Background

Based on the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a lever-swing-translation-based sealed window, which comprises a window frame, window sashes and a roller structure, wherein a roller set and a lever shifting piece which can slide in a direction perpendicular to a push-pull direction are arranged in the roller structure, the roller set tends to move through shifting of the lever shifting piece, and the roller set is fixed on a rail, so that the moving trend of the roller set is reflected on the window sashes, and the distance between the two window sashes is adjusted, thereby ensuring that the two window sashes have enough gap distance when being opened and closed for push-pull, not influencing the tightness degree between the two window sashes when being static, and having the advantages of smooth push-pull sliding and good sealing property.
The invention achieves the above purpose through the following detailed technical scheme:
a sealed window based on lever swinging translation comprises a window frame, a window sash and roller structures, wherein the roller structures are respectively arranged in a roller mounting groove of an upper frame of the window sash and a roller mounting groove of a lower frame of the window sash, the window sash is pushed and pulled to move in the window frame through the roller structures, the roller structure comprises a roller group, a fixed seat, a lever plectrum and a transmission column, the roller group is slidably arranged on a track of the window frame, the fixed seat is fixedly installed in the window sash frame, the lever shifting piece is connected to the fixed seat in a rotating mode to form a lever structure, one end of the lever shifting piece is connected to the roller train in a transmission mode, the other end of the lever shifting piece is connected with the transmission column in a transmission mode, the lever shifting piece is connected with an external power source in a transmission mode through the transmission column, and the power source provides power to drive the lever shifting piece to rotate and indirectly drive the window sash to move horizontally in the direction perpendicular to the push-pull direction.
In the roller structure, two inclined sliding grooves are formed in the lever shifting piece, and the position between the two inclined sliding grooves is rotatably connected to one surface, close to the window sash frame, of the fixed seat through a rotating shaft; the window sash sliding device is characterized in that the roller group is relatively slidably arranged in the fixed seat along the direction vertical to the push-pull direction of the window sash, the roller of the roller group extends out of the edge of the fixed seat and is slidably connected with a track on the window frame, one surface of the roller group close to the fixed seat is provided with a poking rod penetrating through the fixed seat, the poking rod is slidably connected into an inclined chute of one of the lever poking pieces, the fixed seat is provided with a poking bar hole for the poking rod to penetrate through, and the extending direction of the poking bar hole is vertical; the fixed seat is provided with a sliding limiting groove extending along the push-pull direction of opening and closing the window sash, and the transmission column is connected to the other inclined sliding groove on the lever plectrum in a sliding manner, penetrates through the inclined sliding groove and is inserted into the sliding limiting groove.
The lever shifting piece comprises an S-shaped shifting piece and a rotating shaft, two inclined sliding grooves are arranged on the S-shaped shifting piece and respectively comprise a transmission sliding groove connected with the transmission column and a shifting sliding groove connected with the shifting rod, an acute angle included angle between the shifting sliding groove and a long side central axis of the S-shaped shifting piece is larger than an acute angle included angle between the transmission sliding groove and a long side central axis of the S-shaped shifting piece, the long side central axis of the S-shaped shifting piece is a longer central axis on the S-shaped shifting piece, and the length of the shifting sliding groove is shorter than that of the transmission sliding groove; the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the S-shaped poking piece between the poking sliding groove and the transmission sliding groove, and the position of the rotating shaft is deviated to the poking sliding groove.

The roller group comprises an upper roller group, and the upper roller group comprises a roller rotating shaft, an upper roller and a roller seat; the roller seat is of a double-layer structure, and the length of the upper layer structure is shorter than that of the lower layer structure, so that two ends of the roller seat form a step structure; the roller rotating shafts are vertically arranged on the upper layer structure of the roller seat, the top of each roller rotating shaft is provided with an upper roller which horizontally rotates, and the combined structure of the upper rollers and the roller rotating shafts is provided with two groups which are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper layer structure of the same roller seat; the fixing seats corresponding to the upper roller groups are upper roller fixing seats, two ends of each upper roller fixing seat are respectively provided with a clamping column perpendicular to the push-pull direction of the window sash, when the upper roller groups are installed on the upper roller fixing seats, the lowest position of each clamping column is higher than the upper surface of the lower layer structure of the roller seat and lower than the upper surface of the upper layer structure of the roller seat, the distance between the two clamping columns is shorter than the length of the lower layer structure of the roller seat and longer than the length of the upper layer structure of the roller seat, and the roller seats are clamped in a gap between the clamping columns and the bottom surfaces of the upper roller fixing seats in a sliding mode through the lower layer structures; the upper surface of the bottom surface of the upper roller fixing seat is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped convex columns perpendicular to the push-pull direction of the window sash.
