Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a sun-proof non-discoloring adhesive tape, which comprises the steps of printing required colors or patterns and characters on a substrate layer by a printer through modified resin printing ink, then coating pressure-sensitive glue on the substrate layer through a coating machine, and cutting the substrate layer through a splitting machine to obtain the target sun-proof non-discoloring adhesive tape. The sun-proof non-discoloring adhesive tape is moderate in thickness, free of residual adhesive after being torn, free of pollution, high in transparency, ageing-resistant, not prone to discoloring, sun-proof, not prone to discoloring and good in stability.

The modified resin printing ink is obtained by adding a sun-proof toner material with a macromolecular structure into modified resin and uniformly mixing.
The mass ratio of the light-fast color powder to the modified resin is 1 (20-80).
The modified resin is composed of 30-40 parts of alcohol, 20-40 parts of ammonia water, 4-6 parts of ethanolamine, 2-3 parts of modified rosin and 30-50 parts of water.
The modified resin is composed of 35 parts of alcohol, 30 parts of ammonia water, 5 parts of ethanolamine, 3 parts of modified rosin and 40 parts of water by weight.
The modified resin is prepared by uniformly mixing alcohol and water according to the formula ratio of 1/3-2/3 to obtain a material a; adding ammonia water and ethanolamine in the formula ratio into the material a for amination to obtain a material b, adding modified rosin in the formula ratio into the material b, stirring and dissolving, and adding the rest water for uniformly mixing to obtain the target modified resin.
The concentration of the ammonia water is 8%.
The amination time is 2-3 h.
The substrate layer be BOPP, PET, PE or paper.
Example 1
Printing required color or pattern characters on the BOPP substrate layer by using modified resin printing ink through a printer, then coating pressure-sensitive glue through a coating machine, and cutting through a splitting machine to obtain the target sun-proof non-discoloring adhesive tape. The modified resin printing ink is obtained by adding a light-fast color powder material with a macromolecular structure into modified resin and uniformly mixing, wherein the mass ratio of the light-fast color powder material to the modified resin is 1: 20. The modified resin is prepared by uniformly mixing alcohol and water according to the formula ratio of 1/3 to obtain a material a; adding ammonia water and ethanolamine in the formula ratio into the material a for amination to obtain a material b, adding modified rosin in the formula ratio into the material b, stirring and dissolving, and adding the rest water for uniformly mixing to obtain the target modified resin. The modified resin comprises 30g of alcohol, 20g of ammonia water, 4g of ethanolamine, 2g of modified rosin and 30g of water in parts by weight.
Example 2
Printing required color or pattern characters on the PET substrate layer by using modified resin printing ink through a printer, then coating pressure-sensitive glue through a coating machine, and cutting through a splitting machine to obtain the target sun-proof non-discoloring adhesive tape. The modified resin printing ink is obtained by adding a sun-proof color powder material with a macromolecular structure into modified resin and uniformly mixing, wherein the mass ratio of the sun-proof color powder material to the modified resin is 1: 80. The modified resin is prepared by uniformly mixing alcohol and water according to the formula ratio of 2/3 to obtain a material a; adding ammonia water and ethanolamine in the formula ratio into the material a for amination to obtain a material b, adding modified rosin in the formula ratio into the material b, stirring and dissolving, and adding the rest water for uniformly mixing to obtain the target modified resin. The modified resin comprises 35g of alcohol, 30g of ammonia water, 5g of ethanolamine, 3g of modified rosin and 40g of water in parts by weight.

The modified resin printing ink is obtained by adding a sun-proof color powder material with a macromolecular structure into modified resin and uniformly mixing, wherein the mass ratio of the sun-proof color powder material to the modified resin is 1: 60. The modified resin is prepared by uniformly mixing alcohol and water according to the formula ratio of 1/3 to obtain a material a; adding ammonia water and ethanolamine in the formula ratio into the material a for amination to obtain a material b, adding modified rosin in the formula ratio into the material b, stirring and dissolving, and adding the rest water for uniformly mixing to obtain the target modified resin. The modified resin comprises 40g of alcohol, 40g of ammonia water, 6g of ethanolamine, 3g of modified rosin and 50g of water in parts by weight.

The modified resin is prepared by uniformly mixing alcohol and water according to the formula ratio of 2/3 to obtain a material a; adding ammonia water and ethanolamine in the formula ratio into the material a for amination to obtain a material b, adding modified rosin in the formula ratio into the material b, stirring and dissolving, and adding the rest water for uniformly mixing to obtain the target modified resin. The modified resin comprises 30g of alcohol, 20g of ammonia water, 6g of ethanolamine, 2.5g of modified rosin and 50g of water in parts by weight.
