In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower sidewall of the receiving chamber 101 is formed with a dispensing opening 104, and the magazine 200 is rotatably disposed within the receiving chamber 101 and is rotatable between a dispensing position and a closed position. The at least one reservoir 102 may be in communication with the dispensing aperture 104 when the magazine 200 is rotated to the position in the dispensing state, and the side wall of the receiving chamber 101 may stop at least a portion of the notch of each reservoir 102 when the magazine 200 is rotated to the position in the closed state. It should be understood that the magazine 200 can have a plurality of dispensing positions during rotation, and that at least one of the reservoirs 102 can be in communication with the dispensing opening 104 in each of the dispensing positions of the magazine 200. The magazine 200 can have a plurality of closed positions during the rotation, and in each closed position the magazine 200 ensures that the side walls of the receiving chamber 101 can stop at least a part of the slot opening of the storage tank 102, so that the washing cake cannot escape through the feed opening 104. Therefore, the washing block can be conveniently stored, and whether the washing block is put in or not can be controlled by changing the position state of the storage member 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, each storage tank 102 may have a first opening 1021 and a second opening 1022, the first opening 1021 may be disposed toward the loading inlet 103, the second opening 1022 may be disposed toward a sidewall of the receiving cavity 101, the second opening 1022 of at least one storage tank 102 may communicate with the dispensing opening 104 in the dispensing state of the storage piece 200, and the sidewall of the receiving cavity 101 may stop the second opening 1022 of each storage tank 102 in the closed state of the storage piece 200. This facilitates not only the filling of the storage tank 102 with the washing cake, but also the smooth feeding of the washing cake in the storage tank 102 into the washing chamber of the dishwasher 1000.
In some specific examples, each reservoir 102 may have a first opening 1021 and a second opening 1022, the first opening 1021 may be disposed toward the loading inlet 103, the first opening 1021 of each reservoir 102 may be completely exposed from the loading inlet 103, and the second opening 1022 may be disposed toward a sidewall of the receiving cavity 101. The second opening 1022 of the at least one reservoir 102 can be in communication with the dispensing aperture 104 when the accumulator 200 is in the dispensing state. The side walls of the receiving cavity 101 can stop at least a portion of the second opening 1022 of each reservoir 102 when the magazine 200 is in the closed state. This facilitates not only the smooth filling of the user with the washing block into the storage tank 102, but also the smooth throwing of the washing block in the storage tank 102 into the washing chamber of the dishwasher.
According to some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the dispensing body 10 may include a housing 100, and the housing 100 may include a storage portion 120 and a dispensing portion 130. The reservoir 120 may define a receiving cavity 101 with an opening on one side, i.e., a filling inlet 103. The magazine 200 may be formed as a disk, and the shape of the receiving chamber 101 may be adapted to the shape of the disk, and the disk is fittingly mounted in the receiving chamber 101 and rotatable in the receiving chamber 101. The storage grooves 102 are formed in the outer edge of the disc, the storage grooves 102 are respectively arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the disc, each storage groove 102 extends along the radial direction of the disc, and each storage groove 102 and the side wall of the accommodating cavity 101 define a storage space for storing washing blocks in advance. Each storage tank 102 may have a first opening 1021 and a second opening 1022, the first opening 1021 of each storage tank 102 being disposed toward the loading inlet 103 and being completely exposed from the loading inlet 103, and the second opening 1022 of each storage tank 102 being disposed toward a sidewall of the receiving cavity 101. The lower side wall of the receiving chamber 101 may have a discharge opening 104, and the disc may be rotatable between a discharge state and a closed state. When the disc rotates to a certain position to be in a throwing state, one of the storage tanks 102 can be communicated with the throwing-in through opening 104 through the second opening 1022, and at this time, the washing block in the storage tank 102 can enter the washing cavity through the throwing-in through opening 104. When the disk is rotated to a certain position to be in a closed state, the sidewall of the receiving chamber 101 stops at least a portion of the second opening 1022 of each storage container 102, and the laundry block is confined between the storage container 102 and the sidewall of the receiving chamber 101 without falling out of the second opening 1022.