The sealed window based on lever swinging translation further comprises a transmission connecting rod set, the transmission connecting rod set comprises a horizontal connecting rod and a vertical connecting rod, the power source is an anti-theft lock, the horizontal connecting rod is horizontally and slidably installed in a connecting rod sliding groove of an upper frame and a connecting rod sliding groove of a lower frame of a sash frame, one end of the horizontal connecting rod is fixedly connected with a transmission column of a corresponding roller structure in the sash frame, the other end of the horizontal connecting rod is connected to the vertical connecting rod through a flexible connecting rod, the vertical connecting rod is vertically and slidably installed in a connecting rod sliding groove of a side frame of the sash frame, close to one side of the anti-theft lock, one end of the vertical connecting rod is connected to the flexible connecting rod, and the other end of the vertical; the anti-theft lock is a top-bottom lock with two lock rods moving in opposite directions when the anti-theft lock is opened and closed.
The window frame is provided with a glass slot, a roller mounting groove and a connecting rod sliding groove, the glass slot, the roller mounting groove and the connecting rod sliding groove are arranged in a straight line, the opening directions of the glass slot and the roller mounting groove are opposite, and the connecting rod sliding groove is arranged in the middle of one side, close to the glass slot, of the roller mounting groove.
And waterproof adhesive tape grooves are arranged on two sides of the glass slot of the frame of the window sash.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. through the transmission post of upper and lower gyro wheel structure, the lever plectrum, the cooperation of roller train and fixing base, make the transmission post be connected to the pickproof lock through the transmission linkage, the user pulls the locking lever through the rotation of handle when unblanking and closing the lock and removes, thereby stir the lever plectrum and order about the relative roller train of fixing base and slide, because the gyro wheel has been fixed on the track, so the relative slip essence of roller train and fixing base is the back-and-forth movement of door leaf or casement, thereby adjust the distance between the two windows, the realization has both guaranteed that two windows are opening and close sufficient clearance distance when the push-and-pull, also can not influence the inseparable degree between the two windows when static, have the smooth and easy and good advantage of leakproofness of push-and-pull slip.
2. The transmission column and the poking rod are respectively arranged at two ends of the lever poking piece, the rotating shaft of the lever poking piece is arranged at the position in the middle of the lever poking piece, which is deviated from the poking sliding groove, the force required by the transmission column is reduced by utilizing the principle of the lever, the poking translation of the window sash is easier to smooth, and the window sash poking device has better use experience.
3. The fixing seat and the roller group are in surface contact, so that the pressure intensity can be reduced under the condition of the same weight, and the degree of mutual sliding abrasion between the fixing seat and the roller group is reduced.

The invention is further described with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
The sealed window based on the lever swinging translation as shown in the attached figures 1-9 comprises a window frame, a window sash and a roller structure, wherein the roller structure is respectively arranged in a roller mounting groove 1 of an upper frame of the window sash and a roller mounting groove 1 of a lower frame of the window sash, the window sash is pushed and pulled in the window frame through the roller structure, the roller structure comprises a roller group, a fixed seat 3, a lever plectrum 4 and a transmission column 5, the roller group is slidably arranged on a track of the window frame, the fixed seat 3 is fixedly installed in a window sash frame, the lever shifting piece 4 is connected to the fixed seat 3 in a rotating mode to form a lever structure, one end of the lever shifting piece 4 is connected to the roller train in a transmission mode, the other end of the lever shifting piece 4 is connected with the transmission column 5 in a transmission mode, the lever shifting piece 4 is connected with an external power source in a transmission mode through the transmission column 5, power is provided by the power source to drive the lever shifting piece 4 to rotate, and therefore the window sash is indirectly driven to move horizontally in the direction perpendicular to the push-pull direction.
As a preferred embodiment, in the roller structure, two inclined sliding grooves 41 are arranged on the lever shifting piece 4, and the position between the two inclined sliding grooves 41 is rotatably connected to one surface of the fixed seat 3 close to the window sash frame through a rotating shaft; the roller group is relatively slidably installed in the fixed seat 3 along a direction perpendicular to the push-pull direction of the window sash, the roller of the roller group extends out of the edge of the fixed seat 3 and is slidably connected with a track on the window frame, one surface of the roller group close to the fixed seat 3 is provided with a poking rod 21 penetrating through the fixed seat 3, the poking rod 21 is slidably connected into an inclined chute 41 of one of the lever poking sheets 4, the fixed seat 3 is provided with a poking bar hole 31 through which the poking rod 21 can penetrate, and the extending direction of the poking bar hole 31 is perpendicular to the push-pull direction of the window sash; the fixed seat 3 is provided with a sliding limiting groove 32 extending along the push-pull direction of opening and closing the window sash, and the transmission column 5 is connected to the other inclined sliding groove 41 on the lever shifting piece 4 in a sliding manner and penetrates through the inclined sliding groove 41 to be inserted into the sliding limiting groove 32.
