the upper cover plate 11, the support plate 19, the end plate 20, the side plate 21, the lock seat body 12, the spring seat 23 and the pressure spring stop block 27 are connected in a welding mode to form a lock seat frame;
the lock seat is provided with a cavity with an upper opening, the two lock tongues are respectively arranged at two sides of the cavity, and the end part of the lock pin penetrates through the opening of the cavity to enter the cavity to be synchronously matched and locked with the two lock tongues;
the lock tongue 14 is inserted in the square groove of the lock base body 12 and can slide along the square groove;
the handle 6 is connected with the connecting rod 13 through a round pin, and the connecting rod 13 is connected with the bolt 14 through a round pin; the connecting rod 15 is connected with the bolt 14 and the pressure spring connecting rod 16 through round pins; the pressure spring connecting rod 16 is connected with the pressure spring guide post 17 through a round pin, and the pressure spring 18 is arranged between the pressure spring guide post 17 and the pressure spring stop block 27; the bolt is driven to slide along the square groove through the connecting rod mechanism, so that the bolt is extended and retracted;
one end of the lock tongue contacting the lock pin is provided with an oblique cutting surface for receiving the thrust from the opening direction and retracting; a matching groove is formed in the side surface of the lock pin and used for clamping the lock bolt to lock the lock pin;
the spring cap 22 is installed on the top of the lock seat spring 25, the spring cap 22 and the lock seat spring 25 are both installed inside the lock seat body, and the adjusting bolt 24 passes through the long round hole of the lock seat body 12 and is installed in the threaded hole of the spring cap 22.
In operation, as shown in fig. 6-7:
when the saddle is in an initial state, one end of the lock pin is fixed on the truck, and the lock tongue extends out and presses the spring cap 22 to wait for the matching of the external lock pin;
when a piggyback car loads a train, the lock pin falls down to push the inclined plane to extrude the two lock tongues outwards, the traction pin falls into the lock seat body, after the lock pin is completely positioned, the lock tongues extend out to be clamped with the matching grooves on the lock pin under the action of the pressure spring 18, the tail ends of the lock pins are pressed on the spring caps 22 to lock the lock tongues and the lock pins, and therefore the position of the truck is restrained by the saddle formed by matching the saddle and the lock pins, and the effect of fixing the position of the truck is achieved;
when the truck needs to be lifted from the piggyback car, the control operating handle drives the connecting rod mechanism, the lock tongue is manually controlled to retract, the lock tongue unlocks the lock pin, and the lock pin can be separated from the lock base body, so that the truck can be lifted away at the moment.
In the embodiment, the movable saddle is used for bearing a truck or a semi-trailer, the position of the movable saddle can be adjusted forwards and backwards, and the movable saddle can be assembled on a railway piggyback transport vehicle to enable the piggyback transport vehicle to have the function of transporting semi-trailers with different vehicle lengths.