In some embodiments, the dishwasher 1000 may further include a driving device for driving the storage member 200 to rotate. The driving device can be disposed on the machine body 2, and the driving device and the storage member 200 can be directly or indirectly connected in a transmission manner. Therefore, the rotating position of the storage member 200 can be accurately and reliably controlled by the driving device, so that the storage member 200 can be controlled to be switched between the throwing state and the closing state, and whether the washing blocks are thrown in the throwing device 1 or not can be accurately controlled.
For example, the driving device may be a motor, an output shaft of the motor is connected to the material storage member 200 in a transmission manner, and the motor drives the material storage member 200 to rotate. The magazine 200 may be formed as a disc, the central axis of which is the axis of rotation of the disc.
Specifically, the dishwasher 1000 may further include a detection device 30 and a controller, the detection device 30 may be configured to detect whether the washing block in the storage tank 102 is installed in place, the storage member 200 may be provided with a plurality of storage tanks 102 for storing the washing block in advance, each storage tank 102 may be provided with at least one detection device 30, and the controller may control the operating state of the driving device according to a detection result of the detection device 30. Whether the washing blocks are filled in each storage tank 102 or not can be accurately detected by the detection device 30, so that the driving device can control the storage piece 200 to rotate to a proper position, the storage tank 102 storing the washing blocks can be conveniently rotated to a position opposite to the feeding through hole 104, the feeding operation of the washing blocks can be smoothly carried out, and the condition that the feeding operation is carried out on the storage tank 102 without the washing blocks is avoided. Meanwhile, the detection device 30 can be used for detecting the filling amount of the washing blocks in the storage tank 102, so that the storage amount of the washing blocks in each storage tank 102 can be conveniently controlled.
For example, the detecting device 30 may be a pressure sensor or a light sensor, and the controller may be an independent control device disposed in the dispensing device 1, or may be a main control board of the dishwasher 1000.
In some examples, the door 3 may have a mounting groove, and the dispensing device 1 is detachably mounted in the mounting groove. Thus, the installation and the arrangement of the releasing device 1 are convenient, and the releasing device 1 is convenient to maintain and replace.
Further, the mounting groove may be formed on the inner side surface of the door body 3. This facilitates the putting device 1 to put the washing mass into the washing chamber.
In other examples, the dispensing device 1 may be a part of the door 3, i.e. the housing 100 of the dispensing device 1 is integrally formed with the door 3.
In some embodiments, when a user needs to add a dishwashing tablet, the user can open the lid 20, remove the storage member 200 from the receiving cavity 101, place the storage member 200 in a proper position, place the dishwashing tablet in the storage tank 102, and reassemble the storage member 200 into the receiving cavity 101 after the storage member 200 is filled with the dishwashing tablet. When dishwasher 1000 operates the washing time sequence, the operation of throwing in the washing block can be required, and specifically storage member 200 can be driven to rotate, so that storage member 200 rotates to a proper position, and at the moment, the washing block in storage tank 102 can be thrown in through throwing outlet 132 and finally enters the washing cavity defined by the inner container of dishwasher 1000 for use.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, the dish washer 1000 may include a body 2, a door 3 and a dispensing device 1. A washing chamber for washing the dishes is formed in the body 2, the washing chamber has an opening for taking and placing the dishes, and the door 3 is movably disposed on the body 2 to open or close the washing chamber. The putting device 1 is used for putting the washing block into the washing cavity, and the putting device 1 can be selectively arranged on the machine body 2 or the door body 3, for example, the putting device 1 is arranged on the inner side of the door body 3. The dispensing device 1 may comprise a dispensing body 10 and a storage member 200, wherein the dispensing body 10 has a containing cavity 101 therein, the storage member 200 is used for storing the washing block in advance, and the storage member 200 is detachably installed in the containing cavity 101 in a matching manner. The receiving chamber 101 has a filling inlet 103 at one end, and the magazine 200 can be mounted or dismounted via the filling inlet 103.
