the electrode foil penetrates through the space between the first coiling wheel 31 and the second coiling wheel 5, when the coiling angle of the electrode foil is determined, the second motor 33 rotates, the second belt wheel 34 on the second motor 33 drives the second belt wheel 34 on the rotating shaft 32 to rotate through the second belt 35, the rotating shaft 32 rotates to drive the first coiling wheel 31 to rotate, meanwhile, the two second coiling wheels 5 rotate under the action of friction force of the electrode foil, the first coiling wheel 31 is matched with the two second coiling wheels 5 to enable the electrode foil to be deformed and bent, and therefore the phenomenon that when the thickness of the electrode foil is too thick, the electrode foil is deformed and binding of the coiled electrode foil is affected is effectively avoided, and the coiling efficiency and the quality of the electrode foil are greatly improved; along with the increase of the diameter of the electrode foil ring on the winding device, the third motor 64 rotates, the third motor 64 drives the second lead screw 62 to rotate, the second lead screw 62 is rotatably connected with the guide frame 62, and the second lead screw 62 drives the guide frame 63 and the guide sleeve 61 to slide in a threaded manner, so that the distance between the two second winding wheels 5 and the first winding wheel 31 can be conveniently adjusted, the deformation radian of the electrode foil can be conveniently adjusted, and the winding quality of the electrode foil can be greatly improved; the electrode foil penetrates through the two cleaning sleeves 41, the two cleaning sleeves 41 which are symmetrically distributed and have trapezoidal sections along the direction of the sliding rod 76 are arranged to facilitate cleaning of the surface of the electrode foil, the end portions of the cleaning sleeves 41 are connected to a pipeline of a dust remover, negative pressure is applied to the inside of the cleaning hole 42, waste scraps and dust are made to enter the inside of the cleaning hole 42 and then discharged from the dust remover, the section of the dust removing hole 42 is trapezoidal, the waste scraps are better accommodated, the included angle between the cleaning sleeve 41 and the accommodating frame 2 is an obtuse angle, the cleaning sleeve 41 is obliquely arranged, the waste scraps and dust are made to be collected towards the direction of the dust remover, when the thickness and the angle of the electrode foil are changed, the cleaning sleeve 41 drives the fixture block 75 and the sliding rod 76 to slide, the section of the sliding part of the sliding rod 76 and the fixture block 75 is in a regular hexagon shape, and the sliding between the fixture block 75 and the sliding rod 76 is more stably abutted, and then be convenient for adapt to the electrode foil of different thickness different feeding angles, when second band pulley 34 on second motor 33 drives lug 71 to rotate simultaneously, lug 71 conflicts and slides between drive rod 72 and the frame of accomodating 2, drive rod 72 drives drive block 73 and conflicts clearance cover 41, make clearance cover 41 drive the slide bar 76 through fixture block 75 and accomodate between the frame 2 and rotate, slide bar 76 drive torsion spring 74 warp, when lug 71 and drive rod 72 do not conflict, torsion spring 74 drives slide bar 76 to rotate, and then make the fixture block 75 on the slide bar 76 drive clearance cover 41 shake, and then the effectual inside gathering of sweeps in clearance hole 42 that prevents, clearance cover 41 drive block 73 drives drive rod 72 and resets, also can set up the spring between drive rod 72 and the frame of accomodating 2 simultaneously, make the effect of resetting of drive rod 72 better.

A crimping device is used in electrode foil production which characterized in that: comprises an angle adjusting structure (1), a containing frame (2), a curling structure (3), a cleaning structure (4), two second curling wheels (5), a curling radian adjusting structure (6) and a transmission structure (7); the end part of the containing frame (2) is provided with the angle adjusting structure (1) for adjusting the curling angle of the electrode foil; the storage frame (2) is provided with a curling radian adjusting structure (6) used for adjusting the curling radian of the electrode foil, and the curling radian adjusting structure (6) is provided with two second curling wheels (5) which are in rotary connection and are used for assisting in curling the electrode foil, the containing frame (2) is provided with a curling structure (3) for driving the electrode foil to curl, a triangle is formed between the curling structure (3) and the two second curling wheels (5), the winding structure (3) is connected to the transmission structure (7) inside the receiving frame (2), the end of the cleaning structure (4) for cleaning dust and waste on the electrode foil extends to the transmission structure (7), the cleaning structure (4) is connected with the containing frame (2) in a rotating mode through the transmission structure (7).
