The invention discloses a combined construction structure of a drainage pump station and a regulation and storage pool and an operation method thereof, wherein the combined construction structure comprises a rainwater pump station and a primary rainwater regulation and storage pool; the rainwater pump station comprises a rainwater gate well, a rainwater collecting tank and a high-level water outlet well; a rainwater pump station grid is arranged between the rainwater gate well and the rainwater collecting tank; a regulating storage pool water inlet gate is arranged between the rainwater collecting pool and the primary rainwater regulating storage pool; the primary rain storage tank is positioned below the rain pump station; a plurality of gate type flushing devices and storage tank emptying pumps are arranged in the primary rain storage tank; the storage tank emptying pump is used for emptying the primary rain storage tank; a plurality of gate-type flushing devices are used for, after first rain regulation pond is emptied, washing first rain regulation pond. In dry seasons, treating mixed sewage; and in rainy season, treating rainfall collected by the rainwater collecting tank. However, since the pollution load on the surface of the urban area is high, the rainwater runoff contains a large amount of surface runoff pollutants, and the untreated direct drainage river channel of a large amount of rainwater runoff sewage can cause serious pollution to the receiving water body.
In prior art, for reducing the influence of the initial rainfall runoff pollution to the river channel environment through the lifting and discharging of a pump station, the initial rainfall runoff pollution is reduced through setting up a regulation pool, the river discharge pollution of the pump station is relieved, and the water environment of the effective environment area of the initial rainfall regulation pool is synchronously set when the municipal drainage pump station is implemented.
And with the remarkable improvement effect of municipal drainage pump stations and the primary rain storage tanks on regional water safety and water environment, more and more cases are applied to the synchronous implementation of newly-built municipal drainage pump stations and the primary rain storage tanks, and the shortage of urban land is caused.
Therefore, how to effectively save urban construction land and improve the land utilization rate while ensuring the respective functions becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a combined construction structure of a drainage pump station and a regulation and storage tank and an operation method thereof, and aims to realize the integrated combination and optimization of the drainage pump station and the regulation and storage tank through an up-and-down superposed structural form, reduce the occupied area of a structure, effectively utilize the land space, simultaneously meet the self operation requirements of the pump station and the regulation and storage tank, and optimize the operation conditions of the pump station and the regulation and storage tank.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a combined construction structure of a drainage pump station and a regulation and storage pool, which comprises a rainwater pump station and a primary rainwater regulation and storage pool; the method is characterized in that: the rainwater pump station is arranged on the first underground layer, and the primary rainwater storage tank is arranged on the second underground layer;
the rainwater pump station comprises a rainwater gate well, a rainwater collecting tank and a high-level water outlet well which are connected in sequence;
a rainwater pump station grid is arranged between the rainwater gate well and the rainwater collecting pool and is a water inlet grid of the rainwater collecting pool;
a storage pond water inlet gate is arranged between the rainwater collecting pond and the primary rainwater storage pond and is used for controlling the water inlet of the primary rainwater storage pond;
the initial rain storage tank is positioned below the rainwater pump station, and water is fed from the rainwater collecting tank through the storage tank water inlet gate;
a plurality of gate type flushing devices and storage tank emptying pumps are arranged in the primary rain storage tank;
the adjusting and storing tank emptying pump is used for emptying the primary rain adjusting and storing tank; and the door type washing equipment is used for washing the primary rain storage tank after the primary rain storage tank is emptied.

