smoothly, and convenient follow-up coloring is even.
And 8, after finishing hot pressing, taking away the original cloth.
And 9, covering thermal sublimation paper at the embroidering position on one side of the hydrosol film of the embroidering lamination layer, wherein the transfer printing pattern of the thermal sublimation paper is a gradient line from light blue to dark blue. The edge of the water-soluble glue film is 1cm longer than the edge of the thermal sublimation paper, and the size of the thermal sublimation paper can cover the embroidery patterns.
And step 10, covering release paper on the thermal sublimation paper.
And 11, performing hot pressing to transfer the pattern of the thermal sublimation paper to the embroidery yarn. The hot pressing process conditions comprise: the pressing temperature is 200 ℃, the pressing time is 17s, and the pressure is 0.3 MPa. At this moment, due to the existence of the water soluble glue film, the sublimation paper is separated from the fabric to be embroidered, and when the sublimation pressure is prevented from being scalded, the pattern color of the sublimation paper is transferred to the fabric to be embroidered.
And step 12, after the thermal transfer printing is finished, taking away the release paper and the thermal sublimation paper to obtain the thermal transfer printing lamination.
And step 13, tearing off the embroidery cloth, cutting off the redundant water-soluble glue film, washing the rest part with water, and washing off the residual water-soluble glue film to obtain the embroidery fabric with the gradually-changed color pattern.
The obtained embroidered fabric can be sewn on the original fabric through the subsequent processes.
The embroidery process combines the embroidery and the thermal transfer printing, single color yarns, such as white yarns, can be adopted when the embroidery is carried out, and the thermal transfer printing adopts the color gradient patterns, so that the effect of gradient embroidery can be realized. The method can form a new embroidery appearance effect, achieves the effect of natural gradual change of embroidery from the appearance of the color thread embroidery, has smooth surface of the embroidery fabric and soft hand feeling, and has very important significance for enriching the variety of the embroidery and improving the technical performance of the embroidery.
The embroidery process has various overall effects, soft hand feeling and good color fastness, breaks through partial limitations of embroidery, innovates a new method of embroidery, and meets the requirements of customers and markets.

carrying out thermal transfer printing treatment on the embroidery pattern on one side of the isolating film of the embroidery lamination to obtain a thermal transfer printing lamination with the embroidery pattern having a color gradient effect;
and removing the embroidery cloth and the isolating film on the thermal transfer printing lamination to obtain the embroidery fabric.
2. The embroidering process of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
before the step of covering the embroidery position of the fabric to be embroidered on the embroidery plain, forming embroidery abdicating holes on the fixed plain;
sticking the embroidery pad glue on the fixed base pad and covering the embroidery abdicating hole;
after the embroidering treatment and before the thermal transfer printing treatment, further comprising the steps of:
separating the embroidered laminate from the fixed substrate.
3. The embroidering process according to claim 1, wherein the thermal transfer process comprises the steps of:
covering thermal sublimation paper on the embroidery pattern;
covering release paper on the thermal sublimation paper;
performing first hot pressing treatment;
and after the first hot pressing treatment is finished, taking away the release paper and the thermal sublimation paper.
4. The embroidering process of claim 3, wherein the process conditions of the first hot pressing treatment comprise: the pressing temperature is 100-300 ℃, the pressing time is 10-30 s, and the pressure is 0.2-0.4 MPa.
5. The embroidering process of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the separating film is a water-soluble film and the method for removing the separating film is water washing.
6. The embroidering process of claim 5, wherein the separator has a plurality of layers.
7. The embroidering process of claim 5, further comprising, after the embroidering process and before the thermal transfer printing process, the steps of:
covering a pressing cut piece on one side of the isolation film of the embroidery lamination;
performing second hot pressing treatment;
and after the second hot pressing treatment is finished, taking away the pressing cut pieces.
8. The embroidering process of claim 7, wherein the process conditions of the second hot pressing treatment comprise: the pressing temperature is 100-300 ℃, the pressing time is 3-8 s, and the pressure is 0.2-0.4 MPa.
9. The embroidering process according to any one of claims 1 to 4 and 6 to 8, wherein a single color yarn is used for the embroidering treatment.
10. The embroidering process of claim 9, wherein the thermal transfer process uses a sublimation paper having a color gradient pattern.
11. An embroidered fabric produced by the embroidering process as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
