Abstract
本发明公开了一种所述功能性微生态活性制剂,包括含有一种非离子性表面活性剂组成的表面活性剂系统;含有一种植物性发酵液系统;以及水;所述微生态活性制剂具有pH值约3.5至约3.8。该发明对被洗涤物不仅能产生很好的去污效果,而且还能净化污水,是一种很好的微生态活性净洗剂,具有洗涤和净水的双重效果。还可根据不同的被洗涤对象,也可配制不同的生态洗涤配方,该制剂为环境友好型制剂,安全、环保、实用性强,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于洗涤用品技术领域,具体涉及了一种微生态活性制剂、制备方法及其应用作为洗涤剂、洗手液、洗浴液。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们生活水平提高,消耗的各种洗涤剂也在增多,洗涤剂在给人们的生活带来诸多清洁、方便的同时,其排放物也给环境带来了危害。随着对环境保护的重视,国家越来越关注洗涤剂对环境的影响,并制定了法律法规来限制洗涤剂对生态的影响。现行市场流通的洗涤剂,大部分仍以化工原料为主体,加以各种化工原料合成的表面活性剂配制而成。这些原料制成的洗涤剂极易破坏水体环境,污染江河湖海。加之我们现行的洗涤剂标准中,只有洗涤剂去污指标,而没有对水体污染限定指标的约束,以至洗涤剂及洗涤污水成了水体很大的污染源。本着绿色发展,资源节约,环境友好的要求,人们希望有一种洗涤剂,不仅对被洗涤物有很好的去污效果,而且洗涤剂对水体环境还有很好的净化效果,从而减少水体的污染。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种洗涤净化用微生态活性制剂,替代现有化工原料制成的洗涤剂,解决现有化工原料制成洗涤剂给环境带来二次污染和对人体健康带来的问题。
本发明提供的一种洗涤净化用微生态活性制剂,含有一种非离子性表面活性剂和壳聚糖溶液组成的表面活性剂系统;含有一种植物性发酵液系统;以及水;所述微生态活性制剂具有pH值约3.5至约3.8。
优选的,所述非离子性表面活性剂为烷基多糖苷(APG)。
优选的,所述壳聚糖溶液质量百分比浓度为1%。
优选的,所述植物性发酵液系统通过含一种植物性原料添加糖类、复合微生物以及酿酒生/熟料来发酵制成。
优选的,所述植物性原料为菠萝,所述糖类为麦芽糖、甜菜糖的组合,所述的复合微生物由酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽杆菌组成。
优选的,所述微生态活性制剂按以下步骤进行制备:
1)按下述重量份称取以下组分:麦芽糖6-7份,甜菜糖20-22份,复合微生物1-2份,菠萝5-6.5份,酿酒生料或酿酒熟料0.1-0.2份,1%壳聚糖溶液0.1-0.3份,APG8-9份,水55-70份;
2)将甜菜糖溶于水中,加入复合菌,搅拌均匀,在30-35℃范围内好氧发酵2小时,用硅藻土过滤,取其发酵滤液A。
3)将菠萝打碎,加水、麦芽糖,再放入酿酒生/熟料,搅拌均匀,在20-30℃范围内好氧发酵3小时,再厌氧发酵48小时,用硅藻土过滤,取其发酵滤液B。
4)将发酵滤液A与发酵滤液B混合,加入APG,搅拌均匀后,加入1.2%壳聚糖溶液,再快速搅拌1分钟后静止,让其溶液絮凝沉淀后,取其上层清液,即微生态活性净洗剂,且pH值约3.5至约3.8。
优选的,所述复合微生物含酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽杆菌,且重量份比为1:1:1。
优选的,添加柠檬酸将pH值约3.5至约3.8。
本发明的目的还提供上述微生态活性制剂的应用,该微生态活性制剂配制成洗手液或洗浴液。
本发明提供的一种洗涤净化用微生态活性制剂,微生态活性净洗剂发酵滤液A中由于加入了复合菌,其中芽孢杆菌的代谢产物,含有能净化污水的多糖成分,含有酶解污垢的蛋白酶、脂肪酶等多种酶。发酵滤液B,由于采用了菠萝,含有丰富的菠萝蛋白酶等多种酶,也具有很好的去污作用,滤液A与滤液B合并后,产生了1+1大于2的协调效应,对被洗涤物不仅能产生很好的去污效果,而且还能净化污水,是一种很好的微生态活性净洗剂,具有洗涤和净水的双重效果。还可根据不同的被洗涤对象,也可配制不同的生态洗涤配方,该制剂为环境友好型制剂,安全、环保、实用性强,值得推广。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一
本发明的一种含茶多酚紫衫醇功能性微生态活性制剂,按下述重量份称取以下组分:麦芽糖7份,甜菜糖20份,复合微生物2份,菠萝6份,酿酒生料0.1份,1%壳聚糖溶液0.1份,APG8份,水59.6份;
