Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a kit, which solves the technical problems that in the prior art, a tester needs to manually add reagents into test tubes of the kit one by one, the operation process is slow, and test paper is inconvenient to place during testing.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: providing a kit comprising:
the upper part of the box body is provided with an opening;
one side of the box cover is hinged with the box body and is used for covering the opening at the upper part of the box body, and a through hole is formed in the middle of the box cover;
the test tube rack is arranged in the box body and used for containing test tubes;
the rotating seat is arranged in the through hole and is in rotating fit with the through hole, a liquid inlet is formed in the upper end of the rotating seat, a liquid outlet is formed in the lower end of the rotating seat, and a channel communicated with the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet is formed in the rotating seat;
one end of the first liquid through pipe is communicated with the liquid outlet, and the other end of the first liquid through pipe is used for dripping liquid into the test tube;
the second liquid communicating pipe is arranged at the top of the rotating seat, and one end of the second liquid communicating pipe is communicated with the liquid inlet;
the liquid inlet valve is arranged at the top of the box cover and is communicated with a liquid source through a third liquid through pipe, and the liquid inlet valve is detachably connected with the other end of the second liquid through pipe; and
the detection platform is arranged in the box body, and detection test paper and colorimetric marks are arranged on the detection platform.
In one embodiment, the channels are helically distributed.
In one embodiment, the side wall of the box body is provided with a vent hole, an elastic closed layer covers the vent hole, the elastic closed layer is provided with a plurality of opening and closing seams, the opening and closing seams are radially dispersed outwards from the center of the elastic closed layer, and the outer ends of the opening and closing seams extend to the edge of the elastic closed layer.
In one embodiment, the test tube rack comprises:
the two ends of the first frame body are respectively in running fit with the side walls of the box body through rotating shafts; and
the second frame body is cylindrical and provided with a plurality of tubes, the upper end of the second frame body is connected with the first frame body, and the second frame body is used for accommodating and fixing the test tubes;
the side wall of the box body is provided with a regulating knob, the regulating knob is fixedly connected with one of the rotating shafts, and the regulating knob is used for enabling the test tube to incline to a specified position;
the first liquid passing pipe is a manifold and is used for corresponding to test tubes which are inclined to the designated positions respectively, a pipe support is arranged on the side wall of the box body and is used for being sleeved on the manifold and fixing the position of the manifold, and a liquid distribution assembly is arranged on the manifold.

In one embodiment, the inspection station comprises:
the detection box is arranged in the box body and fixedly connected with the box body, and is used for accommodating the burette and the detection test paper; and
the detection box comprises a detection plate and a second frame body, wherein the detection plate is covered on the detection box, a test paper slot which is opened towards the side face of the detection plate is arranged on the detection plate, a titration groove which is communicated with the test paper slot is arranged at the top of the detection plate, the colorimetric mark is arranged on one side of the titration groove, the test paper slot corresponds to the second frame body one to one, and the colorimetric mark corresponds to the second frame body one to one.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the detection box is provided with a clamping hole, and the bottom of the box body is provided with a buckle matched with the clamping hole in a clamping manner.
In one embodiment, the first liquid passing tube includes:
a main pipe body in communication with the drain port; and
a plurality of branch pipe bodies which are respectively communicated with the main pipe body and are respectively corresponding to the test tubes;
the liquid dispensing assembly comprises:
the two clamping plates are distributed along the front-back direction and are used for clamping the main pipe body in the front-back direction;
the front ends and the rear ends of the two clamping rods are respectively connected with the two clamping plates, and the two clamping rods are used for clamping the main pipe body in the direction perpendicular to the front-back direction;
the distribution rotating shaft is connected with the clamping plate positioned at the rear side; and
and the distribution driving motor is arranged on the box body, and an output shaft is fixedly connected with the distribution rotating shaft.
In one embodiment, a sealing ring is arranged on the periphery of an opening in the upper part of the box body, the top surface of the sealing ring is an arc-shaped surface, and the top surface of the sealing ring is used for being abutted and sealed with the inner wall of the top of the box cover; a lifting handle is arranged on the box cover; a clamping locking piece is arranged between the box cover and the box body.
