The telescopic pedal is provided with a waist-shaped hole, and the length of the waist-shaped hole is adjustable. The distance of the telescopic pedal extending out of or retracting into the emergency evacuation ramp is adjusted by changing the length of the waist-shaped hole on the telescopic pedal.

When the urban rail vehicle meets an emergency and people on the vehicle need to be evacuated, a certain vertical height exists between the traveling surface C and the rail traffic surface D of passengers in the vehicle. When the emergency evacuation ramp 2 is unfolded, the supporting legs 3 below the emergency evacuation ramp 2 will first contact the rail traffic surface D, then the supporting legs 3 standing on the rail traffic surface D will support the emergency evacuation ramp 2, and finally the emergency evacuation ramp 2 reaches the fully unfolded state. Subsequently, the retractable pedals 1 are extended from the emergency evacuation ramp 2 and finally brought into full contact with the rail traffic surface D.