As a preferred embodiment, the lever shifting piece 4 comprises an S-shaped shifting piece 42 and a rotating shaft, the S-shaped shifting piece 42 is provided with two inclined sliding grooves 41 which are respectively a transmission sliding groove 422 connected with the transmission column 5 and a shifting sliding groove 421 connected with the shifting rod 21, an acute angle included angle between the shifting sliding groove 421 and a long side central axis of the S-shaped shifting piece 42 is larger than an acute angle included angle between the transmission sliding groove 422 and the long side central axis of the S-shaped shifting piece 42, and the length of the shifting sliding groove 421 is shorter than that of the transmission sliding groove 422; the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the S-shaped shifting piece 42 between the shifting chute 421 and the transmission chute 422, and the position of the rotating shaft is deviated to the shifting chute 421.
As a preferred embodiment, each fixed seat 3 is provided with two lever shifting pieces 4; arc-shaped edges are arranged at two ends of the inclined sliding groove 41 on the lever shifting piece 4.
As a preferred embodiment, the roller set comprises a lower roller set 2a, the lower roller set 2a comprises a housing 22a, a lower roller 23a and a roller adjusting seat 24a, the housing 22a is a hollow cuboid, an opening is arranged below the housing, and a fixed adjusting side wall 25a is arranged at one end of the housing; the roller adjusting seat 24a is a hollow cuboid with the length shorter than that of the shell 22a and is sleeved in the shell 22a, one end of the roller adjusting seat 24a close to the fixed adjusting side wall 25a is provided with a movable adjusting side wall 26a, the fixed adjusting side wall 25a and the movable adjusting side wall 26a are provided with corresponding bolt holes, and the relative position of the roller adjusting seat 24a and the shell 22a is adjusted by inserting bolts and rotating; the lower rollers 23a are provided with two groups and are respectively rotatably installed in the roller adjusting seats 24a through rotating shafts, and the lower rollers 23a rotate along a vertical plane.
As a preferred embodiment, the roller group comprises an upper roller group 2b, and the upper roller group 2b comprises a roller rotating shaft 22b, an upper roller 23b and a roller seat 24 b; the roller seat 24b is of a double-layer structure, and the length of the upper layer structure is shorter than that of the lower layer structure, so that two ends of the roller seat 24b form a step structure; the roller rotating shafts 22b are vertically arranged on the upper layer structure of the roller seat 24b, the top of the roller rotating shaft 22b is provided with an upper roller 23b which rotates horizontally, and the combined structure of the upper roller 23b and the roller rotating shaft 22b is provided with two groups which are respectively arranged at two ends of the upper layer structure of the same roller seat 24 b; the fixing seat 3 corresponding to the upper roller group 2b is an upper roller fixing seat 3b, two ends of the upper roller fixing seat 3b are respectively provided with a clamping column 31b perpendicular to the push-pull direction of the window sash, when the upper roller group 2b is installed on the upper roller fixing seat 3b, the lowest position of the clamping column 31b is higher than the upper surface of the lower layer structure of the roller seat 24b and lower than the upper surface of the upper layer structure of the roller seat 24b, the distance between the two clamping columns 31b is shorter than the length of the lower layer structure of the roller seat 24b and longer than the length of the upper layer structure of the roller seat 24b, and the roller seat 24b is clamped into a gap between the clamping column 31b and the bottom surface of the upper roller fixing seat 3b through the sliding of the lower layer structure; the upper surface of the bottom surface of the upper roller fixing seat 3b is provided with a plurality of arc convex columns 32b vertical to the push-pull direction of the window sash.
As a preferred embodiment, the anti-theft lock further comprises a transmission connecting rod set, wherein the transmission connecting rod set comprises a horizontal connecting rod and a vertical connecting rod, the power source is the anti-theft lock, the horizontal connecting rod is horizontally and slidably installed in a connecting rod sliding groove 6 of an upper frame and a connecting rod sliding groove 6 of a lower frame of a window sash frame, one end of the horizontal connecting rod is fixedly connected with a transmission column 5 of a corresponding roller structure in the window sash frame, the other end of the horizontal connecting rod is connected to the vertical connecting rod through a flexible connecting rod, the vertical connecting rod is vertically and slidably installed in the connecting rod sliding groove 6 of a side frame of the window sash frame close to one side of the anti-theft lock, one end of the vertical connecting rod is connected to the; the anti-theft lock is a top-bottom lock with two lock rods moving in opposite directions when the anti-theft lock is opened and closed.
As a preferred embodiment, the frame of the window sash is provided with a glass slot 7, a roller mounting groove 1 and a connecting rod sliding groove 6, the glass slot 7, the roller mounting groove 1 and the connecting rod sliding groove 6 are arranged in a straight line, the opening directions of the glass slot 7 and the roller mounting groove 1 are opposite, and the connecting rod sliding groove 6 is arranged in the middle of one side of the roller mounting groove 1 close to the glass slot 7; and waterproof adhesive tape grooves 71 are arranged on two sides of the glass slot 7 of the frame of the window sash.
