Abstract
The invention discloses a fan bracket and a water pan mounting structure for a refrigerator compressor chamber, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The invention comprises a compressor cavity, wherein a compressor and a water pan are arranged in the compressor cavity, and a fan motor assembly and an external condenser are arranged on the water pan; the fan motor assembly comprises a fan motor bracket, a fan motor and fan blades; the fan motor support comprises a support body for fixing a fan motor, a support mounting platform is arranged on one side of the support body, a mounting plate is also arranged on one side of the support body, and a support upper boss is arranged on the bottom side surface of the mounting plate; the water receiving tray is provided with two mounting convex parts which are used for being matched and mounted with the fan motor bracket; both sides of any one of the mounting convex parts are provided with a fan clamping piece. The invention prevents short circuit of wind circulation by the wind-shielding strip on the water-receiving tray, and improves the heat exchange efficiency; the after-sale maintenance difficulty is reduced through the mounting mode of the clamping groove structure and the mode of avoiding screwing.

The compressor chamber 4 comprises a refrigerator body 6 and two symmetrically arranged left and right side plates 7 of the refrigerator, and the compressor chamber 4 is connected with a compressor chamber rear cover 8 in a matching way; the refrigerator body 6, the left and right refrigerator side plates 7 and the compressor chamber rear cover 8 form a semi-sealed compressor chamber 4, and when the fan motor assembly 1 is started to operate, an air path circulating system is formed in the compressor chamber 4.
The wind-shielding strip 22 on the water pan can effectively prevent the air quantity of the air-out surface of the fan from flowing back to the air-suction surface of the fan when the fan motor component 1 works.
Preferably, the two mounting projections 23 are symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the water collector 2.
Preferably, one of the mounting protrusions 23 is provided with a water pan upper groove 21 matched with the bracket upper boss 111, and one edge side of the other mounting protrusion 23 away from the water pan upper groove 21 is provided with a water pan upper limit protrusion 25 matched with the fan motor bracket 11.
Preferably, the bracket mounting platform 112 and the mounting plate 114 are both a plate-like structure and are disposed at the same edge side of the bracket body 110.

Preferably, the bracket upper projection 111 has a rectangular projection structure, and an inclined guide mounting surface 115 is disposed on a side of the bracket upper projection 111 close to the bracket mounting platform 112.

When the water pan is used, as shown in the installation of fig. 4-7, the fan motor support 11 is pushed in along the horizontal installation surface of the two installation bulges 23 along the horizontal direction, the installation plate 114 is bent upwards under the action of the guide installation surface 115 in the pushing process and the action force of the two installation bulges 23 on the installation plate 114, after the installation plate is pushed in, one edge side of the fan motor support 11 abuts against the limiting bulge 25 on the water pan, and meanwhile, the support upper boss 111 of the installation plate 114 is matched and falls into the water pan upper groove 21, so that the fan motor support 11 is prevented from falling off from the water pan 2 under normal conditions; when the fan motor bracket is required to be detached, an external tool such as a screwdriver is used for applying acting force to the mounting plate 114 to tilt the mounting plate 114 upwards, at the moment, the bracket upper boss 111 is separated from the water pan upper groove 21, and the fan motor bracket 11 can be pushed out along the horizontal mounting surface of the mounting protrusion 23 along the horizontal direction.
The invention improves the heat exchange efficiency in the compressor chamber, reduces the after-sale maintenance difficulty of parts in the compressor chamber and reduces the noise of refrigerator products. The production efficiency of a production line is improved without fixing screws, and the after-sale maintenance difficulty is reduced; the noise value of the refrigerator product is reduced, and the product competitiveness is improved.

5. The fan support and water pan mounting structure for the refrigerator compressor chamber as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bottom side of the support mounting platform (112) is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs (113).

The fan support and water pan mounting structure for the refrigerator compressor chamber as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the support upper projection (111) is a rectangular projection structure, and an inclined guide mounting surface (115) is provided on a side of the support upper projection (111) close to the support mounting platform (112).
7. A fan bracket and drip tray mounting arrangement for a refrigerator compressor chamber according to any one of claims 1 to 4 in which the fan catch (24) is an L-shaped catch plate structure.