The throwing body 10 may include a storage part 120 and a throwing part 130, the receiving cavity 101 is formed on the storage part 120, and a lower sidewall of the receiving cavity 101 is formed with a throwing aperture 104. The throwing portion 130 is located below the storage portion 120, the throwing portion 130 has a throwing channel 131 extending up and down in a substantially vertical direction, an upper end of the throwing channel 131 is connected to the throwing aperture 104, and a lower end of the throwing channel 131 is a free end which may be formed as a throwing outlet 132. The discharge outlet 132 is formed on a sidewall of the discharge portion 130 facing the washing chamber, and the discharge passage 131 extends from the discharge opening 104 to the discharge outlet 132 in an inclined manner from top to bottom. The discharge channel 131 forms an arc-shaped channel bottom wall from the discharge opening 104 to the discharge outlet 132 from top to bottom.
The dispensing device 1 may further include a cover 20, and the cover 20 may be reversibly disposed on the dispensing body 10 to open or close the filling inlet 103. An end edge of the cover 20 is rotatably connected to the dispensing body 10, and the rotation axis of the cover 20 may be parallel to the plane of the filling inlet 103. The cover body 20 can be flipped between a closed position covering the loading inlet 103 and an open position clear of the loading inlet 103. One of the cover body 20 and the throwing body 10 is provided with a rotating shaft 110 and the other is provided with a rotating shaft hole, and the rotating shaft 110 is rotatably fitted in the rotating shaft hole. The throwing body 10 is provided with two rotating shafts 110 which are oppositely arranged, the cover body 20 is provided with two rotating shaft holes which are in one-to-one correspondence, and each rotating shaft 110 can be inserted into the corresponding rotating shaft hole and is in running fit with the corresponding rotating shaft hole.
The magazine 200 can be snap-connected to the dosing body 10. The magazine 200 may be provided with a plurality of storage tanks 102 for pre-storing laundry pieces. Each storage groove 102 and a sidewall of the receiving cavity 101 may define a storage space for storing the washing block. Each reservoir 102 may contain a washing block having a volume corresponding to the volume of the reservoir 102, and the volume of each reservoir 102 may be determined according to the weight or volume of the washing block required for a washing operation of the dishwasher 1000.
At least a portion of the notch of each reservoir 102 is located on the same side surface of the magazine 200, for example, formed on an axial side end surface of the magazine 200. The magazine 200 may be formed as a disk, the shape of the receiving chamber 101 may be adapted to the shape of the disk, and the plurality of reservoirs 102 may be respectively disposed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the disk. For example, the receiving chamber 101 is formed as a cylindrical chamber, and one end of the cylindrical chamber is opened to form the charging inlet 103. The disc is rotatably fitted in the accommodation chamber 101. A plurality of storage grooves 102 are respectively arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the disc, and each storage groove 102 and the sidewall of the accommodating chamber 101 respectively define a storage space for storing the washing block. Each reservoir 102 may extend in a radial direction of the disk, and the notch of each reservoir 102 is located at the same end in the axial direction of the disk.
The lower side wall of the receiving chamber 101 is formed with a discharge opening 104, the magazine 200 is rotatably arranged in the receiving chamber 101 between a discharge state and a closed state, a notch of one of the reservoirs 102 communicates with the discharge opening 104 when the magazine 200 is rotated to a position in the discharge state, and the side wall of the receiving chamber 101 stops against the notch of each reservoir 102 when the magazine 200 is rotated to a position in the closed state.
Each reservoir 102 may have a first opening 1021 opening towards the filling inlet 103 and a second opening 1022 opening towards the side wall of the receiving chamber 101, the second opening 1022 of one reservoir 102 communicating with the dispensing aperture 104 when the magazine 200 is in the dispensing state, the side wall of the receiving chamber 101 stopping at least a portion of the second opening 1022 of each reservoir 102 when the magazine 200 is in the closed state.
