Background
The connection mode of the steel bars mainly comprises three modes of binding and lapping, mechanical connection and welding.
Binding and lapping: the method for fixing overlapped portion of reinforcing bar joint by binding not only needs longer overlapped portion to result in waste of material, but also is not suitable for selecting same position for different overlap position of reinforcing bar, so that the binding mode is mainly characterized by that it uses more steel material, and its force-transferring property is poor
Welding connection: the steel bar welding is connected with several methods of flash butt welding, electric arc welding, electroslag pressure welding, gas pressure welding, embedded part steel bar submerged arc pressure welding and the like. The main disadvantages are that special construction equipment, materials and electric power are needed, the energy consumption is maximum, the requirements on personnel are strict, certain requirements are required for construction environment, and the method can not be adopted at any time and any place: for example, electroslag pressure welding can only be used for connecting vertical steel bars, flash butt welding and gas pressure welding can only be used for welding and connecting limited-length steel bars in a processing field, the quality cannot be completely guaranteed, unqualified products are easy to produce, and more wastes are generated.
Mechanically connecting: the method adopts straight threads, tapered threads, sleeve extrusion and other modes for connection, and is rarely adopted at present because of unstable connection quality of the sleeve overstock and the tapered threads, insufficient stress of the joint and the like, and the most commonly used straight thread joint is taken as an analysis comparison object. The straight thread mainly has the straight threaded connection of thick cutting, needs to cut the reinforcing bar tip circle of contact, then the mound is thick, and the thread is cut again, because structural organization changes, and does not pass through tempering, can produce stress concentration, and the ductility descends, is unfavorable to improving the joint atress. The extrusion rib is rolled and pressed to form straight thread connection, so that the connection is stable, but the pressing tolerance of the steel bar is large, the control difficulty of the processing quality of the screw head is large, the stress condition of the thread rolling wheel is severe, and the service life is short.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a steel bar connecting device which has the characteristics of high steel bar connecting strength, strong adaptability, convenience in operation and the like.

the steel bar hoop component comprises a group of hoop connecting sheets, each hoop connecting sheet is arranged around the inner wall of the steel bar fixed connecting cavity in the circumferential direction, the inner side wall of each hoop connecting sheet is an arc-shaped surface positioned on the same axial lead, and steel bar engaging teeth are arranged on the circular arc surface of each hoop connecting sheet, the outer side wall of each hoop connecting sheet is provided with a conical surface matched with the taper of the inner wall of the steel bar fixed connecting cavity, so that when the outer side wall of each hoop connecting sheet is arranged and tightly attached to the inner wall of the steel bar fixed connecting cavity in an annular manner, the inner side wall of each hoop connecting sheet forms a cylindrical inner ring surface with an elastic gap, the cylindrical inner ring surface is a steel bar holding fixing sleeve, a cylindrical cavity defined by the cylindrical inner ring surface is a steel bar holding fixing cavity, when a threaded connecting piece is screwed so that a pressure spring of the steel bar hoop component applies thrust to the steel bar hoop component to enable the steel bar hoop, thereby make the reinforcing bar hold tightly fixed chamber diameter and dwindle gradually, the reinforcing bar holds tightly fixed cover and will be located the reinforcing bar that the reinforcing bar held tightly fixed intracavity and holds tightly, and reinforcing bar interlock tooth on the inside wall of each clamp connection piece inlays in the reinforcing bar rib to fix the reinforcing bar in reinforcing bar fixed connection intracavity.
