Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the crushed placenta is added into saline to homogenize at 10000-12000r/min for 20-40 min. Example of clinical test
The inventor collects 100 female volunteers from 3 months to 11 months in 2019, ages of 22-45 years, and all the volunteers have the symptoms of dark complexion, color spots, deficiency of qi and blood, aging and the like; 100 volunteers were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, wherein 50 persons were used in the experimental group and 50 persons were used in the control group, the deer placenta nutrient soft capsules prepared in experimental examples 1-5 were used in the volunteers in the experimental group, and the commercially available blood-enriching and anti-aging health products were used in the volunteers in the control group.
After 60 consecutive days, the conditions of the volunteers of the experimental group and the control group are shown in Table 1:

excess material treatment: cleaning fructus Lycii, Poria, fructus Jujubae, cranberry, fructus Hippophae, endothelium corneum Gigeriae Galli, rhizoma Polygonati, Ginseng radix, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Cordyceps, cortex Cinnamomi, rhizoma Curculiginis, Bulbus Lilii and herba Centellae respectively, drying, cutting into pieces, grinding into powder, and sieving;

6. The method of manufacturing according to claim 5, wherein: the dosage of the biological enzyme preparation is 0.5-2% of the dry weight of the deer placenta.
7. The method of manufacturing according to claim 5, wherein: in the processing process of the deer placenta, the biological enzyme preparation is one or a combination of more of papain, neutral protease, bromelain and trypsin.
8. The method of manufacturing according to claim 5, wherein: in the processing process of the deer placenta, the enzymolysis conditions of processing the deer placenta by using the biological enzyme preparation are as follows: the pH is 5-8 and the temperature is 40-60 ℃.
9. The method of manufacturing according to claim 5, wherein: in the processing process of the deer placenta, the minced placenta is added into saline water and homogenized for 20-40 minutes at the rotating speed of 10000-12000 r/min.

The method of manufacturing according to claim 5, wherein: in the processing process of the residual materials, the lycium ruthenicum mill, the poria cocos, the red dates, the cranberry, the sea buckthorn, the endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, the rhizoma polygonati, the ginseng, the radix angelicae, the cordyceps militaris, the cinnamon, the rhizoma curculiginis, the lily and the snow chrysanthemum are respectively cleaned, dried, cut into blocks, ground into powder and sieved by a 60-100 sieve.