本实施例的复合菌是由酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,地衣芽杆菌组成,其重量份按2:1:1。
本发明还公开了一种微生态活性净洗剂的配制方法。
依上述比例,其配制工艺如下:
1、先将甜菜糖,溶于水中,加入复合菌,搅拌均匀,在30-35℃范围内好氧发酵2小时,用硅藻土过滤,取其发酵滤液A。
2、将菠萝份打碎,加水份,麦芽糖,再放入酿酒生料,搅拌均匀,在20-30℃范围内好氧发酵3小时,再厌氧发酵48小时,用硅藻土过滤,取其发酵滤液B。
3、将发酵滤液A与发酵滤液B混合,加入APG,搅拌均匀后,加入1.2%壳聚糖溶液,再快速搅拌1分钟后静止,让其溶液絮凝沉淀后,取其上层清液,即微生态活性净洗剂。
实施例二
上述微生态活性净洗剂还可以根据不同洗涤剂对象,配制系列产品,如:洗手液、洗浴液等。
微生态活性洗手液,取微生态活性净洗剂50份,加入柠檬酸钠3份,柠檬酸2份,天然香料0.2份,水补足按常规洗手液配制方法配制,得到微生态活性洗手液;
微生态活性洗浴液,取微生态活性净洗剂40份,加入甜菜碱BS-12份,柠檬酸0.1份,乳酸钠0.5份,天然香料0.1份,水补足按常规洗手液配制方法配制,得到微生态活性洗浴液;
将实施例一、实施例二得到的产品分别多次皮肤刺激性试验,检测方法依据《化妆品安全技术规范》2015版,对实验动物皮肤反应积分均值为0,多次接触动物未引起动物皮肤刺激反应,均属于为无刺激性物质。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
Claims (10)
1.一种洗涤净化用微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,包括含有一种非离子性表面活性剂组成的表面活性剂系统;含有一种植物性发酵液系统;以及水;所述微生态活性制剂具有pH值约3.5至约3.8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂系统还包括壳聚糖溶液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述非离子性表面活性剂为烷基多糖苷。
4.根据权利要求3所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖溶液质量百分比浓度为1%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述植物性发酵液系统通过含一种植物性原料添加糖类、复合微生物以及酿酒生/熟料来发酵制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述植物性原料为菠萝,所述糖类为麦芽糖、甜菜糖的组合,所述的复合微生物由酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽杆菌组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述微生态活性制剂按以下步骤进行制备:
步骤1,按下述重量份称取以下组分:麦芽糖6-7份,甜菜糖20-22份,复合微生物1-2份,菠萝5-6.5份,酿酒生料或酿酒熟料0.1-0.2份,1%壳聚糖溶液0.1-0.3份,APG8-9份,水55-70份;
步骤2,将甜菜糖溶于水中,加入复合菌,搅拌均匀,在30-35℃范围内好氧发酵2小时,用硅藻土过滤,取其发酵滤液A;
步骤3,将菠萝打碎,加水、麦芽糖,再放入酿酒生/熟料,搅拌均匀,在20-30℃范围内好氧发酵3小时,再厌氧发酵48小时,用硅藻土过滤,取其发酵滤液B;
步骤4,将发酵滤液A与发酵滤液B混合,加入APG,搅拌均匀后,加入1.2%壳聚糖溶液,再快速搅拌1分钟后静止,让其溶液絮凝沉淀后,取其上层清液,即微生态活性净洗剂,且pH值约3.5至约3.8。
8.根据权利要求7所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述复合微生物含酵母菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽杆菌,且重量份比为2:1:1。
9.根据权利要求8所述的微生态活性制剂,其特征在于,所述步骤4添加柠檬酸将pH值约3.5至约3.8。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一所述的微生态活性制剂的应用,其特征在于,该微生态活性制剂配制成洗手液或洗浴液。
