The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in figure 1, the invention relates to a clothes hanger 100, the clothes hanger 100 comprises a main body 1, a hanging part arranged on the main body 1 and a supporting arm 2 arranged on the main body 1, a cavity 21 is arranged at one end of the supporting arm 2 far away from the main body 1, a clamp 22 is arranged in the cavity 21, and an opening is arranged at the bottom of the cavity 21 for the clamp 22 to extend out. The opening also has a certain limiting function on the clip 22, and the clip 22 is prevented from falling out of the cavity 21. The cavity 21 is also provided with a transmission component capable of controlling the opening and closing of the clamp 22, and the transmission component can be arranged on the upper part of the clamp 22 and is stopped against the tail part of the clamp 22.
Fig. 2 and 3 are sectional views taken along the line a-a in fig. 1, which is a sectional view of the cavity 21. As shown in fig. 2, a clamp 22 and a transmission member are disposed inside the cavity 21, the transmission member includes a sliding member 23, an inner wall of the cavity 21 is linear, and the sliding member 23 can slide linearly along the inner wall of the cavity 21. The part of the clip 22 in the cavity 21 is a tail part, the part outside the cavity 21 for clamping clothes is a head part, and the middle part is provided with a fulcrum for connection and an elastic part so that the head part keeps a closed state under the action of no external force.
Fig. 2 shows a state that the slider 23 does not push the tail of the clip 22, the head of the clip 22 is kept closed, the slider 23 has a structure abutting against the tail of the clip 22, and includes a first abutting portion 231 and a second abutting portion 232, the first abutting portion 231 and the second abutting portion 232 are symmetrically arranged, and inclined surfaces are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the two abutting portions, and the inclined surfaces abut against the tail of the clip 22, so that the up-and-down displacement of the slider 23 can apply horizontal acting force to the tail of the clip 22 under the action of the inclined surfaces, and the tail of the clip 22 is kneaded to separate the head of the clip 22. In order to achieve the effect of opening the head of the clip 22, the first stopping portion 231 and the second stopping portion 232 have a larger distance at one end close to the clip 22, and the first stopping portion 231 and the second stopping portion 232 have a smaller distance at one end far away from the clip 22, so that when the sliding member 23 moves down integrally, the tail of the clip 22 can slide on the inclined surface, the distance between the two end portions of the tail is compressed, a horizontal acting force towards the middle is generated, and the tail is compressed to open the head of the clip 22.
The distance between the first and second abutments 231 and 232 should be at least such as to ensure that the head of the clip 22 can be fully closed and fully open. The maximum distance between the first stopping portion 231 and the second stopping portion 232 corresponds to the distance between the tails when the clip 22 is closed, and the minimum distance between the two arms corresponds to the distance between the tails when the clip 22 is fully opened.
Fig. 4 is a schematic external view of the cavity 21, in order to control the sliding member 23 inside the cavity 21 externally, the sliding member 23 is further provided with a positioning column 233, and the cavity 21 is provided with a guide groove 211 corresponding to the positioning column 233. Or the wall of the cavity 21 is provided with a guide groove 211, the guide groove 211 penetrates through the inside and outside of the cavity 21, and the position of the sliding part 23 corresponding to the guide groove 211 is provided with a positioning column 233, so that the positioning column 233 can extend out from the inside of the cavity 21 and can move along the guide groove 211. The sliding member 23 and the positioning post 233 are fixedly connected or integrally disposed, so that when the positioning post 233 moves along the guiding slot 211, the sliding member 23 is driven to move up and down inside the cavity 21. Since the relative position of the sliding member 23 and the positioning column 233 is not changed, and the sliding member 23 can only move up and down along the cavity 21, the guiding slot 211 is disposed in a slot-like structure going up and down, as shown in fig. 4. The guide groove 211 has a length in the up-down direction to ensure that the slider 23 can fully open the tail of the clip 22 at the topmost position and move the slider 23 to clamp the tail of the clip 22 and open the head of the clip 22 at the bottommost position.
In order to enable the sliding member 23 to automatically return, a return device 23 is further disposed at an end of the sliding member 23 away from the clip 22, the return device 23 may be an elastic member having elasticity, such as a spring, the return device 23 is used for pulling the sliding member 23 to move in a direction away from the clip 22 after the sliding member 23 moves in a direction close to the clip 22, when the return device 23 is a spring, one end of the spring is fixedly connected to the sliding member 23, and the other end of the spring is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cavity 21.
A locking groove 212 is further provided at the bottom end of the guide groove 211, and since the slider 23 has a returning means 23, in order to prevent the slider 23 from returning, the positioning column 233 may be placed in the locking groove 212 so that the slider 23 cannot return.
