Abstract
The invention discloses a method for adsorbing, degumming and squeezing aromatic rapeseed, which comprises the steps of sequentially hydrating crude oil, adding diatomite, stirring, filtering for the first time, cooling and growing crystals, adding cake powder and diatomite, and finally feeding into a finished product tank after the qualified product is subjected to secondary filtering inspection. According to the invention, the auxiliary agent is directly added after adsorption degumming hydration to filter the oil residue, the oil content of the filter residue cleaned by the oil filter is far lower than that of the oil residue, and the refining yield is improved by about 2-2.5%.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of grain and oil production, in particular to a method for adsorbing, degumming and squeezing aromatic rapeseed.
Background
Rapeseed oil is called as "rape oil" for short, is one of main oil materials in China, is mainly taken from seeds of brassicaceous plant brassica (namely rape), and is mainly produced in Yangtze river basin, southwest and northwest areas in China. The rapeseed oil is golden yellow or brownish yellow in color, has a certain pungent smell, and is generally called as 'green smell'. Rapeseed oil has certain efficacies of softening blood vessels and delaying aging, and the cholesterol in the rapeseed oil is little or almost not contained, so people controlling the intake of the cholesterol can eat the rapeseed oil at ease.
However, the existing refining process of the thick sesame oil is hydration degumming, the process needs to discharge oil residue, the oil residue has high oil content, the oil loss is high, and the refining yield is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects, the invention provides the method for adsorbing, degumming and squeezing the aromatic rapeseed, the oil residue does not need to be discharged after the adsorption degumming and hydration, the oil content of the filter residue cleaned by an oil filter is far lower than that of the oil residue, and the refining yield is greatly improved.
The technical scheme is as follows:
the method for adsorbing, degumming and squeezing the aromatic rapeseed comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water with the weight of 2-5% of the weight of the crude oil and the temperature of 5-10 ℃ higher than the water temperature into the crude oil in a spraying mode, and stirring the crude oil;
(2) pumping the hydrated crude oil in the step (1) into a degumming tank through a centrifugal pump, and preserving heat at 50-60 ℃, and simultaneously stirring the pumped crude oil through a stirrer in the degumming tank; when the crude oil is pumped in, diatomite with the weight of 0.6 to 0.8 percent of the weight of the oil is added discontinuously;
(3) pumping the hydrated crude oil in the degumming tank into a blade type filter for primary filtration by a centrifugal pump, wherein the filtration time is 2-4 hours;
(4) cooling the oil subjected to primary filtration in the step (3) by using coil pipe chilled water, and simultaneously stirring quickly, and when the oil temperature is lower than 15 ℃, switching to slow stirring;
(5) adding cake powder and diatomite into the oil obtained in the step (4), wherein the adding amount of the cake powder is 0.5% -1% of the weight of the oil, and the adding amount of the diatomite is 0.2% of the weight of the oil;
(6) pumping the oil treated in the step (5) into a blade type filter through a centrifugal pump for filtering, wherein the oil temperature is kept at 10-12 ℃ during filtering, and the filtering time is 2-4 hours;
(7) finally obtaining qualified finished product entering cans.
In the step (1), water is added for 10-15 minutes, and the stirring time is 30 minutes.
In the step (2), the diatomite is added intermittently, and the level of the stirring leaves in the filter tank is used as the reference of the adding time.
In the step (2), the stirring blades are divided into three layers.
Has the advantages that: according to the invention, the auxiliary agent is directly added after adsorption degumming hydration to filter the oil residue, the oil content of the filter residue cleaned by the oil filter is far lower than that of the oil residue, the refining yield is improved to more than 95% from 93% of the original refining yield, and the refining yield is greatly improved.

FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for adsorbing, degumming and squeezing the aromatic rapeseed comprises the following steps:
(1) adding water into the crude oil for hydration; adding hot water (the water temperature is 5-10 ℃ higher than the oil temperature) with the weight of 2-5% of the oil weight into the crude oil which is being stirred by a stainless steel pipeline in a spraying manner, wherein the water adding time is 10-15 minutes, and the stirring time is 30 minutes;
(2) after the crude oil is hydrolyzed and phospholipid is separated out in the step (1), the hydrated crude oil is pumped into a degumming tank through a centrifugal pump and is subjected to heat preservation, a stirrer in the degumming tank is started at the same time, and diatomite with the weight of 0.6-0.8% of the weight of the oil is added discontinuously (the level of a stirring blade in the degumming tank is taken as the reference of the adding time, and the stirring blade is divided into three layers) in the tank inverting process;
(3) carrying out primary filtration;
pumping the hydrated crude oil in a degumming tank (belonging to a heat preservation tank) into a blade type filter (the blade type filter effectively separates oil in oil products from phospholipid, added auxiliary materials and the like) through a centrifugal pump for filtration, wherein the oil temperature is 50-60 ℃ during filtration, and the filtration time is 2-4 hours;
(4) cooling and growing the crystal after the primary filtration in the step (3);
cooling the oil subjected to primary filtration in the step (3) by using coil chilled water, starting rapid stirring, cooling while stirring, and converting stirring into slow stirring when the oil temperature is lower than 15 ℃ (wax in the oil product is crystallized);
(5) adding cake powder and diatomite
Adding cake powder and diatomite into the oil (the oil temperature is about 10-12 degrees) after the temperature reduction and crystal growth in the step (4), wherein the adding amount of the cake powder is 0.5-1% of the weight of the oil (the weight of the oil after filtration), and the adding amount of the diatomite is 0.2% of the weight of the oil;
(6) secondary filtration;
pumping the oil treated in the step (5) into a blade type filter through a centrifugal pump for filtering, wherein the oil temperature is kept at 10-12 ℃ during filtering, and the filtering time is 2-4 hours;
(7) and (5) sampling, inspecting and then putting into a finished product tank.
According to the invention, the auxiliary agent is directly added after adsorption degumming hydration to filter the oil residue, the oil content of the filter residue cleaned by the oil filter is far lower than that of the oil residue, and the refining yield is improved by about 2-2.5%.
