Abstract

本发明涉及一种收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置,它主要由设置于液压平台升降车上面的托辊架底座和焊接于托辊架底座上的V型托辊架构成,所述V型托辊架上螺纹连接有托辊轴,所述托辊轴上通过轴承安装有圆柱形托辊。本发明收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置由于与液压平台升降车相结合使用,因此,可根据卷筒白卡纸的直径大小,精准定位收放卷轴的高度,从而可对准卷筒白卡纸纸芯快速准确地进行卷筒白卡纸收放卷轴的安装或拆卸。另外,套设于所述V型托辊架上的圆柱形托辊与托辊轴通过轴承联接,因此,可快速而轻松地将收放卷轴推入或推出卷筒白卡纸纸芯,从而大幅降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷烟业用装卸装置,特别是涉及一种用于装卸卷筒白卡纸收放卷轴的V型托辊装置。
背景技术
目前,搬运加工卷筒白卡纸时使用的收放卷轴,一般使用直径为50cm-350cm、长度为1500cm-2200cm的铝合金钢轴,它自身重量约为60kg-100kg比较重,因此,装卸人员劳动强度非常大,而且,还存在易受伤等安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、使用方便、省时省力、安全可靠、并可大幅降低劳动强度的收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置主要由设置于液压平台升降车上面的托辊架底座和焊接于托辊架底座上的V型托辊架构成,所述V型托辊架上螺纹连接有托辊轴,所述托辊轴上通过轴承安装有圆柱形托辊。
所述托辊架底座上设有相隔一定距离的四组V型托辊架。
所述V型托辊架和托辊架底座间的夹角为30度~45度。
本发明收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置的有益效果是:由于V型托辊装置结合于液压平台升降车使用,因此,可根据卷筒白卡纸的直径大小,精准定位收放卷轴的高度,从而可对准卷筒白卡纸纸芯快速准确地进行卷筒白卡纸收放卷轴的安装或拆卸。并且,由于所述托辊呈V字状,因此,可防止收放卷轴滚落而砸伤工作人员。另外,套设于所述V型托辊架上的圆柱形托辊与托辊轴通过轴承联接,因此,可快速而轻松地将收放卷轴推入卷筒白卡纸纸芯中,或轻松地从卷筒白卡纸纸芯中推出,从而大幅降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置,它主要由设置于液压平台升降车1上面的托辊架底座2和焊接于托辊架底座2上的V型托辊架3构成,所述托辊架底座2上设有相隔一定距离的四组V型托辊架3,所述V型托辊架3上均螺纹连接有托辊轴5,所述托辊轴5上通过轴承安装有圆柱形托辊4,所述V型托辊架3设置于所述托辊架底座2的中心线上,所述V型托辊架3和托辊架底座2间的夹角为30度~45度,其夹角最好设置成45度,从而使两个托辊轴之间夹角呈90度,防止收放卷轴6滚落。
具体使用如下:当装卸卷筒白卡纸7上的收放卷轴6时,先把所述液压平台升降车1推至指定位置后升起液压平台升降车1,使圆柱形托辊4轻轻托起收放卷轴6,此状态下轻轻拉动收放卷轴6使圆柱形托辊4与托辊轴5通过轴承联接转动,从而拉出收放卷轴6,拉出的收放卷轴6置于四组V型托辊架3上,由于所述V型托辊架3形成有夹角,因此,所述收放卷轴6不易滚落,此时,推动液压平台升降车1将收放卷轴6推到下一卷卷筒白卡纸处,然后通过升降调整液压平台升降车1的高度,将所述收放卷轴6对准卷筒白卡纸纸芯后推动收放卷轴6,此时,在圆柱形托辊4的作用下,所述收放卷轴6便轻松进入新卷筒白卡纸纸芯中,从而消除了收放卷轴6在手动搬运过程中伤害工作人员的隐患,同时达到了操作简便、降低劳动强度的目的。

1.一种收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置,其特征在于:它主要由设置于液压平台升降车(1)上面的托辊架底座(2)和焊接于托辊架底座(2)上的V型托辊架(3)构成,所述V型托辊架(3)上螺纹连接有托辊轴(5),所述托辊轴(5)上通过轴承安装有圆柱形托辊(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置,其特征在于:所述托辊架底座(2)上设有相隔一定距离的四组V型托辊架(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的收放卷轴装卸用V型托辊装置,其特征在于:所述V型托辊架(3)和托辊架底座(2)间的夹角为30度~45度。
