The quantity of the washing blocks is obtained through the weight sensors, the structure is simple, the realization is easy, and the production of the washing appliance 1000 is facilitated.
The weight sensor is positioned at the bottom of the storage pipe 11, specifically, a valve (not shown) is arranged in the storage pipe 11, the valve can be used for enabling the storage pipe 11 to be communicated or separated, the weight sensor is arranged on the valve, and under the condition that the valve enables the storage pipe 11 to be separated, the washing block is positioned on the valve and supported by the valve, so that the weight sensor can measure the weight of the washing block above the valve; in the case where the valve communicates the magazine pipe 11, the detergent block can be moved inside the magazine pipe 11.
Further, a valve may be provided at the discharge port 113.
The following explains the operation of the weight sensor:
in one example, the weight of each washing block is 5g, at this time, under the condition that the valve cuts off the storage pipe 11, the weight sensor measures the weight of the washing block in the storage pipe 11, and when the measured weight is 20g, it is determined that 4 washing blocks are stored in the storage pipe 11; when the measured weight is 25g, judging that 5 washing blocks are stored in the storage pipe 11; when the measured weight is 30g, judging that 6 washing blocks are stored in the storage pipe 11; that is to say the ratio of the weight obtained by the weight sensor to the weight of each washing block is 5. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of the washing blocks is not only 5g, and the specific weight of the washing blocks can be set according to different situations. It should be noted that in the case of a change in the weight of the washing mass, the ratio of the weight acquired by the weight sensor to the weight of each washing mass may also change. For example, in the case where the weight of each washing block is 6g, the ratio of the weight acquired by the weight sensor to the weight of each washing block is 6. For another example, in the case where the weight of each laundry block is 7g, the ratio of the weight acquired by the weight sensor to the weight of each laundry block is 7. The method can be considered according to actual conditions, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 19 and 20, in some embodiments, the storage pipe 11 is in a strip shape, so that a plurality of washing blocks are sequentially arranged in the storage pipe 11 to obtain the number of washing blocks in the storage pipe 11, and the step S10 includes:
step S11: acquiring the arrangement position of the washing blocks in the storage pipe 11;
step S12: the number of the washing blocks is determined according to the arrangement position.
Wherein, the arrangement position refers to the distance a between the washing block near the feeding hole 112 and the discharging hole 113.
Since each washing block has the same shape, the height b of each washing block is the same, and when a plurality of washing blocks are sequentially arranged in the storage pipe 11, the specific number of the washing blocks can be obtained according to the distance a between the washing block closest to the feed port 112 and the discharge port 113.
In one example, the washing blocks are rectangular, the height b of each washing block is 2cm, when a plurality of washing blocks are sequentially arranged in the material storage pipe 11, when the distance a between the washing block close to the material inlet 112 and the material outlet 113 is measured to be 10cm, it is determined that 5 washing blocks are stored in the material storage pipe 11; when the distance a between the washing blocks close to the feeding hole 112 and the discharging hole 113 is measured to be 12cm, judging that 6 washing blocks are stored in the storage pipe 11; when the distance a between the washing blocks close to the feeding hole 112 and the discharging hole 113 is measured to be 14cm, 7 washing blocks are judged to be stored in the storage pipe 11; by analogy, the number of the washing blocks stored in the storage pipe 11 can be obtained by dividing the distance a between the washing block close to the feed port 112 and the discharge port 113 by the height b of each washing block. The operation is convenient.
The distance a between the washing block near the feeding hole 112 and the discharging hole 113 can be obtained by an infrared sensor, for example, an infrared distance meter is disposed on one side of the cover plate 114 near the feeding hole 112, the infrared distance meter can measure the distance c between the washing block near the feeding hole 112 and the feeding hole 112, and then the distance a between the washing block near the feeding hole 112 and the discharging hole 113 can be obtained by subtracting the distance c between the washing block near the feeding hole 112 and the feeding hole 112 from the length d of the whole storage pipe 11.
Of course, in other embodiments, other structures may be used to measure the distance a between the washing block near the inlet 112 and the outlet 113. The specific setting can be according to different situations. And are not limited herein.
