Abstract
The invention discloses a method for remanufacturing a support roller, which comprises the steps of providing a scrapped roller, using the roller which is normally scrapped without large reducing amount as a roller material, carrying out ultrasonic penetration on the roller, screening out the roller without cracks and defects in the roller, remanufacturing the scrapped roller by differential heat treatment, cutting and other processes, and recycling the scrapped roller, wherein the method has the advantages that: the scrapped roller is provided, the roller which is normally scrapped without large reducing amount is used as a roller material, the roller is subjected to ultrasonic penetration, the roller without cracks and defects in the roller is screened out, the scheme of large size reduction is realized, resources are saved, and the scrapped roller which does not meet the conditions can also be used for protecting the roller in work.

adjusting the relative position between the cutting tool and the end surface of the roll to be cut before starting the cutting process does not exceed the tolerance; the size sensor measures the thermal expansion amount of the roller shaft after cutting as a preset parameter, and the roller shaft can conduct heat through the bearing and is transmitted to the bearing end cover;

after carrying out differential temperature heat treatment on the shoulder ring, placing the shoulder ring on a processed roller shaft;

heating the roller at differential temperature by using a differential temperature furnace, firstly tempering the roller to meet the requirement of roller diameter hardness, then putting the roller into an air furnace for integral preheating at 500-600 ℃, then carrying out spray quenching and tempering, wherein the quenching temperature is 830-850 ℃, the tempering temperature is 180-260 ℃, and the tempered roller surface is tempered martensite;
before starting cutting machining, adjusting the relative position between the cutting tool and the end face of the roller to be cut to be not more than tolerance; collecting the thermal expansion amount of the cut roller shaft by using a size sensor and measuring the thermal expansion amount as a preset parameter, wherein the roller shaft can conduct heat through a bearing and is transmitted to a bearing end cover;
and cutting the surface of the roller by a cutting tool, cooling the roller shaft by using a coolant after cutting to a preset size, and stopping when the thermal expansion amount of the roller shaft is cooled to a preset parameter.
