Abstract
The invention relates to the field of civil engineering pile foundation construction, and discloses a construction method of a pre-arranged type fracture concrete pile head, which comprises the following steps of A, fixing a jack group on the upper side of a reinforcement cage (1) on a pre-section (2), arranging jacks (3) in the reinforcement cage (1), installing the reinforcement cage (1), and pouring concrete; B. after the concrete is solidified, pressurizing the jack group to pre-fracture the concrete at the position of the pre-fracture surface (2); C. after the foundation pit is excavated, continuing pressurizing the jack group, jacking the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface (2), and integrally hoisting the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface (2) by using a crane; D. and recovering the jack group for next use after finishing. Background
In the existing construction of the cast-in-situ bored pile, the common method is as follows: chiseling with a small machine or cutting the pile head concrete at the designed elevation position by a cutting machine, chiseling the protective layer concrete of the super-sealed pile head manually, stripping the main reinforcement from the lateral direction, and cleaning the pile head concrete in blocks. The traditional construction method has the following defects: (1) the construction efficiency is low. The man-made construction breaks the poor working environment of the concrete pile head for 1-1.5 days (2). The stripping of the main reinforcement protective layer takes longer time, more construction dust and large noise. (3) The recovery of the waste concrete is difficult. After cutting, the large concrete is difficult to transport out of the foundation pit. (4) The construction quality is greatly influenced. When the main bar protective layer is peeled off, the reinforcing bar is damaged, and bending deformation of the reinforcing bar is caused, so that the tensile strength is reduced, and the joint position becomes a weak point. (5) The construction cost is high. The pile head construction period is long, and the costs of precipitation, water resistance, labor and machinery are high. Preferably, the jack is a solid jack or a hollow jack, the reinforcement cage comprises at least three main reinforcement bars, and the solid jack or the hollow jack is arranged between the adjacent main reinforcement bars.
Preferably, the jack is arranged on the inner side or the outer side of the reinforcement cage, and the jack is a solid jack or a hollow jack.
Preferably, the jack is a hollow jack, the reinforcement cage comprises at least three main reinforcement bars, and the hollow jack is sleeved on the main reinforcement bars.

The interlayer is arranged on the outer side of the reinforcement cage, so that the reinforcement cage and the concrete are separated by the interlayer, and the gripping force cannot be formed; when the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fault is recycled, the concrete is easy to separate from the reinforcement cage. The outer side of the hollow jack or the solid jack is provided with a sleeve which is convenient to recover. The device has compact structure and convenient operation.
The cavity ring or the medium surface is used for protecting the jack group, so that the jack group can be conveniently recovered from concrete; has the advantages of low cost, recovery time saving and the like.

A. sleeving a first wrapping layer 11 on the upper side of the pre-section of the reinforcement cage 1, fixing a jack group on the reinforcement cage 1 on the upper side of the pre-section 2, wherein the jack group comprises at least two jacks 3, the jacks 3 are all arranged in the reinforcement cage 1, sleeving a second wrapping layer 31 on the outer sides of the jacks 3 (the first wrapping layer 11 and the second wrapping layer 31 are made of wrapping isolation media such as pearl wool, polyurethane or paper pulp), installing the reinforcement cage 1, and pouring concrete;
B. after the concrete is solidified, pressurizing the jack group to break the concrete of the layer where the pre-section 2 is located;
C. continuing to pressurize the jack group, jacking the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface 2, and lifting away the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface 2;
D. and (5) recovering the jack group, and dismantling the first sleeve 11 sleeved at the upper end of the reinforcement cage 1.
The jack 3 is a solid jack or a hollow jack, the reinforcement cage 1 comprises at least three main reinforcement bars 12, and the solid jack or the hollow jack is arranged between the adjacent main reinforcement bars 12. B. after the concrete is solidified, pressurizing the jack group to break the concrete of the layer where the pre-section 2 is located;
C. continuing to pressurize the jack group, jacking the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface 2, and lifting away the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface 2;
D. and (5) recovering the jack group, and dismantling the first sleeve 11 sleeved at the upper end of the reinforcement cage 1.
The jack 3 is a solid jack or a hollow jack, and the solid jack or the hollow jack is arranged on the inner side of the reinforcement cage 1. The jack group also comprises an oil pipe 5, and the jacks 3 are connected in series through the oil pipe 5.

C. continuing to pressurize the jack group, jacking the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface 2, and lifting away the concrete on the upper side of the pre-fracture surface 2;
D. and (5) recovering the jack group, and dismantling the first sleeve 11 sleeved at the upper end of the reinforcement cage 1.
The jack 3 is a solid jack or a hollow jack, and the solid jack or the hollow jack is arranged on the outer side of the reinforcement cage 1. The jack group also comprises an oil pipe 5, and the jacks 3 are connected in series through the oil pipe 5.

D. and (5) recovering the jack group, and dismantling the first sleeve 11 sleeved at the upper end of the reinforcement cage 1.
The jack 3 is a hollow jack, the reinforcement cage 1 comprises at least three main reinforcement bars 12, and the hollow jack is sleeved on the main reinforcement bars 12. A first wrapping layer 11 is arranged between the hollow jack and the main reinforcing steel bar 12. The jack group also comprises an oil pipe 5, and the jacks 3 are connected in series through the oil pipe 5.

D. and (5) recovering the jack group, and dismantling the first sleeve 11 sleeved at the upper end of the reinforcement cage 1.
The jack 3 is a solid jack or a hollow jack, the reinforcement cage 1 comprises at least three main reinforcement bars 12, and the solid jack or the hollow jack is arranged between the adjacent main reinforcement bars 12.
