技术领域
本发明涉及一种病死畜禽及废弃物无害化处理技术,尤其是一种病死猪及粪便等废物制作无害化有机复混肥技术。
背景技术
近年来,全国都在大力发展生猪规模化养殖场,造成病死畜禽及粪便等废弃物处理困难,形成了二次污染。同时,广大农村不恰当的施用化学肥料而导致的土壤、水质和大气污染已引起人们越来越多的关注,人们对食品质量和安全也提出了更高的要求。而利用病死畜禽及粪便等废弃物加工有机肥这一产业符合环境保护、生态农业和有机食品三大产业方向。使病死畜禽及废弃物转化为有机复混肥料,达到污染物完全零排放。资源综合利用不仅有经济效益,更重要的是社会效益和环境效益,从资源相当短缺矛盾凸显角度看,还有国家资源供应安全的功能,这就是常说的“变废为宝、利国利民”这些势必属于公益性事业、长远发展的需求,是国家应当承担和支持的事业。
因有机复混肥的成本高于化肥,虽然无公害、绿色和有机农产品的价格高于一般农产品,但农民意识的转变,仍需要培训和时间,建议政府对项目给予政策和资金支持,并协调相关部门对畜禽养殖、污水处理和粪便收集进行规范化管理,加快生态农业规划进程,加快示范区建设,发展无公害、绿色和有机农业,降低化肥和农药的施用强度,促进农村而源污染的进一步治理。
发明内容
鉴于现有存在的问题,木发明提供了一种病死畜禽及废弃物无害化处理技术,生产无害化有机复混肥,其制作步骤为:
A,将病死畜禽破碎后送入到高温高压的化制罐内进行化制灭菌;
B,经过干燥,脱脂,粉碎程序将其完全分解为油脂和肉骨粉末;其中油脂可制成工业用油或生物柴油,肉骨粉末可制成高蛋白饲料;
C,畜禽粪便经过堆肥高温发酵灭菌;
D,经过干燥,粉碎程序将其制成有机肥粉末;
E,将肉骨粉末与畜禽粪便有机肥粉末按5%、10%、15%、20%的不同比例混合均匀制成复混有机肥料。
此项专利较传统工艺有以下优点:
1、更好的解决了养殖与环保的问题。
2、有利于畜禽传染病的防控。
3、整个生产工艺采取自动化、全封闭处理过程无污染化、处理结果的环保化、无害化、可回收、高利用。
4、为养殖户与社会带来可观的经济效益。

E,将肉骨粉末与畜禽粪便有机肥粉末按5%、10%、15%、20%的不同比例混合均匀制成复混有机肥料。

E,将肉骨粉末与畜禽粪便有机肥粉末按5%、10%、15%、20%的不同比例混合均匀制成复混有机肥料。
