Abstract

Q690E厚钢板热处理工艺,钢的化学组成质量百分含量为:C=0.14~0.16,Mn=1.10~1.20,Si=0.30~0.50,P≤0.015,S≤0.005,Nb=0.025~0.030,Ti=0.010~0.018,Mo=0.50~0.60,Ni=0.50~0.60,Cr=0.40~0.50,B=0.0010~0.0018,Alt=0.020~0.050,其他为Fe和残余元素。生产工艺为转炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD真空处理→连铸→板坯加热→TMCP→淬火→回火→快速冷却→空冷。钢中所加入的Mo、Ni、Cr等强淬透性元素,加剧这种偏聚出现回火脆性。本发明通过从转炉冶炼、轧制到钢板热处理的整个过程严格按上述生产工艺执行,获得60~100mm的Q690E产品实物质量各项性能优良。

Description

Q690E厚钢板热处理工艺
技术领域
本发明属于钢铁热处理技术领域,涉及到一种提高Q690E厚钢板心部低温韧性的热处理工艺。
技术背景
Q690级钢板具有较高的强度和低温韧性,广泛应用于工程机械如起重机、装载机、推土机、大型挖掘机,煤炭采掘如液压支架,海洋钻井平台等诸多行业。近年来,随着各行业的迅速发展,各类设备向大型化和轻量化方向发展,为保证装备的安全性,对设备主体承重结构材料的性能提出了更高的要求,尤其对厚规格Q690E钢板心部韧性提出更高的要求。
由于连铸板坯的冶金特性,铸坯心部的偏析和疏松不可避免,同时对于大厚度钢板,轧制过程对心部缺陷的改善有限,导致心部成为厚钢板的薄弱部位。Q690E的钢板主要采用调质工艺生产,为保证钢板的焊接性能对钢种的碳当量有一定的要求,因此钢种的淬透性受到一定的限制。传统的淬火+回火工艺生产厚度60-100mm的Q690E,淬火过程中心部无法淬透获得完全淬火马氏体组织,回火过程中还面临第一、二类回火脆性的影响,导致心部韧性大幅下降。实验证明,在高温回火后,在较快的冷却速率条件下迅速冷却到第二类回火脆性温度区间以下的温度,可有效的避免回火脆性对心部韧性的影响,有效提高钢板的心部低温韧性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高Q690E厚钢板心部低温韧性的热处理工艺,钢板采用淬火+回火+加速冷却的热处理工艺,可生产60~100mm厚度Q690E钢板,心部低温冲击韧性良好。
发明的技术方案:
Q690E厚钢板热处理工艺,钢的化学组成质量百分含量为:C=0.14~0.16,Mn=1.10~1.20,Si=0.30~0.50,P≤0.015,S≤0.005,Nb=0.025~0.030,Ti=0.010~0.018,Mo=0.50~0.60,Ni=0.50~0.60,Cr=0.40~0.50,B=0.0010~0.0018, Alt=0.020~0.050,其他为Fe和残余元素;包括以下工艺步骤:
a. 转炉冶炼:控制出钢时C≥0.05, P≤0.010,出钢温度≥1580℃,避免出钢过程下渣;
b. LF 精炼:LF精炼中白渣保持时间在20min以上;
c. 真空精炼:在≤67Pa下的保真空时间≥23min;VD破空后进行钙处理;
d. 连铸:采用断面为300mm,连铸实行全程保护浇铸,浇注温度按液相线温度+ (15~25℃)控制,板坯下线后堆冷24h以上;
e. 板坯加热:板坯在步进炉中进行加热,温度1180~1220℃;
f. 轧制:采用TMCP方式轧制,开轧温度1050~1150℃;一阶段终轧温度>950℃,后三道次压下率在18%以上;二阶段开轧温度830~850℃,待温厚度为120mm,终轧温度≥820℃;控制冷却,冷却速率3~5℃/s,返红温度620~650℃;
g. 热处理:采用淬火+回火+加速冷却热处理工艺,淬火温度910~930℃,保温时间1.6~1.8min/mm,淬火机冷却速率5~8℃/s;回火温度650~670℃,保温时间2.3~2.5 min/mm,回火后加速冷却,冷却速率3~6℃/s,终冷温度 ≤300℃,空冷到室温;
热处理工艺提高心部冲击韧性的作用原理:在高温回火后缓慢冷却中,发生微量杂质元素P、As、Sb、Sn等向原奥氏体晶界偏聚过程,为达到钢板所需的高强度,钢中所加入的Mo、Ni、Cr等强淬透性元素,加剧这种偏聚出现回火脆性。回火后快速冷却,迅速通过二类回火脆性的温度区间,可有效避免回火脆性,提高心部的冲击韧性。
本发明通过从转炉冶炼、轧制到钢板热处理的整个过程严格按上述生产工艺执行,获得60~100mm的Q690E产品实物质量各项性能优良。
具体实施方式
一组厚度为60mm~100mmQ690E钢板热处理工艺实施例。钢的化学成分重量百分比如表1。生产工艺为转炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD真空处理→连铸→板坯加热→TMCP→淬火→回火→快速冷却→空冷。工艺步骤包括:
a. 转炉冶炼,确保出钢碳≥0.05%,出钢P≤0.010%,出钢温度≥1580℃;避免出钢过程下渣;
b. LF精炼,确保白渣保持时间控制在20min 以上;在所述真空精炼中,在≤67Pa下的保真空时间≥23min,VD破空后进行钙处理;
c. 连铸,采用断面为300mm,连铸实行全程保护浇铸,浇注温度按液相线温度+ (10-20℃) 控制,板坯下线后堆冷24小时以上;
d. 板坯加热,板坯在步进炉中进行加热,温度控制在1180±20℃;
e. 轧制,钢板采用TMCP方式轧制,开轧温度1050℃~1150℃;一阶段终轧温度>950℃,保证后三道次压下率在18%以上;二阶段开轧温度830~850℃,待温厚度为120mm,终轧温度≥820℃;控制冷却,冷却速率3~5℃/s,返红温度620~650℃;
f. 热处理,采用淬火+回火+加速冷却+空冷热处理工艺,淬火温度910~930℃,保温时间1.6~1.8min/mm,淬火机冷却速率5~8℃/s;回火温度650~670℃,保温时间2.3~2.5 min/mm,回火后加速冷却,冷却速率3~6℃/s,终冷温度 ≤300℃,空冷到室温。
实施例钢的力学性能结果如表2。使用本发明所述方法生产60-100mmQ690E的产品表面质量优良,外检合格率100%,I级探伤合格率100%,性能合格率100%。钢板厚度位置表面、T/4和T/2处性能均匀性良好,心部位置-40℃低温冲击功在200J左右,-60℃低温冲击功80J以上,体现出良好的低温冲击韧性,完全满足对心部韧性的要求。

Claims (1)

1.Q690E厚钢板热处理工艺,其特征在于:钢的化学组成质量百分含量为C=0.14~0.16,Mn=1.10~1.20,Si=0.30~0.50,P≤0.015,S≤0.005,Nb=0.025~0.030,Ti=0.010~0.018,Mo=0.50~0.60,Ni=0.50~0.60,Cr=0.40~0.50,B=0.0010~0.0018, Alt=0.020~0.050,其他为Fe和残余元素;包括以下工艺步骤:
a. 转炉冶炼:控制出钢时C≥0.05, P≤0.010,出钢温度≥1580℃,避免出钢过程下渣;