The kit provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the kit is characterized in that the rotating seat is arranged on the box cover, the liquid inlet on the box cover is communicated with the liquid source through the second liquid through pipe, the liquid inlet valve and the third liquid through pipe, the liquid source is positioned at a high position and can naturally flow into the third liquid through pipe by means of gravity, the liquid inlet valve controls whether the third liquid through pipe is communicated with the second liquid through pipe, after the communication, the liquid enters the first liquid through pipe through a channel and finally can flow into a test tube placed on the test tube rack, the channel can simultaneously correspond to a plurality of test tubes through the first liquid through pipe, for example, the first liquid through pipe is provided with a plurality of liquid through pipes, or the first liquid through pipe is a manifold, operators do not need to manually add reagents one by one through burettes, the labor intensity of the operators is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved; simultaneously, be equipped with in the kit and examine test table, examine and set up test paper and colorimetric mark on the test table, need not to place the test paper on other planes alone, directly contrast with the colorimetric mark after dripping reagent, improve and detect the convenience.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to FIG. 1, the kit of the present invention will now be described. The kit comprises:
the upper part of the box body 1 is provided with an opening;
one side of the box cover 2 is hinged with the box body 1 and is used for covering the opening at the upper part of the box body 1, and a through hole is formed in the middle of the box cover 2;
the test tube rack 3 is arranged in the box body 1 and is used for containing test tubes 4;
the rotating seat 5 is arranged in the through hole and is in rotating fit with the through hole, a liquid inlet is formed in the upper end of the rotating seat 5, a liquid outlet is formed in the lower end of the rotating seat, and a channel 6 for communicating the liquid inlet with the liquid outlet is formed in the rotating seat;
one end of the first liquid through pipe 7 is communicated with the liquid outlet, and the other end of the first liquid through pipe is used for dripping liquid into the test tube 4;
the second liquid through pipe 8 is arranged at the top of the rotating seat 5, and one end of the second liquid through pipe is communicated with the liquid inlet;
the liquid inlet valve 9 is arranged at the top of the box cover 2 and is communicated with a liquid source 11 through a third liquid passing pipe 10, and the liquid inlet valve 9 is detachably connected with the other end of the second liquid passing pipe 8; and
the detection table 12 is arranged in the box body 1, and the detection table 12 is provided with detection test paper 13 and a colorimetric mark 14.
Compared with the prior art, the kit provided by the invention has the advantages that the rotating seat is arranged on the box cover, the liquid inlet on the box cover is communicated with the liquid source 11 through the second liquid through pipe 8, the liquid inlet valve 9 and the third liquid through pipe 10, the liquid source 11 is positioned at a high position and can naturally flow into the third liquid through pipe 10 by means of gravity, the liquid inlet valve 9 controls whether the third liquid through pipe 10 is communicated with the second liquid through pipe 8, after the communication, the liquid enters the first liquid through pipe 7 through the channel 6 and finally flows into the test tubes 4 arranged on the test tube rack 3, the channel 6 can simultaneously correspond to a plurality of test tubes through the first liquid through pipe 7, for example, the first liquid through pipe 7 is provided with a plurality of liquid through pipes, or the first liquid through pipe 7 is a manifold, operators do not need to manually add reagents one by one through burette, the labor intensity of the operators is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved; meanwhile, a detection table 12 is arranged in the kit, the detection test paper 13 and the colorimetric mark 14 are arranged on the detection table 12, the test paper does not need to be placed on other planes independently, and the test paper is directly compared with the colorimetric mark 14 after being dripped with a reagent, so that the detection convenience is improved.
Wherein, the liquid inlet valve 9 can be a valve which is manually controlled to open and close; or the liquid inlet valve 9 is electrically connected with the control unit and is controlled to be opened and closed through a preset command in the control unit.
Referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment of the kit of the present invention, the channel 6 is spirally disposed. The spiral channel 6 can play a buffering role in inflowing liquid, and liquid is prevented from being deposited at the liquid discharge port due to air pressure, so that unsmooth liquid circulation is prevented.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, as a specific embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, a vent hole 15 is formed in a side wall of a box body 1, an elastic sealing layer 16 covers the vent hole 15, a plurality of opening and closing seams 17 are formed on the elastic sealing layer 16, the opening and closing seams 17 radiate from the center of the elastic sealing layer 16 to the outside, and the outer end of the opening and closing seam 17 extends to the edge of the elastic sealing layer 16. the second frame body 303 is cylindrical and provided with a plurality of second frame bodies 303, the upper end of each second frame body 303 is connected with the corresponding first frame body 301, and the second frame bodies 303 are used for accommodating and fixing the test tubes 4;
a regulating knob 18 is arranged on the side wall of the box body 1, the regulating knob 18 is fixedly connected with one of the rotating shafts 303, and the regulating knob 18 is used for enabling the test tube 4 to incline to a specified position;
first liquid pipe 7 is the manifold for correspond with a plurality of test tubes 4 that incline to the assigned position respectively, be equipped with pipe holder 19 on the lateral wall of box body 1, pipe holder 19 is used for the cover to be located on the manifold and fixed the position of manifold, be equipped with liquid distribution subassembly on the manifold.
Second support body 303 can the fixed test tube 4 of centre gripping, and for the first assembly that leads to liquid pipe 7, the lateral wall that box body 1 is close to in the position of first leading to liquid pipe 7, needs to incline test tube 4, makes its opening be close to box body 1 lateral wall, corresponds with first leading to liquid pipe 7, guarantees that liquid can accurate entering test tube 4. Meanwhile, in order to accurately control the liquid injection amount, a liquid distribution assembly is provided on the first liquid passing tube 7, the liquid distribution assembly is connected with the control unit, and the liquid injection amount of each test tube is controlled by a preset instruction.
Referring to fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, an elastic protrusion 304 is disposed on an inner wall of the second frame 303, the inner wall of the elastic protrusion 304 is arc-shaped, and the inner wall of the elastic protrusion 304 is used for abutting against the test tube 4. Specifically, the elastic protrusion 304 is an annular protrusion. Elastic bulge 304 relies on the elastic force contact with test tube 4, and fixed test tube 4's effect is more reliable, and is also smaller to the damage of test tube, simultaneously, because elastic bulge 304's inner wall is the arc, can also play the guide effect to the test tube when inserting test tube 4, improves male accuracy.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 9, as a specific embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, a receiving hole 20 for receiving the adjusting knob 18 is formed in a side wall of the box body 1, positioning holes 21 are formed in an outer edge of the adjusting knob 18 and radially distributed along the adjusting knob 18, a positioning spring 22 is disposed in the positioning hole 21, an outer end of the positioning spring 22 is connected to a positioning ball 23, a plurality of arc positioning grooves 24 for engaging with the positioning ball 23 are formed in a side wall of the receiving hole 20, and a positioning mark 25 is formed on the adjusting knob 18. When being located initial position, location ball 23 blocks in one of them cambered surface constant head tank 24 under the effect of positioning spring 22 elastic force, and when rotatory regulation and control knob 18, location ball 23 is pressed and is slided out this cambered surface constant head tank 24 gradually, and then with the inner wall butt of accommodation hole 20, when sliding the assigned position, location ball 23 enters into new cambered surface constant head tank 24 again, accomplishes the location. The positioning structure is simple and compact, occupies small space, and improves the reliability of position adjustment.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 6, as an embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, the testing platform 12 includes:
the detection box 1201 is arranged in the box body 1 and fixedly connected with the box body 1, and the detection box 1201 is used for containing the burette 26 and the detection test paper 13; and
the detection plate 1202 is covered on the detection box 1201, a test paper slot 1203 which is open to the side face of the detection plate 1202 is formed in the detection plate 1202, a titration slot 1204 which is communicated with the test paper slot 1203 is formed in the top of the detection plate 1202, the colorimetric mark 14 is arranged on one side of the titration slot 1204, the test paper slot 1203 corresponds to the second frame body 303 one by one, and the colorimetric mark 14 corresponds to the second frame body 303 one by one.