The dishwasher 1000 may further include a driving device for driving the storage member 200 to rotate, the driving device is disposed on the body 2, and the driving device may be in transmission connection with the storage member 200. The driving device can be a motor, and an output shaft of the motor is in transmission connection with the material storage member 200 to drive the material storage member 200 to rotate. The magazine 200 may be formed as a disc, the central axis of which is the axis of rotation of the disc.
The dishwasher 1000 may further include a detection device 30 and a controller, the storage member 200 is provided with a plurality of storage slots 102 for storing washing blocks, the detection device 30 is used for detecting whether the washing blocks in the storage slots 102 are installed in place, each storage slot 102 is provided with at least one detection device 30, and the controller may control the operating state of the driving device according to the detection result of the detection device 30. The detecting device 30 may be a pressure sensor or a light sensor, and the controller may be an independent control device disposed in the feeding device 1, or may be a main control board of the dishwasher 1000.
The door 3 is rotatably provided on the body 2 to open or close the washing chamber. The door body 3 is provided with a mounting groove, and the feeding device 1 is detachably mounted in the mounting groove. The mounting groove is formed on the inner side surface of the door body 3.
Other constructions and operations of the dishwasher 1000 according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (15)

1. A dishwasher, comprising:
a body having a washing chamber;
the door body is movably arranged on the machine body so as to open or close the washing cavity;
the feeding device is used for feeding washing blocks into the washing cavity and provided with an accommodating cavity, the feeding device comprises a storage piece, and the storage piece is detachably matched with the accommodating cavity.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, the dosing device further comprising:
the feeding body is formed with the containing cavity, a filling inlet is formed in one end of the containing cavity, and the storage piece is detachably matched with the containing cavity through the filling inlet.
3. The dishwasher of claim 2, the dosing body comprising:
the storage part is provided with the accommodating cavity, and the side wall of the accommodating cavity is provided with a throwing through opening;
the throwing portion is located below the storage portion, the throwing portion is provided with a throwing channel extending in the vertical direction, the upper end of the throwing channel is connected with the throwing port, and the lower end of the throwing channel is formed into a throwing outlet.
4. The dishwasher of claim 2, the dosing device further comprising:
the cover body is movably arranged on the feeding body to open or close the filling inlet.
5. The dishwasher of claim 4, wherein the cover is rotatably provided to the loading body, or the cover is slidably provided to the loading body.
6. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the storage member is snap-fit to the dosing body.
7. The dishwasher of claim 2, wherein the magazine is provided with a plurality of storage slots for storing washing racks.
8. The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the reservoir is formed as a disk, the receiving chamber is shaped to fit the disk, and a plurality of the reservoirs are spaced apart along a circumference of the disk.
9. The dishwasher of claim 8, wherein a plurality of the storage slots are provided at equal intervals in a circumferential direction of the disk, each of the storage slots extending in a radial direction of the disk.
10. The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the side wall of the chamber has a dispensing passage, the accumulator being rotatably disposed within the chamber between a dispensing state in which the at least one sump communicates with the dispensing passage and a closed state in which the side wall of the chamber stops against the sump.
11. The dishwasher of claim 10, wherein each of the reservoirs has a first opening disposed toward the loading inlet and a second opening disposed toward a sidewall of the receiving chamber, the second opening communicating with the dosing passage in the storage member in the dosing state, the sidewall of the receiving chamber stopping the second opening in the storage member in the closed state.
12. The dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising:
the driving device is used for driving the storage piece to rotate and arranged on the machine body, and the driving device is in transmission connection with the storage piece.
13. The dishwasher of claim 12, further comprising:
the device comprises a detection device and a controller, wherein the detection device is used for detecting whether the washing blocks are installed in place, the storage piece is provided with a plurality of storage tanks for storing the washing blocks, the detection device is arranged in each storage tank, and the controller controls the working state of the driving device according to the detection result of the detection device.
14. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the door body has a mounting slot, and the dispensing device is detachably mounted in the mounting slot.
15. The dishwasher of claim 14, wherein the mounting groove is formed at an inner side surface of the door body.
