Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of production of glyphosate aqueous solution, and particularly relates to a defoaming agent for producing glyphosate aqueous solution and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Glyphosate, chemical name N-phosphonomethylglycine, the physicochemical properties of glyphosate: the pure product is white and tasteless solid, has a melting point of 230 ℃ and can be decomposed, the solubility of the glyphosate in water at 25 ℃ is 1.2g/100g, the solubility in water is low, and the glyphosate is difficult to dissolve in organic solvents such as absolute ethyl alcohol, ether, benzene and the like. The pH value of the pure water solution is about 2, and the sodium salt, ammonium salt and trimethylsulfonium salt of the glyphosate are easily dissolved in water.
Glyphosate must be absorbed by plants to enter plant bodies to achieve a weeding effect, and in the process, an auxiliary agent needs to be added, and the main functions of the auxiliary agent are as follows: the interfacial tension and the contact angle between the medicine drop and the wax layer on the surface of the blade are reduced, so that the medicine drop is smoothly spread; the capability of the medicine drops to penetrate through the wax layer on the surface of the blade is enhanced, so that the medicine drops can smoothly enter the plant body or the absorption of the plant to the medicine drops is promoted; the medicine drops are better dispersed and conducted in the plant body fluid until the medicine drops reach the life units of the plants.
The major currently used glyphosate adjuvants are: tallow amine ethoxylate, alkyl polyglycoside, fatty alcohol ethoxylate, organosilicon, betaine, amino acids, anti-drift agent, hard water agent, synergist, etc. Glyphosate is a low-toxicity, broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, non-selective post-emergence herbicide, can be conducted in plants, but can only be applied to foliar spray to show herbicidal activity. The quality of the weeding effect depends greatly on the selection of proper good auxiliary agents to improve the weeding activity.
However, the introduction of the adjuvant causes a large amount of foam during the production and use of the glyphosate aqueous solution, and a large amount of air is mixed during the stirring process of adding the adjuvant, so that a large amount of air bubbles are generated, and due to the introduction of the surfactant, the air bubbles are abnormally stable under the protection of the surfactant, so that the production is not facilitated, and the flushing is easy to generate. And the generation of a large amount of bubbles reduces the density of the system, is not beneficial to canning and influences the production efficiency. The traditional solutions are (1) reducing the feeding amount and the stirring speed, (2) shortening the standing time and waiting for the foam to disappear automatically, and (3) slowing down the feeding speed and avoiding the foam generated by impact. These points greatly affect the production efficiency. Therefore, the most effective method in the production process of the glyphosate aqueous solution is to add the defoaming agent. Defoamers are broadly classified into silicones, polyethers, mineral oils, higher alcohols and other special classes. The glyphosate aqueous solution added into the traditional defoaming agent causes aqueous solution mixing or has poor effect, and no special defoaming agent for the system exists in the current market. The generation of foam causes low production efficiency in the production process of the preparation and influences the productivity. And in the actual use process, a large amount of foam is also generated, thereby influencing the drug effect.