Referring to fig. 6, as a specific embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, in order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly, a clamping hole 1205 is disposed at the bottom of the detection box 1201, and a buckle 1206 engaged with the clamping hole 1205 is disposed at the bottom of the box body 1.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, as an embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, the first liquid tube 7 includes:
a main pipe 701, wherein the main pipe 701 is communicated with the liquid discharge port; and
a plurality of branch pipe bodies 702 respectively communicated with the main pipe body 701, the plurality of branch pipe bodies 702 being adapted to respectively correspond to the test tubes 4;
the liquid dispensing assembly comprises:
two clamping plates 27 are arranged, the two clamping plates 27 are distributed along the front-back direction, and the two clamping plates 27 are used for clamping the main pipe body 701 in the front-back direction;
two clamping rods 28, the front ends and the rear ends of the two clamping rods 28 are respectively connected with the two clamping plates 27, and the two clamping rods 28 are used for clamping the main pipe body 701 in the direction perpendicular to the front-back direction;
a distribution rotating shaft 29 connected to the chucking plate 27 at the rear side; and
and the distribution driving motor is arranged on the box body 1, and an output shaft is fixedly connected with the distribution rotating shaft 29.
The clamp plate 27 and the clamp rod 28 fix the position of the main pipe body 701, the clamp plate 27 is a circular plate, the liquid outlet end of the main pipe body 701 is flush with the outer edge of the clamp plate 27, the liquid inlet end of the branch pipe body 702 is flush with the outer edge of the clamp plate 27, the two tank bodies can be guaranteed to be relatively sealed after being butted, liquid leakage is prevented, and the distribution driving motor is electrically connected with the control unit.
When the liquid inlet control device works, the control unit controls the distribution driving motor to be started to drive the liquid outlet end of the main pipe body 701 to rotate to a position in butt joint with the first branch pipe body 702, the control unit controls the liquid inlet valve 9 to be started, the opening time of the liquid inlet valve 9 is in direct proportion to the liquid inlet quantity, therefore, the liquid inlet quantity can be well controlled by controlling the opening time of the liquid inlet valve 9, and when the specified liquid inlet time is reached, the control unit controls the liquid inlet valve 9 to be closed; subsequently, the control unit controls the dispensing driving motor to keep a closed state for a specified time, ensuring that all the liquid flows into the corresponding branch pipe body 702; then, the control unit controls the distribution driving motor to start, drives the liquid outlet end of the main pipe body 701 to rotate to the position where the liquid outlet end is butted with the second branch pipe body 702, and repeats the above operations until all the branch pipe bodies 702 are filled with liquid.
Of course, the above process may be controlled by manual control of the working states of the liquid inlet valve 9 and the distribution driving motor without depending on an automatic control manner of the control unit, as long as the opening and closing time of the liquid inlet valve 9 and the distribution driving motor can be controlled.
The process does not need operators to manually suck the liquid from the liquid source and inject the liquid into the test tubes one by one, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, in order to improve the sealing performance of the kit, a sealing ring 30 is disposed on the periphery of an opening at the upper portion of a box body 1, the top surface of the sealing ring 30 is an arc surface, and the top surface of the sealing ring 30 is used for abutting against and sealing the inner wall of the top of the box cover 2; the box cover 2 is provided with a lifting handle; a clamping locking piece is arranged between the box cover 2 and the box body 1.
Referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment of the kit provided by the present invention, a plurality of liquid inlet valves 9 are provided for communicating with different liquid sources 11 through a plurality of third liquid passing tubes 10. When different types of liquid need to be switched, the second liquid communication pipe 8 is separated from one of the liquid inlet valves 9, the rotating seat 5 is rotated, and the second liquid communication pipe 8 corresponds to and is connected with the other liquid inlet valve 9.
