Abstract
本发明提供一种生物酶洗衣液,其原料包括以下重量份的组分组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15‑18份,活化剂1–3份,氯化钠1–3份,酒精0.5‑2.5份,烷基糖苷4‑7份,柠檬酸三钠1–3份,乳酸1–3份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.05–0.15份,卡松0.03–0.07份,香精0.2–0.6份,余量为水。经过(1)原料水溶液制备,(2)加料混合;(3)搅拌,获得生物酶洗衣液成品。本发明低粘度易流动液体,对环境无污染。生产工艺简捷,易于制备和批量生产可广泛应用于各种织物及衣物的洗涤,手洗和机洗皆宜。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种生物酶洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣剂的主体原料主要还是大量的化学合成表面材料,它所带来的环保问题:一是水资源富营养化,影响生态平衡;二是生物降解差,污染地下水、江河水,对生态环境产生严 重隐患;三是这些污染源大大超过了水自身净化的能力。洗涤废液排放量大污染江河及生态环境造成水体富营养化,影响生态平衡。为此,人们希望有一种可降解的洗涤剂能替代不易降解的合成洗涤剂。
生物酶本质上是具有三维空间结构的大分子蛋白质。广泛来源于植物、动物以及人体内。生物酶清洗的原理是利用生物催化分解作用,将污渍转化为自然青睐的水溶性小分子,而非传统合成洗涤剂只是将污渍从物品表面转移到洗涤溶液中。所以,生物酶清洗是真正堪称自然的清洗方式,具有安全、洁净、环保的特点。过去,生物酶清洗已经在安全性极高的国家级场合以及医疗领域大展拳脚,成为高端清洗的首选。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种生物酶洗衣液及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种生物酶洗衣液,其原料包括以下重量份的组分组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 15 - 18份,
活化剂 1 – 3 份,
氯化钠 1 – 3 份,
酒精 0.5 - 2.5 份,
烷基糖苷 4 -7 份,
生物酶 0.5-6份,
柠檬酸三钠 1 – 3 份,
乳酸 1 – 3 份,
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 0.05 – 0.15份,
卡松 0.03 – 0.07份,
香精 0.2 – 0.6 份,
余量为水。
优选的,所述的生物酶洗衣液的其原料包括以下重量份的组分组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 18份,活化剂 2份,氯化钠 2份,酒精 1.5份,烷基糖苷5.5份,生物酶 3份,柠檬酸三钠 2份,乳酸 2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 0.1份,卡松 0.05份,香精 0.4份,余量为水。
优选的,所述的生物酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶和淀粉酶中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供一种生物酶洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料水溶液制备:按比例的活化剂配一定量的水混合成活化剂水溶液;按比例的氯化钠配一定量的水混合成氯化钠溶液;按比例的烷基糖苷配一定量的水混合成烷基糖苷水溶液;按比例的柠檬酸三钠配一定量的水混合成柠檬酸三钠水溶液;按比例的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮配一定量的水混合成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液;备用;
(2)加料混合:按比例称取的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,再依次加入上述的活化剂水溶液、上述的氯化钠溶液、按比例的酒精、上述的烷基糖苷水溶液、上述的柠檬酸三钠水溶液、按比例的乳酸、上述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液、按比例的卡松、按比例的香精混合,获得混合溶液;
(3)搅拌成品:上述的混合溶液中再加入生物酶和剩余量的水搅拌20~30分钟,获得生物酶洗衣液成品。
有益效果:本发明低粘度易流动液体,对环境无污染。生产工艺简捷,易于制备和批量生产可广泛应用于各种织物及衣物的洗涤,手洗和机洗皆宜。
具体实施方式
以下参照具体的实施例来说明本发明。本领域技术人员能够理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,其不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
一种生物酶洗衣液,其原料包括以下组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 18份,活化剂 2份,氯化钠 2份,酒精 1.5份,烷基糖苷 5.5份,生物酶 3份,柠檬酸三钠 2份,乳酸 2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 0.1份,卡松 0.05份,香精 0.4份,余量为水;其制备方法,以100kg的生物酶洗衣液成品计,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料水溶液制备:2kg的活化剂配2kg的水混合成活化剂水溶液;2kg的氯化钠配2kg的水混合成氯化钠溶液;5.5kg的烷基糖苷配32.45kg的水混合成烷基糖苷水溶液;2kg的柠檬酸三钠配5kg的水混合成柠檬酸三钠水溶液;0.1kg的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮配5kg的水混合成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液;备用;
(2)加料混合:称取18kg的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,再依次加入上述的活化剂水溶液、上述的氯化钠溶液、1.5kg的酒精、上述的烷基糖苷水溶液、上述的柠檬酸三钠水溶液、2kg的乳酸、上述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液、0.05kg的卡松、0.4kg的香精混合,获得混合溶液;
(3)搅拌成品:上述再混合溶液中加入3kg的生物酶和20kg的水搅拌20~30分钟,获得生物酶洗衣液成品。
性能测试
经试验测试,本发明生物酶洗衣液相比普通洗衣液,以国标污布进行去污测试:在2g/L的洗涤浓度下,对常见的污垢——碳黑油污垢、蛋白污垢、皮脂污垢,去污力分别提高近60%、100%、50%。

1.一种生物酶洗衣液,其特征在于,其原料包括以下重量份的组分组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 15 - 18份,
活化剂 1 – 3 份,
氯化钠 1 – 3 份,
酒精 0.5 - 2.5 份,
烷基糖苷 4 -7 份,
生物酶 0.5 - 6份,
柠檬酸三钠 1 – 3 份,
乳酸 1 – 3 份,
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 0.05 – 0.15份,
卡松 0.03 – 0.07份,
香精 0.2 – 0.6 份,
余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的生物酶洗衣液,其特征在于,其原料包括以下重量份的组分组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 18份,活化剂 2份,氯化钠 2份,酒精 1.5份,烷基糖苷5.5份,生物酶 3份,柠檬酸三钠 2份,乳酸 2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 0.1份,卡松 0.05份,香精 0.4份,余量为水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的生物酶洗衣液,其特征在于,所述的生物酶为蛋白酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶和淀粉酶中的一种或几种。
4.一种生物酶洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料水溶液制备:按比例的活化剂配一定量的水混合成活化剂水溶液;按比例的氯化钠配一定量的水混合成氯化钠溶液;按比例的烷基糖苷配一定量的水混合成烷基糖苷水溶液;按比例的柠檬酸三钠配一定量的水混合成柠檬酸三钠水溶液;按比例的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮配一定量的水混合成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液;备用;
(2)加料混合:按比例称取的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,再依次加入上述的活化剂水溶液、上述的氯化钠溶液、按比例的酒精、上述的烷基糖苷水溶液、上述的柠檬酸三钠水溶液、按比例的乳酸、上述的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮水溶液、按比例的卡松、按比例的香精混合,获得混合溶液;
(3)搅拌成品:上述的混合溶液中再加入生物酶和剩余量的水搅拌20~30分钟,获得生物酶洗衣液成品。
