The vertical mounting plate 40 of the present embodiment is not only used for mounting the storage member 10, but also used for separating the turntable 20 from the push rod mechanism, thereby reducing the interference phenomenon between the turntable 20 and the push rod mechanism during the operation, specifically, the turntable 20 is mounted on the first side of the vertical mounting plate 40, the first driver 22 of the turntable mechanism is mounted on the second side of the vertical mounting plate 40, the vertical mounting plate 40 is provided with a connecting shaft for connecting the pivot shafts of the turntable 20 and the first driver 22, the push rod mechanism is provided on the second side of the vertical mounting plate 40, in order to realize that the push rod 31 on the push rod mechanism can push the dish washing block B in the storage tank 21 of the turntable 20, a sliding groove (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the vertical mounting plate 40 at a position right opposite to the push rod 31, and the push rod 31 is arranged in the sliding groove and moves along a sliding groove path to push the dish washing block B on the turntable 20 into a washing cavity of the dishwasher.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the push rod mechanism further includes a second driver 32 connected to the push rod 31, the second driver 32 being configured to push the push rod 31 to slide along the slide slot, according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The second driver 32 of the present embodiment may be any one of a solenoid valve, a wax motor, a hydraulic driver, and a pneumatic driver, and the second driver 32 is used for pushing the push rod 31 to reciprocate in the slide slot of the vertical mounting plate 40.
With continued reference to fig. 3, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the second actuator 32 further includes a lever 33, a first end of the lever 33 is pivotally connected to the push rod 31, and a second end of the lever 33 is connected to the output shaft of the second actuator 32.
The second driver 32 of the present embodiment drives the push rod 31 to reciprocate through the lever 33, and the present embodiment can improve the positional flexibility of the second driver 32 on the vertical mounting plate 40 by providing the lever 33 between the second driver 32 and the push rod 31. Preferably, the bottom of the vertical mounting plate 40 is provided with a base on which the second actuator 32 may be disposed proximate to the vertical mounting plate 40. Preferably, the lever 33 of this embodiment may be an L-shaped rod, a first end of the L-shaped rod is pivotally connected to the push rod 31, a middle bent portion of the L-shaped rod is pivotally disposed on the vertical mounting plate 40, a second end of the L-shaped rod is connected to the output shaft of the second driver 32, and when the second driver 32 pushes the second end of the L-shaped rod, the L-shaped rod rotates around the middle bent portion, so as to drive the first end of the L-shaped rod to rotate, and the first end of the L-shaped rod drives the push rod 31 to reciprocate in the sliding slot during the rotation process. Preferably, the vertical mounting plate 40 is further provided with a spring contacting with the push rod 31, and the spring pushes the push rod 31 to make the push rod 31 in a horizontal position, so that the push rod 31 can smoothly push the dish washing block B in the turntable 20 into the washing cavity of the dishwasher. Preferably, the second side of the vertical mounting plate 40 is provided with a support plate 41 perpendicular to the vertical mounting plate 40, the lever 33 is pivotally disposed on the support plate 41, the lever 33 can be pivotally disposed on the support plate 41 by disposing the support plate 41 on the vertical mounting plate 40, and when the second driver 32 drives the second end of the lever 33, the second end of the lever 33 drives the lever 33 to perform a pivotal motion, so that the first end of the lever 33 can drive the push rod 31 to perform a reciprocating motion. Preferably, the supporting plate 41 of the present embodiment is obliquely disposed on the vertical mounting plate 40, so as to reduce the space of the vertical mounting plate 40 occupied by the lever 33 and improve the structural compactness of the automatic putting-in device a of the dishwasher of the present embodiment.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the storage member 10 is a storage hopper or cartridge according to one embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the dish washing block B is spherical structure, the leak 11 of storage component 10 bottom can only once be through a dish washing block B, the user only need to once only throw in a plurality of dish washing blocks B in the storage component 10 can, a plurality of dish washing blocks B are to the motion of the leak 11 direction of storage component 10 bottom under self gravity, preferably, the top of storage component 10 can also be provided with the pressure spring structure, bulldoze dish washing block B through the pressure spring structure and make dish washing block B to the motion of the bottom leak 11 direction of storage component 10.

Specifically, the dishwasher is further provided with a sliding channel opposite to the push rod 31, one end of the sliding channel is communicated with the washing cavity, the other end of the sliding channel is arranged at a position close to the turntable 20 and opposite to the push rod 31 of the push rod mechanism, the push rod 31 can push the dish washing block B in the storage tank 21 of the turntable 20 into the sliding channel so that the dish washing block B slides into the washing cavity through the sliding channel, wherein the specific structure of the sliding channel and the specific connection relationship between the automatic feeding device a of the dishwasher and the dishwasher can adopt the conventional means of those skilled in the art, and the embodiment of the invention is not described herein.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic dispensing device for a dishwasher, the automatic dispensing device comprising:
a storage member for storing a dishwashing block;
the rotary disc mechanism is vertically arranged below the storage component, storage grooves are arranged on the periphery of the rotary disc, and the rotary disc rotates the storage grooves to be right below the storage component and receives the dishwashing blocks leaked from the storage component;
the push rod mechanism is arranged on one side of the rotary disc, a push rod on the push rod mechanism is pointed to the periphery of the rotary disc, the rotary disc rotates the storage groove to the position opposite to the push rod, and the push rod mechanism pushes the dish washing blocks in the storage groove to the interior of the dish washing machine.
2. The automatic dispensing device of a dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the carousel is provided at its periphery with a plurality of storage tanks distributed at equal intervals.
3. The automatic dispensing device for a dishwasher of claim 2, wherein said carousel mechanism further comprises a first actuator capable of actuating said carousel to rotate, said first actuator actuating said carousel to rotate only one of said plurality of reservoirs directly beneath said storage member per rotation of said carousel.
4. The automatic dishwasher dosing device of claim 3, wherein the first drive comprises a drive motor and an intermittent wheel assembly disposed on a pivot axis of the drive motor, the drive motor driving the turntable to rotate via the intermittent wheel assembly.
5. The automatic putting device of claim 4, wherein the intermittent wheel assembly comprises a wheel and a grooved wheel, the wheel is disposed on a pivot shaft of the driving motor, the wheel is provided with a driving lever, the grooved wheel is fixedly connected with the rotating disc, the periphery of the grooved wheel is provided with a plurality of radial grooves which are equidistantly distributed and correspond to the plurality of storage grooves, and the driving lever drives the grooved wheel and the rotating disc to rotate by matching with the plurality of radial grooves.
6. The automatic putting-in device of a dishwasher according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a vertical mounting plate, wherein the storage member is disposed on top of the vertical mounting plate, the turntable is disposed on a first side of the vertical mounting plate, the push rod mechanism is disposed on a second side of the vertical mounting plate opposite to the first side, and a chute fitted with the push rod is disposed on the vertical mounting plate.
7. The automatic dishwasher dosing device of claim 6, the pushrod mechanism further comprising a second drive coupled to the pushrod, the second drive configured to urge the pushrod to slide along the chute.
8. The automatic dishwasher dosing device of claim 7, the second actuator further comprising a lever having a first end pivotally connected to the push rod and a second end connected to the output shaft of the second actuator.
9. The automatic dosing device for a dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the storage member is a storage funnel or a storage cartridge.
10. A dishwasher comprising a washing chamber and an automatic dishwasher dosing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the washing chamber and the pushrod mechanism being located on either side of the turntable.
