Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the rectangular container arranging device is used for arranging the rectangular containers 1 clamped by the bottle clamps 3 on the rotary table 2. The rotary table 2 can be arranged on the frame in a way of rotating around a first axis 4, the rectangular container 1 can be arranged in the bottle clamp 3 in a way of rotating around a second axis 5, and the rectangular container arranging device comprises a roller 7 which can be arranged on the frame in a way of rotating around a third axis 6 and is positioned on the revolution path of the rectangular container 1. The rectangular container 1 herein means a container in which two long sides 10 of the cross section are mutually parallel straight sides, and two short sides 11 of the cross section are mutually parallel straight sides or convex arc sides, and obviously, a container in which the cross section is square is also included. In the present embodiment, the first axis 4, the second axis 5, and the third axis 6 are parallel to each other and are all parallel to the vertical direction. The bottle mouth of the rectangular container 1 is cylindrical, the bottle clamp 3 is used for clamping the cylindrical bottle mouth, and the cylindrical bottle mouth can be arranged in the bottle clamp 3 in a rotating mode around the third axial lead 6.
When the long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 is perpendicular to the revolution radius thereof (here, the rectangular container 1 is defined as the revolution along with the rotation of the bottle holder 3 around the first axis 4): a circle with the center on the first axis 4 and passing through two vertexes of the outer side of the rectangular container 1 (i.e., two end points of the outer long side 10) is a first circle 8, and a circle with the center on the first axis 4 and passing through the midpoint of the inner long side of the rectangular container 1 (i.e., tangent to the inner long side 10) is a second circle 9. The roller 7 is lower than the bottle clamp 3, and the roller 7 is circumscribed with or inscribed in the second circle 9 with the first circle 8 and is used for abutting against the bottle body of the rectangular container 1 without interfering with other parts. The direction of rotation of the rollers 7 is opposite to the direction of rotation of the turntable 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the clamping center of the bottle holder 3 is located on the second axis 5, the height difference between the bottle holder 3 and the roller 7 is a, the rotation radius of the rectangular container 1 is C (it is defined that the rotation of the rectangular container 1 around the second axis 5 is rotation), and the reaction force received when the rectangular container 1 abuts against the roller 7 is F, wherein C is greater than a, so that F is greater than F. The upper roller 7 is in a first position, wherein C is greater than A, F is greater than C, and F is greater than F, the rectangular container 1 is subjected to a radial torque F which is greater than an axial bending moment F which is greater than the second axis 5, and the rectangular container 1 is easy to rotate; the lower roller 7 is in a second position, in which C < a and F C < F a, the rectangular container 1 is subjected to a torque F C radially with respect to the second axis 5 which is less than the axial bending moment F a of the second axis 5, the rectangular container 1 being less susceptible to rotation. Therefore, the more the roller 7 is upwardly close to the grip center, the easier the rectangular container 1 is rotated.
Referring to fig. 3, when the roller 7 is circumscribed with the first circle 8, the roller 7 is used for abutting against the outer long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 passing by, so that the rectangular container 1 rotates counterclockwise while revolving, until the long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 is perpendicular to the revolving radius thereof, and the rectangular container 1 is separated from the roller 7.
Referring to fig. 4, when the roller 7 is circumscribed with the first circle 8, the roller 7 is used for abutting against the lower short side 11 of the rectangular container 1 passing by, so that the rectangular container 1 rotates clockwise while revolving, until the long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 is perpendicular to the revolving radius thereof, and the rectangular container 1 is separated from the roller 7.
Referring to fig. 5, when the roller 7 is inscribed in the second circle 9, the roller 7 is used for abutting against the inner long side 10 of the rectangular container 1, so that the rectangular container 1 rotates clockwise while revolving, until the long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 is perpendicular to the revolving radius thereof, and the rectangular container 1 is separated from the roller 7.
Referring to fig. 6, when the roller 7 is inscribed in the second circle 9, the roller 7 is used for abutting against the lower short side 11 of the rectangular container 1 passing through, so that the rectangular container 1 rotates anticlockwise while revolving, until the long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 is perpendicular to the revolving radius of the rectangular container, and the rectangular container 1 is separated from the roller 7.
The rectangular container arranging device further comprises a soft sleeve 12 which is coaxially sleeved on the roller 7 and used for abutting against the rectangular container 1. The soft cover 12 can effectively reduce the scratch on the surface of the container.
A rectangular container arrangement method is realized by the device and is used for arranging the rectangular containers 1 clamped by the bottle clamps 3 on the rotary table 2, the rotary table 2 can be arranged on a rack in a rotating mode around a first axis 4, the rectangular containers 1 can be arranged in the bottle clamps 3 in a rotating mode around a second axis 5, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) a roller 7 which can rotate around the third axis 6 and is positioned on the revolution path of the rectangular container 1 is arranged on the frame, so that the roller 7 is lower than the bottle clamp 3;
(2) when the long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 is perpendicular to the revolution radius thereof: setting a circle with the center on the first axial line 4 and passing through two vertexes of the outer side of the rectangular container 1 as a first circle 8, and setting a circle with the center on the first axial line 4 and passing through the middle point of the long side of the inner side of the rectangular container 1 as a second circle 9; the roller 7 is circumscribed or inscribed in the second circle 9 from the first circle 8;

(4) when the roller 7 is inscribed in the second circle 9, the roller abuts against the long side 10 or the short side 11 of the rectangular container 1 passing through, so that the rectangular container 1 rotates while revolving until the long side 10 of the rectangular container 1 is perpendicular to the revolution radius thereof.
The clamping center of the bottle clamp 3 is positioned on the second axial line 5, the height difference between the bottle clamp 3 and the roller 7 is A, the rotation radius of the rectangular container 1 is C, and the reaction force applied when the rectangular container 1 abuts against the roller 7 is F, wherein A is adjusted to enable C to be larger than A, so that F is larger than F.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical idea and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered in the scope of the present invention.
