(2) Preparing disperse dye little-water dyeing color paste: slowly adding the solution B into the solution A under the conditions of ultrasonic and high-speed stirring at 16000r/min, wherein the volume ratio of the solution A to the solution B is 1:3, and then continuing ultrasonic stirring for 2 hours to uniformly mix the disperse dye dissolved in the organic solvent with water and then uniformly disperse the mixture in the form of fine particles to obtain the disperse black SE-RN water-deficient dyeing paste.
The dyeing method by using the disperse black SE-RN less-water dyeing color paste comprises the following steps:
taking a certain amount of disperse black SE-RN less-water dyeing paste, diluting the disperse black SE-RN less-water dyeing paste with water to a concentration of 5%, adding the dilute black SE-RN less-water dyeing paste into a dye vat, padding the polyester fabric into a dye solution, pre-drying the polyester fabric by using infrared rays, drying the polyester fabric at 85 ℃ for 5min, steaming the polyester fabric by using steam at 100 ℃ for 30min, finally carrying out hot melting at 200 ℃ for 2min, and cooling the dyed fabric to obtain the dyed fabric.
Example 8
A preparation method and a use method of polyester fabric disperse dye little-water dyeing color paste comprise the following steps:
(1) The disperse dye less-water dyeing color paste comprises the following components: dissolving 40% disperse red SE-GFL with an organic solvent gamma-butyrolactone to obtain a solution A, and dissolving 2% of a dispersant MF and 1.5% of an emulsifier TX-4 with a small amount of water to obtain a solution B;
(2) Preparing disperse dye little-water dyeing color paste: slowly adding the solution B into the solution A under the conditions of ultrasonic and high-speed stirring of 20000r/min, wherein the volume ratio of the solution A to the solution B is 1:3, and then continuing to perform ultrasonic stirring for 0.5h, so that the disperse dye dissolved in the organic solvent is uniformly mixed with water and then uniformly dispersed in the form of micro-particles, thereby obtaining the disperse red SE-GFL less-water dyeing paste.
The dyeing method by using the disperse black SE-RN less-water dyeing color paste comprises the following steps:
diluting a certain amount of disperse red SE-GFL dye paste with less water to 8% concentration by water, adding the dye paste into a dye vat, padding the polyester fabric into a dye solution, pre-drying by infrared rays, drying at 100 ℃ for 5min, steaming at 110 ℃ for 15min, finally carrying out hot melting at 220 ℃ for 2min, and cooling the dyed fabric to obtain the dyed fabric.
Comparative sample 1
The disperse dye low-water dyeing paste in the examples 1 to 8 is changed into commercial disperse dye with the same name, the using amount of the disperse dye is consistent with that of the dye in the low-water dyeing paste, other preparation methods and dyeing methods are the same as the examples 1 to 8, and the procedures of water washing, reduction cleaning, water washing and the like are not carried out after dyeing.
Comparative sample 2
The disperse dye low-water dyeing paste in the embodiment 1-8 is changed into commercial disperse dye with the same name, the using amount of the disperse dye is consistent with that of the dye in the low-water dyeing paste, other preparation methods and dyeing methods are the same as the embodiment 1-8, and the procedures of water washing, reduction cleaning, water washing and the like are carried out after dyeing.
Comparative sample 3
The organic solvent in which the disperse dye was dissolved in examples 1 to 8 was changed to water, and the ultrasonic and stirring operations were changed to grinding for 24 hours, and other preparation methods and dyeing methods were the same as in examples 1 to 8 (water washing, reduction washing, water washing, etc. were not performed after dyeing).
The preparation method based on example 1 is as follows:
dispersing 2% of disperse blue S-BGL with water to obtain a solution A, and dissolving 0.2% of dispersant NNO and 0.2% of emulsifier TX-10 with water to obtain a solution B; slowly adding the solution B into the solution A, wherein the volume ratio of the solution A to the solution B is 1:3, and grinding for 24 hours to obtain the disperse blue S-BGL less-water dyeing color paste.
Comparative sample 4
The organic solvent dissolving the disperse dye in the examples 1 to 8 was changed to water, the ultrasonic and stirring operations were changed to grinding for 24 hours, and 3% binder was added to the dyeing solution, and the other preparation method and dyeing method were the same as in the examples 1 to 8, and after dyeing, the steps of water washing, reduction washing, water washing, and the like were performed.
Effects of the invention
After treatment in examples 1 to 8, the following tests were carried out on the fabrics, the results of which are shown in Table 1.
1) Determination of the light fastness of dyed fabrics
And testing the light fastness of the fabric according to the GB/T-8427-2008 textile light fastness test standard.
2) Measurement of washing fastness
The test is carried out according to GB/T3921-2008 'color fastness to soaping' of textiles.
3) Measurement of rubbing fastness
The test is carried out according to GB/T-2008 ' color fastness to rubbing ' of textile color fastness test '.