in dry seasons, the rainwater gate well and the dry-season sewage interception gate are opened, and dry-season mixed sewage enters the sewage pump station;
in rainy season, the rainwater gate well and the dry season sewage interception gate are closed, and in the early stage of rainfall, when the water level of the rainwater collection pool reaches the top elevation of the water inlet pipe of the primary rainwater storage regulation pool, the water inlet gate of the storage regulation pool is opened to feed water into the primary rainwater storage regulation pool; when the water level of the primary rain storage tank reaches the highest water level, the water inlet gate of the storage tank is rapidly closed;
when the water level of the rainwater collecting pool reaches the designed highest water level of the pump station, starting rainwater pumps one by one; lifting the rainwater in the rainwater collecting tank to a receiving water body for discharging;
after the water in the primary rain storage tank is completely fed, emptying the water in the primary rain storage tank to the established sewage pipeline within 24-48 hours by using the storage tank emptying pump; flushing the primary rain storage tank;
after the primary rain storage tank is emptied, a plurality of gate type washing devices are used for washing galleries with rainwater one by one in each water collecting tank for primary rain storage; and discharging the waste water generated after flushing to an established sewage pipeline by using the regulating and storing tank emptying pump.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the rainwater pump station, the sewage pump station and the primary rainwater storage tank with the drainage structures are jointly constructed, so that the construction land of the pump station is effectively saved, and the problem that the urban pump station and the storage tank are difficult to implement synchronously is solved.
According to the invention, through the optimized design of the pump station and the regulation and storage pool, the sewage pump station has the dry-season sewage interception function of the rainwater pump station, and the arrangement of grids can be reduced by feeding water behind the grid well of the rainwater pump station of the regulation and storage pool, so that the utilization efficiency of equipment is improved.
According to the invention, the rainwater pump station, the sewage pump station and the primary rain storage tank are jointly built, so that the excavation amount of a foundation pit can be reduced, the land for the pump station is reduced, and the engineering investment is reduced.
The invention jointly builds the rainwater pump station, the sewage pump station and the primary rain storage tank, optimizes the functions of each unit while saving space, and better exerts the benefits of each process unit.

the rainwater pump station 1 comprises a rainwater gate well 11, a rainwater collecting tank 12 and a high-level water outlet well 13 which are connected in sequence;
a rainwater pump station grid 14 is arranged between the rainwater gate well 11 and the rainwater collecting tank 12, and the rainwater pump station grid 14 is a water inlet grid of the rainwater collecting tank 12;
a storage pond water inlet gate 15 is arranged between the rainwater collecting pond 12 and the primary rainwater storage pond 2 and is used for controlling the water inlet of the primary rainwater storage pond 2;
the primary rain storage tank 2 is positioned below the rainwater pump station 1, and water is fed from the rainwater collecting tank 12 through a storage tank water inlet gate 15;
a plurality of gate type flushing devices 21 and a storage tank emptying pump 22 are arranged in the primary rain storage tank 2;

the sewage pump station 4 comprises a sewage gate shaft 41 and a sewage collecting tank 42; a dry season cut-off gate 43 is arranged between the sewage gate well 41 and the rainwater gate well 11; whether the sewage gate well 42 is communicated with the rainwater gate well 11 is controlled by a dry-season closure gate 43; the dry season cut-off gate 43 is used for cutting off the sewage of the rainwater pump station 1 in dry seasons.
The sewage pump station 4 utilizes the invalid space at one side of the gradually expanding section of the rainwater pump station grid 14 and the rainwater collecting tank 12, so that land resources are saved; and the sewage pump station 4 is not only responsible for regional sewage lifting, but also has the function of a sewage intercepting pump station in dry seasons of the rainwater pump station.

when the water level of the rainwater collecting tank 12 reaches the designed highest water level of the pump station, starting rainwater pumps one by one; lifting the rainwater in the rainwater collecting tank 12 to a receiving water body for discharging;
after the water in the primary rain storage tank 2 is completely fed, emptying the water in the primary rain storage tank 2 to the established sewage pipeline within 24-48 hours by using a storage tank emptying pump 22; and the first rain regulation and storage tank 2 is washed;
after the primary rain storage tank 2 is emptied, a plurality of gate type washing devices 21 are used for washing galleries by rainwater in each water collecting tank for primary rain storage; the waste water generated after flushing is discharged to the established sewage pipeline by using the storage tank emptying pump 22.
