The PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarization device is characterized by comprising an unreeling unit and a reeling unit which are oppositely arranged, wherein a first polarization mechanism, a second polarization mechanism and a guide mechanism are arranged between the unreeling unit and the reeling unit, the unreeling unit is used for releasing a film, the guide mechanism is used for adjusting the trend of the film and enabling the film to pass through the first polarization mechanism and/or the second polarization mechanism, the guide mechanism comprises a plurality of guide wheels, the guide wheels are used for supporting the film in a matching way and configuring the motion path of the film according to the type and sequence of the polarization mode, and the sequence of the polarization processing of the film is changed by adjusting the matching sequence of the film and the plurality of guide wheels so that the film moves and feeds according to the configured motion path;
the first polarization mechanism and the second polarization mechanism are respectively used for carrying out first polarization treatment and second polarization treatment on a passing film, the first polarization mechanism comprises a corona treatment machine and a first roller wheel, a first polarization area for the film to pass through is formed between the action end of the corona treatment machine and the roller wheel, and the first polarization area is used for carrying out first polarization treatment on the passing film; the second polarization mechanism comprises a plasma processor and a second roller wheel, a second polarization area for the film to pass through is formed between the action end of the plasma processor and the roller wheel, and the second polarization area is used for carrying out second polarization processing on the passing film; the winding unit is used for winding the polarized film.

The PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarization device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guiding mechanism comprises a deviation rectifying unit located between the guiding wheel and the unwinding unit for engaging the film and controlling the direction of the film when being released from the unwinding unit.

The PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarization device as in claim 1, wherein a protection film unit is arranged between the guide mechanism and the rolling unit, and the protection film unit is used for leading in the polarized film, sealing the protection film on the polarized film and outputting the polarized film to the rolling unit.
4. The PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarizer device as in claim 3, wherein there are two protective film units, and the protective film units are respectively sealed and pressed from both sides of the film.
5. The PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarization device as defined in claim 1, wherein the first polarization mechanism and the second polarization mechanism are respectively sleeved with a box body, and the box body is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet for respectively filling the protection gas into the box body and exhausting the protection gas in the box body.
6. A PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarization method based on the PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarization device of any one of claims 1-5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the unwinding unit releases a film to be polarized;
adjusting the moving path of the film through a guide device to enable the film to pass through a polarization area;
the polarization mechanism carries out polarization treatment on the film to be polarized;
sealing and pasting a protective film on the polarized film by using a protective film unit, and pressing and pasting;
and the film with the protective film sealed is sent to a winding unit to be wound.
7. The PVDF film roll-to-roll composite polarization method as defined in claim 6, wherein there are a plurality of polarization regions for performing different polarization treatments on the passing film;
the guide means adjusts the moving path of the thin film, thereby adjusting the polarization type and/or polarization order of the thin film.