As can be seen from Table 1, the technical scheme provided by the invention can endow the polyester fabric with higher dyeing fastness, washing fastness and rubbing fastness above grade 4, and light fastness above grade 5, and the fastness performance is obviously higher than that of a comparison sample 1 (without reduction cleaning after common disperse dye hot-melt dyeing), and is close to that of a comparison sample 2 (reduction cleaning after common disperse dye hot-melt dyeing), and the hand feeling is excellent. Compared with the comparative sample 3, the fastness of the inventive example is obviously improved, and is basically consistent with that of the comparative sample 4, but the hand feeling of the inventive example is obviously better than that of the comparative sample 4.
Therefore, the color fastness and hand feeling of the liquid disperse dye used for the reduction-free cleaning dyeing of the polyester fabric are consistent with those of a comparison sample 2 (a traditional disperse dye hot-melt dyeing process), and are obviously superior to those of the comparison sample 1; compared with the liquid disperse dye color paste (comparison sample 3) prepared by the grinding method which is researched more at present, the liquid disperse dye color paste prepared by the invention has obviously improved fastness, compared with the liquid disperse dye color paste (comparison sample 4) prepared by the grinding method which is researched more at present, the liquid disperse dye color paste has obviously improved hand feeling, and no adhesive is needed; the liquid dispersion prepared by the invention can meet the requirements of the polyester fabric on color fastness and excellent hand feeling.

Claims (1)

1. A dyeing method of polyester fabric disperse dye little water dyeing color paste is characterized by comprising the following steps: diluting a certain amount of disperse dye water-less dyeing paste with water to obtain a dye liquor with the mass fraction of 0.3% -5%, padding a polyester fabric into the dye liquor, prebaking with infrared rays, then drying at 60-100 ℃ for 3-10min, then steaming with steam at 100-130 ℃ for 10-30min, finally hot melting at 170-220 ℃ for 1-2min, and cooling the dyed fabric to obtain the dyed fabric;
the disperse dye less-water dyeing system is not added with other additives except the less-water dyeing color paste and water, and does not need an auxiliary agent adhesive which plays a role in color fixation compared with the traditional less-water dyeing system;
the polyester fabric is dyed by the dyeing paste with less water, and does not need to be washed and reduced and cleaned;
the preparation method of the polyester fabric disperse dye water-less dyeing color paste comprises the following steps:
(1) Dissolving 2-80% of disperse dye by using an organic solvent to obtain a solution A, and dissolving 0.2-2% of dispersant and 0.2-2% of emulsifier by using water to obtain a solution B;
(2) Slowly adding the solution B into the solution A under the ultrasonic high-speed stirring condition, wherein the volume ratio of the solution A to the solution B is 1:3, and then continuing ultrasonic stirring for 0.5 to 2h, so that the disperse dye dissolved in the organic solvent is uniformly mixed with water and then uniformly dispersed in a micro-particle form, thereby obtaining the polyester fabric disperse dye water-deficient dyeing color paste;
the disperse dye is a medium-temperature disperse dye or a high-temperature disperse dye used for conventional polyester fabric hot-melt dyeing, and additives and impurities are fully removed before use;
the organic solvent comprises N, N-dimethylformamide, acetone or gamma-butyrolactone;
the dispersant comprises NNO, MF or DN;
the emulsifier comprises TX-10, TX-21, TX-4, SG-6, S-60 or PEG-600;
the stirring speed in the preparation process of the less-water dyeing paste is 8000-20000r/min.
